I had an unusually great experience today at "Quick Lane" express auto garage.They do mostly normal maintenance and repairs, oil changes, break jobs, etc. Slightly below market prices as well, discounts for Veterans!!But the best part was the great customer service!!!All the employees were polite, upfront, knowledgeable and helpful. One standout was "Ray" that's actually a nickname and a very nice young lady.Awesome and a go there for sure five star rating!!!

I came in for a battery ck & possible replacement. Spoke with Michae before coming. He was pleasant & professional. After coming, I did need a battery replacement which I wasn't really prepared for the cost, so he made sure I got a discounted price.

Michael, the older gentleman who helped me, was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He took time to educate me about my truck and even showed me how to change my tire if I'm ever in that situation. He works inside but walked me through my oil change and tire rotation as if he personally did it himself. In other words, he went above and beyond, and I learned something new!

All the guys at quick lane are great! I came in needing some work done to my car and they got it done same day! Ben recommended a few things that were going to need to be fixed soon and I just got it done same day since I was there! Very fast service and honest. They show you what parts need replacement during their inspections. They also have the lowest prices in the major tire brands. I spent an hour in the waiting room double checking. The only thing they could use in their waiting room is a vending machine. Their coffee and water is nice, but when you getting tires, rotors, brakes, oil change, etc, there's no restaurants in walking distance. Thanks for keeping my Explorer tip top.

I ve done business with quick lane twice now and both times they were fast, courteous, kind and prices can t be beat! Both Ben and Michael were awesome. I dealt with Michael the first time and Ben the second time and both experiences were exceptional. Hard to find places that care about their customers anymore. Great work! Two thumbs up. Why didn't I get this before I had to replace all 4 tires, oil change, Air & Oil filters changed then 2 days later you send me this. I feel cheated and I'm a regular customer because I have 3 Fords plus my daughter works there and drives my Focus to work.

Update: I had drive back the next day to have my tires inflated to 35psi, even though their report showed the pressures to be green . They were 28,29,30,30. I would consider that to be yellow . My time, my gas spent without the slightest offer of discount/compensation.Also, they wouldn t install my K&N cabin air filter, because it isn t worth the risk of damaging the wood grain trim piece they have to remove. They just use a flat head screwdriver instead of trim removal tools.Oil change done. Took a while though. Lunch.They pointed out a fresh rear diff leak.

Nicholas S @ the front desk was super courteous and very helpful . He was able to recommend few aftermarket accessory options for my Lariat 350. Obviously I am biased , but that is the best looking stock truck on the road . Ford nailed it with the looks and the training of their employees. Thank you Nicholas and Hemet quick lane.
