Very disappointed with this place So I brought my car in for a smog check before selling it. It passed smog fine. ( $50 ). After leaving I stopped at the store and when I got back in the car THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT comes on. 3 miles down the road obviously they unplug something so I will come back and get charged a bunch of money for something. I didn t need total scam, artist. Definitely will never come back

I needed a smog check for the first time in decades and fortunately ended up here because it was close to home. I'm so glad I did! After speaking to them about maintenance on my car, I recommended them to my husband.We were looking for a new shop after the one we had been going to for years was sold. We were already on the fence, but after a few visits with the new ownership, we were feeling really uneasy.USA does a great job at a fair price. There's nothing like finding an auto repair shop that you can trust.

Wow hard to believe I m saying, it was great experience at the mechanic. They are so thoughtful of the customer & realize times are tough. Gave great service in a timely manner & the final price was reasonable. Highly Recommend them

I don t usually write reviews but this business goes above and beyond to offer good customer Service.They are honest they re friendly and they know what they re doing. I have used them several times for different repairs and services. I love taking my cars to this place. The owner is very friendly and understanding. He really cares about the customer. I've brought my cars to him many times and I've sent over friends and family as well. Highly recommend this place. Gets the job done right for a great price.

Such a great shop, the attendant hooked me up and gave me a great deal. Needed my thermostat housing replaced, they performed the repair quick! And even checked out some other things i asked for with no charge. I wont go to any other shop from now on, they have my business hands down. I recommend them to anyone looking to get a repair or smog for a great & reasonable price.

They were quick and affordable. 40 for my smog vs 80 for the one by the DMV. In and out in under 15 minutes. Owner is very humble and sweet. He is from Palestine and has a good heart. If you are in the area go here!

My car broke down on the way to work. I had it towed her after my initial choice was not open. Thank goodness my car was repaired and the check engine light was not severe and I thought. So far so good.

Have been going there for about five years. The owner and mechanics are very friendly. They are upfront about the price for the work they are going to perform on your vehicle. And there prices are very reasonable.

Essa is fair and honest, I struggle to find a repair shop being a woman that knows her cars I always find the ones that want to try to take advantage but not this place! I went in for a CEL and instead of giving me a laundry list they reset my system and told me to drive it, if it comes back we know the issue but didn t want to just start throwing parts at it. My dad recommended them to me and I m forever grateful he did! I m hoping the CEL stays off but I know where I m going if it doesn t!!

I've been using this station for smog check for the last 8 years. Always fast, affordable and friendly. My only dislike is the owner's cigarettes sit burning in the ashtray. I arrived home and could smell the cigarette smoke on my clothes after a very quick visit there. I typically don't wear my mask unless it's necessary to be speaking with someone, but I ended up wearing it for the entire visit. It didn't work for filtering the smoke out. I grew up around smoking adults, so I have a tolerance for it, but those highly allergic may want to consider another shop or send someone else inside to do the paperwork.

Very good clean and professional service, very friendly A++.Came in for a DMV smog check and out in 10 minutes, $30 flat.Used coupon in Hemet/San Jacinto shopper guide. Also have Senior, Military and AAA discounts available. We'll be back.

Beware! I was told my engine was gone/compression problem.. Also that it was running hot when I brought it to them. And that it wouldn't pass smog.. It was not running hot when I took it to them. I took my car to a different repair shop.Had s misfire problem addressed. Had the car smogged and passed easily. No compression problem.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Called over the phone for a smog estimate. Thirty dollars! Wow. Most charge forty to sixty. Drove in, took my car back right away. Great deal and friendly customer service. Would definitely recommend

We have used this shop twice. Cost is $40 if you pass and $30 if you dont pass. The owner went out of his way to help out. He let us know that all we needed was a sticker from KNN that exempts my vehicle. And that the sticker is free. We were treated with dignity and respect. I would definately keep using USA smog, also best prices in town!

Never go here to smog your vehicle this shop will rip you off!!! They lied and told me that my vehicle was missing a vacuum hose and it was just loose and they could have reattached but chose to fail my vehicle instead. So I took my vehicle to another smog shop and it passed no problem so I called them to tell them and the owner cussed me out and yelling at me and ends up hanging up on me very very rude and bad business. Nothing about this place is USA they are very un-American as well do not do business with them or you will be sorry

Very competitive pricing. Least expensive place around to get a California Smog Cert.- however when I brought my station wagon in to correct a dashboard read-out they couldn't repair it. Staff is friendly.

RIP OFF!!!!Avoid this repair shop at all costs!They are a prime example of repair shop's that over-inflate labor costs. In addition, this shop will not keep you informed of the status of your repair proactively. You will have to call them several times to get status updates. The original technician told me he would have an answer for me regarding the extent of the repair within 45min... I was not told until 15min prior to the shop closing for the day what my final bill was and what had to be repaired. Even worse, I was told that the repairs could not be performed until the next day.If you decide to deal with this particular business....do your research on the repairs you need first and ask how much the labor will be, if you don't, they will inflate the amount of time spent on your repair and severely overcharge.And..... after they present the bill is when they finally inform you that the shop accepts CASH ONLY!! no Credit Cards, ATM Cards or checks!! What a lousy business overall!

Excellent customer service, went out of the way to help. My car had error codes and they worked with me to keep the repair costs down till I finally passed smog. Will be going back for all my repair needs.
