Guy who picked up the phone was rude. Really rude. Do you want customers? Do you want to have a successful business? I suggest you leave your personal problems at home, and get to work. Did not tell me yes or no if he had the tires I needed. Just seemed to be mad that the phone rang. Now I see why so many people leave terrible reviews. I needed 4 tires & he made you guys lose potential business. Terrible.

I was sold a tire with a hole and a nail in it. I was asked if I had cash up front then later told I couldn't get a receipt an had a 1 hour waranty. Needless to say after driving straight home from Rudy's tire shop I woke up to a totally flat tire. Upon returning to his shop day after the sale of the bad tire the owner Rudy stated he did not remember my car nor remember saling me a tire day before, smh. Then stated all his used tires are sold as is with no warranties.

Where's the 0 star button at? I had a flat tire with both of my little kids in the car i went in thinking it was a nice place.. a young white man came out with a bad attitude he didn't make me feel welcome one of his tools broke and he told me he couldn't anything about it so we had to leave thank God it i saw a gas station where I was able to put air i took it to another tire shop and they helped with me with no problem oh yeah and he charged us $5 for labor what labor? he didn't do nothing.. never again..

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I went here because this was the closest tire shop around and I couldn't afford brand new tires. I called and they told me they had my size tires. When I arrived, the owner asked me whether or not I had cash, I told him that I did. He was not extremely rude but not friendly at all. I got my tires change rather quickly but the tires that I received were worse than the tires that they replaced! They also did not balance the tires and now my car is wobbly and I need to get another set of tires. They also told me that it was going to be $82 over the phone but when I was leaving, they said $88, not that much difference but they still gave me the wrong quote. I am a white female and I feel like they took advantage of that because they asked if I spoke Spanish over the phone and I had told them no. I was there with my little girl and they did not even care that I was going to drive away with bald tires and that they were also not balanced. STEER CLEAR OF THIS TIRE SHOP!

This is the worse place. They over charge you for everything. Went to get air in my tire because it was low and told me it was $2.00 . If you're a girl they up the prices thinking you don't nothing about tires. Definitely won't ever recommend this place to anyone.

First off your greeted with TERRIBLE Customer Service. With zero customers around I shouldn't have to walk through your entire shop, hollering HELLO for 15 minutes just to get someone to actually do their job! They changed the quoted prices on me twice in 5 minutes, then asked me to remove my own tire?!?!? And pay them for it?! Its literally a stock Ford Expedition. No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere and I recommend you should as well.

Allways quick, courteous, and pleasant service. The best rim selection in town! They go above and beyond to ensure that I have the proper tires for my vehicle, and the best quality selection for the best price. It's something good to be out of my price range, they suggest alternative, similar quality tires four way below what I would expect to pay anywhere else. Really, who could for more in a neighborhood retailer?!

Fast efficient courteous customer service. Was driving my sister's vehicle-brand new mind you -and drove over something that popped a tire.I was able to replace a specialty tire within 20 minutes at an affordable price. That tire outlasted the other 3 for the durration of her ownership of that Ford Explorer

Had bad service today. Owner can help with customer. He prefer help a white people and fancy or new cards. Two people waiting. Never help . One customer come because have more of 30 minutes. I WAITING 40 minutes

Service is friendly and professional. They are a secondary after market provider of tires and wheels. Good place to go for used. The downside is the very limited parking. Other than that it's a good business.

I purchased two wheel spacers for the front of my truck because the wheels were rubbing.and i asked if the spacers were safe and the owner said YES perfectly safe. He was wrong half of the lug nut studs had broke off and i have been driving up and down idlewild mountain and also drove to santa maria 300 miles away and when i brought them back and showed him he tried to sell me another set and i said why would i want to buy another set .isaid you dont understand , i could of been in a horrible accidend or killed . He just looked at me and gave me $30 Never again will i go there!

Went there yesterday and wanted to buy only one tire and the guy wanted to charge me $150 for a non name brand tire and told me oh the tire you have is very expensive but I'll now charge $125 I was like what the hell I just called another shop and for my name brand tire it was $125 and he wanted to charge me the same price for a non name brand tire!! Rip off it was ridiculous never going there again!!!

Don't waste your money!!! I bought tires from here not expensive tires but I didn't expect them to be cheep! 2 out of the four tires are bad. After 2 months car shakes a lot, 2 tires had a "air bubble" a REAL tire shop said they were bad tires and was lucky they didn't blow up on the road... I drive a lot usually with little kids in the car. I wish i could shove those tires up his @#*&@!!!

This place it's terribleI ask for air in my tire because the don't got 35/1250/15 mud tiresI ask worker young kid for air he said yeah let me finish putting tire on and I got youOlder fat guy comes and say no it's broken.I will never come here again

Called everywhere for a 19 inch tire that would fit my 2016 A3 with equal tread wear, and finally found Rudy's who not only had multiple tires in my size but also had great service.Problem solved.

If you need a tire quick they will gouge your azz. Sold me a used tire for 40$, he wanted $50, than watched him plug a hole in it, still holding for now, welcome to Hemet.

Love this place been here since 1999 Honest good prices they got everything Wheels tires Adapters Lug nuts lock's removal of lock's Spacers all kinds of caps For wheels Custom Wheel inserts fix Wheels leaking or cracked or bent come down nice people A FAMILY Business since 1999. Took my rims to get fixed and they cracked it. Came in pumped up drove on car now wont hd air and said it was like that worse service I ever had ease go somewhere else

The guys at Rudy's really helped me out in a bind. Only draw back to the interaction is that they are cash only and don't have an ATM on site. I had to run across the street to the liquor store where they do cash back (1.00 per 20.00 back). At the liquor store I bought a 32 oz. Gatorade and got 5.00 back....my total there was 8.94...Long story short, make sure you have cash for Rudy's.

A bunch of damn crooks! Didn't do anything to fix my tire and still charged me for labor after they broke my lugnuts and charged me for new ones! Will never go here again and I don't recommend it to anyone else!

Rudy's Tire and Wheel is great they hook me up with some great tires for a really cheap price and they did really good work Rudy and his father are wonderful I suggest if you need tires you go see rudy
