The owner Corey and everyone of his staff members are warm and inviting ..always willing to explain , therefore great customer service all around. The waiting room has coffee and hot chocolate, bottled water and some other items. They also have a transporter that will take you home and pick you back up...she's a sweet heart and just another great attribute to RAPID TIRE ...I haven't reason to go anywhere else. Rapid tires is a full service shop... there's nothing they can't fix or get fixed for you.

LOVE this shop! It s all good people, very honest and caring to their customers. They have always taken care of me and my family, the front desk is full of personable, polite and well educated workers and the whole staff has positivity, which always makes for a great work environment. I know my vehicles are in good hands with Corey s team!

While visiting friends here, I got a slow leak from a screw stuck in my tire. Dan got us in FAST, patched the tire FAST and got us back on the road. Great, friendly service. Dog even got a treat. Wish we lived here, I would have them do all of my auto repairs.

I (Jason) came in this morning for an alignment on my truck and talked with Corey personally about the specific issue I was having. He assured me it would be addressed, which I highly appreciated excellent service across the board. I will be back in the future!

Rapid Tires are the best, most friendly, most professional. They gave me a great deal on my rims and tires. Installed my new tires and rims in a very timely manner. Really felt like I was in safe hands. Thank you Rapid Tires.

I had a problem with an oil leak in my 2009 toyota 4x4 truck which could not be found by the company I had been going to for 6 years in Riverside. I live in Hemet. Decided to look for one in Hemet. Went to Rapid Tire and Automotive in Hemet. They found the leak, fixed it , were very good, friendly, and very informative. I have found my new company that I will take my Truck to from now on. Really impressed with this company. Have spoken with Corey, Adam, and Dan--all are above what I was looking for. Thank you Very much

I went back to Rapid today for the second time in a week because the first time was the best experience I have ever had with a repair shop and the owner. Problem solved and on my way in 30 minutes. If your not going to them you should give them a try. The owner will never let you be dissatisfied.

Let start this review by saying...5 stars is not enough to give over the top praise for this team of people at Rapid! Shout out right away to Adam and Miguel, outstanding customer service! I began my wonderful and totally satisfied car repair journey yesterday afternoon where I explained to Adam where I just came from at another service and was told I have a transmission leak and that is what lead me right away to Rapid Tire being a full service station. I expressed that I needed to find out exactly what the issues were and that I needed to have repaired as quickly as possible. Right then and there, Adam jumped right on it and offered to have me shuttled back my house to have a chance to go over the car and give me an estimate on needed repairs. I was quickly led out to the bay where my car was up, and it was explained to me in detail the leaks I had to repair and that they could have it done by Saturday. I also asked as an afterthought with Miguel, who shuttled me if they could do something about my back windows no longer working electrically. I was told yes they could and authorized a diagnostic test and immediately received a call back with the result and what the repair cost would in addition to the charges already incurred. I ok'd the repair and with "Rapid fire" my car was ready before noon. AMAZING SERVICE! Not mention no extra cost in labor as a bonus to handle the window repair. I have had a lot of car repairs over the years between Florida and California and though most were handled well and priced well I until today haven't had such one on one exceptional service and care...thank you to all at Rapid Tire you have one new recurring and recommending customer for all my future needs!

I tried to change my burned out light bold (low beam) WELL. I called my local mechanic shop - RAPID TIRES & AUTOMOTICE - Spoke to my guy DAN 5 minutes later RANDY had it all ready to go... Y'ALL this is the BEST automotive SHOP in the VALLEY.. A MUST

TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! This is the best place to get your car fixed hands down! As long as I live in CALIFORNIA I will come here. I was having car trouble and my car had to be towed into rapid tire because the previous place I went to was terrible and they were unable to help me. Corey was the first one to my car after it came off the tow truck. He knew the issue right away and let me know that he could fix it no problem. Corey was very honest about the issues with my car. He let me know the price, we agreed, and my car was finished with in the next few hours. Corey was not only very nice but very knowledgeable and helpful and did amazing work on my car. Every staff I spoke to there was helpful and kind and they worked very hard on my car! RAPID TIRE IS THE BEST!

Of all the mechanic shops I ve been to, Rapid is the most honest and reasonable. Cory and Dan go out if their way to make customers feel at home and taken care of. Their car-side manner is incredibly top notch! Thank you Rapid for taking care of my car.

This was my first time coming to Rapid Tire and I must say I will definitely be coming back! They replaced all my tires, oil change, and aligned my car in a little over an hour. Everyone was also incredibly polite and professional! Thanks again to Corey and the team!

Corey and his Rapid Auto team are amazing to work with! You can feel safe in knowing that they are only going to recommend services and fixes that are necessary. I took my 1928 model a to Cory s shop. They did something to the paint and stand it and refused to fix it. I paid to have my transmission leaks fixed. It still leaks over a year later they did not do the job, but they took my money. One of his mechanics caught my car on fire the damage from that fire over a year ago has still not been corrected. This person is unethical and dishonest my car my 1928 model Les is still in disrepair because of Rapid Tire & Automotive in Hemet !
