Bought the tires on Amazon and got them shipped to the Tire Choice here in Hemet. These people did such an incredible job on my Kia's tires, I cannot thank them enough. Flat rate $25 each tire, they'll have you in and out in an hour. So pain-free of a process and so exciting too! ^^ Loving every moment, thank you all.

I had a low tire and found a nail In my tire. The next morning I took it in. Great staff and showed concern. They dropped everything and fixed my tire. At a great price and timely manner. I will be going here again for my next car service. They are great.

NO STARS, the guy doing the work was very helpful. Office guys are CROOKS! Lied about doing a complete diagnostics, said nothing was wrong, then took my car somewhere else and our catalytic converter popped up on diagnostics. Then didnt want to pay our money back for the FAKE diagnostics, but lied and said they were sending it out. Its been 2 months, and we've heard nothing.

I went in here this morning with an almost flat tire. I had never been here and stopped in before work for help. Juan was incredibly nice and they looked at the two tires that I asked them to look at and they found a screw in the almost flat one. They patched it right up and gave my car an impromptu inspection for me to make sure I was safe to drive an hour away to work. I didn t ask for that, they just totally took care of me and I was incredibly appreciative. They were 100% honest and that means so much going in as a single girl. EXCELLENT customer service. They earned a customer for life. I HIGHLY recommend Tire Choice.

My husband and I brought our flat tire in for repair. We are seniors and were very happy to be treated with much courtesy and respect. They were quick to repair the tire and it was done quickly without a charge. . We will bring all our tire needs to them from now on. we were in Hemet btw

Juan and his crew are very honest and professional. They will always tell the truth that on what your vehicle needs even it doesn't need anything at all they are a perfect 10. They accommodate for their customers.

I came in on a Sunday needing my tire patched, the guy that was at the front desk nicely greeted me and made sure my tire was patched fast. I would 100% come back here again!

So I know this is random but our keys were lost in a hole in the glove compartment and this crew worked their butts off to get them out. I thought it was a lost cause but these men are freaking rock stars and I hope they get the respect and appreciation they deserve. Thanks guys so appreciate you all!

While taking the kids out of town on the Saturday of Easter weekend, the truck that I also use for work decided to blow a cooling line around noon. I stopped by a few of the big name garages on Florida Ave and got a number of excuses. "It's too late in the day", "not enough employees" or "I doubt that the part will be available on this short weekend".Not giving up just yet, I pulled into the Tire Choice at 1000 W Florida Ave prepared to be told the same thing. I was greeted by the manager on duty, Juan Hurtado. We went out to look at the issue. Juan did a quick inspection and said "I can try". That's all I wanted to hear. He gets the mechanic to look at it, gets on the phone to find the part. Finds it and sends someone to pick it up. Within just a couple of hours, the kids and I were off to enjoy the Easter weekend.Bring a business owner myself, I know how much a customer appreciates an effort being made, big or small. And just from Juan's "I can try", I knew that I found a new place for my family's vehicle maintenance.Even if it didn't work out that day, Juan's effort would be worthy of a 5 star review.

Yesterday, I pulled into Tire Choice after hitting something in the roadway, which caused my tire to lose air. You could hear it. They took me in at 6:20pm and fixed it for me. Tonight, on my way home, my low tire pressure warning came on a couple blocks from Tire Choice, so I pulled in at 6:30 (they close at 7pm) & a different tire needed repair, which they immediately fixed for me. They were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. I would definitely go back.

I love this place been going there for years they're the only ones I can trust in this town unfortunately ..I couldn't recommend them enough.I don't know if the gentleman is your manager or not but he has the same last name as me Mr Hurtado always treats me like a member of the family and I enjoy my time there waiting for my vehicle 10 out of 10 thanks guys

5 stars for Joseph who was fricking awesome with my alignment!! 35 bucks per tire though for a wheel balance is ridiculous and a rip off. Good thing i just came for an alignment only bc i called around and the prices elsewhere were exactly the same. Looks like this company is out for the money and comparing/ calling themselves Target (one of the hugest big box stores out there) is a joke. Once you turn into America's Tire and walk that walk then yeah but buying out America's tire then making those statements and charging big box prices is funny. You're nothing but scammers like everyone else. I surely will make sure to spread the word about your outrageous scamming prices. Doesn't matter if you reply back bc youre just going to justify why you charge those prices. I'll never ever come here for anything other than the alignment and awesome customer service

I have done engine rebuilds so I know a little something about car care. I went to the shop to have my oil changed only. It was my way of creating an interview without anyone knowing it. So I was able to watch all of the persons in and about the shop and customer service room with ears and eyes wide open. Looking for and listening to the comments and questions from customers interacting with sales and auto technicians. I would also ask some customers who stepped outside to go to their car and ask about the service provided, how long had they been going to this shop. Did they buy tires, did they have an alignment, what about a muffler, belts, hoses, tune up. I was able to get some sense of how good the company at that location was and is. I also stepped outside and walked past the open-door bay's where the work was being done. I quickly noticed that the tech working on my car pulled out his torque wrench and finished up the tightening for the lugs on my wheels. As soon as I saw that I knew that I was in good hands. Because I asked questions and got very accurate answers without anyone attempting to avoid answering. Because of that experience, I will consider some of the repairs and fixes that the service rep discussed with me regarding my car. I have also began mentioning to my friends about the service I experienced.

I came here on a weekend day because they were the only place opened. My husband bought me 4 new tires and it took them 5.5 hours to put on and they charged us 1200.00 dollars. When I returned due to a nail in my new tire, they charged me an installation fee of 40 dollars and an additional warranty fee for the new tire! I declined because at Les swab tires I never had to pay additional cost! For up to a year! This place will take as much as they can milk from you plus all of your time!!

I went in with a flat, they helped me right away. They were so helpful and gave me great customer service!! I appreciate them being so honest and helping me right away. I was with my baby and that means a lot for a mama because they did not make me wait at all. They have earned a customer for life!

Love the fact of this place having what I will say as the best customer service in the industry. My car was overheating and I pulled over in front of this place by chance. One of the techs came out to see if I needed help then let me know that they could pull it in the shop to find out what the problem was. They let me know it was a blown radiator hose and found the part I needed for me. I went and bought the part unfortunately I couldn't get the part till the next day but they locked my car up and put it inside their shop for safety and it was ready before 10 am the next morning and not that much cost wise either. Won't be spending an arm and a leg anymore at the only import shop in town anymore. So even though their name is tire choice they actually do more then just tires. Don't hesitate to give them a try. andeven with a good review and after reading all the others who got answers or just a follow up remark. I didn't get a single reply that's cool one star lost on follow up or lack there of......

Had a great experience here today. Needed new tires for my truck and I was checking prices at other places too. Well, this is where I found the best prices. And I'm glad I came here. Oscar was very nice and professional. Not only with me, but with other customers as well. I also had an alignment done. I want to thank the tech who did the work as well. Mario A. did a great job. I definitely recommend Tire Choice.

I came in out of town and got an unexpected flat tire. I called and he had me in and out in less than 15 minutes, and he did it for free. Robert is an amazing person, and took care of me in my time of need. 10 star rating

Stopped in this morning because I had ran over a nail on my tire, the manager Robert was incredibly kind and helpful in finding a solution to have a quick fix for my car. I highly recommend if you run into some bad luck with your tires definitely come here! Thank you so much TireChoice Hemet!!!
