Blake at the front has been amazing! Got me scheduled for an oil change at a killer price. I was in and out in under 30 minutes!I was so pleased with everything that I am back 2 days for a tire repair. Sorry America's Tires... I think I'll be coming here from now on!Shout out to Michael who helped me schedule the repair!The entire Hemet Midas team is amazing! Thanks guys!

I want to thank Allen and Blake over at the Midas in Hemet!!!! They were very very very understanding, kind, patient, and professional yesterday. They explained everything that was going on with my vehicle. They truly value their customers at this location. Midas needs more employees like them at all there other locations!! Thanks guys!!!!

New tires called for a complete front and rear end wheel alignment and these guys are my go to for that! Called and scheduled with Mike (very professional) came in and work was done right away. Everyone was professional and courteous. Thank you Michael for discussing additional things to plan for on my truck down the road. Super GREAT Experience....KUDOS

A massive thanks to Mike, Jacob and rest of the Midas-Hemet Team. This team has continued to go over & beyond all expectations. From receiving my towed car (without me) -displaying several warning light issues, to the perfect communications throughout the day. All repairs were complete and I was able to drive my Jeep Compass home on the same day, without a huge cost. These guys are the best of the best.-Brenda P

My car started acting up on a Tuesday, and sounded like something was dragging, and then my husband drove it, and said OMG! My brake pads and rotors were shot on the front end, and our neighbor recommended them because they were honest and trustworthy. We made an appointment, and took my car down and they were nice and my car was only there for 3 hours. What a difference in the way my car drives. I would recommend them. Thank you.

I had to come in last Saturday or so to get some issues fixed that weren't too simple to get done. They get the work completed in a timely manner and have virtually no issues. Can't complain if there's nothing wrong with my car after they fixed it.

Jacob was very helpful, car was done in about 2 hours. Did a whole fluid break flush and an oil change. Nice shop btw

Had a good experience with Mike, I was told that there was only 2 centimeters left on my rear pads but Mike after him checking them out showed me them he told me there was still more than 2 centimeters on them and really didn't need to change them yet, can not tell me how much I appreciated his honesty and went ahead and still got them replaced, that is so good to see a mechanic being honest when the majority of them wouldn't have told me that and just replaced them to make the money, so thank you Mike. And they knocked it out in no time.Will be returning to Mike if I have any other repairs that need to be done to my car. Thank you Midas

They did the job properly. However, it took over 3 hours to complete the job when I was told it would only be 1 hour to an hour and a half, and they DO NOT give you an option for the parts they put on your vehicle. They should not be dictating to a customer what amount they will spend on the parts. Even the dealership gives you options and price options for you to decide. Not everyone has an unlimited budget to allow for high priced parts. The customer should be given the choice of parts and price options to fit within their budget. Otherwise, they were professional and did the job properly.

This was the Best Experience I was so stressed not knowing much about my Truck I left knowing everything about my truck and I was well taken care of like I feel like family like I HAD AN UNCLE LOOKING AFTER ME AND MY TRUCK DEFINITELY ASK FOR SAM!!!! This is the best place to have your car serviced!!!! Tony is phenomenal! I would definitely give him a 10/10. And the staff was very friendly as well. Best place I ve been to in Hemet! I won t take my car anywhere else. Midas is the absolute BEST! I had my brakes done. I needed to pick up my daughter and Tony even offered to pay for a Yellow cab round trip if my car wasn t done in time. But he made a way for me to drive my car to pick up my daughter, then bring my car back. I felt like family here. They care for everyone and treat everyone the same here. From the time I walked in and the time I walked out I had a smile on my face. You ll never find service like this anywhere in the inland empire!!!!! It s worth every penny. Just had some maintenance done after putting 96k miles on my van. It runs better, has more pep. I felt it was expensive and I didn't price match anywhere else so maybe that's the going price these days. I used to do alot of the work myself but if your older, don't need the stress, and have the money just let Midas do it.

My vehicle needed all the front suspension done and drove by Midas and called, the rep answered quickly, offered and scheduled an appointment right away and they were very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Quickly they got the alignment done and a very reasonable price and recommended the next service schedule according to manufacturer.

I took my Jeep in to Midas to get my back brakes & rotors done.Everyone was kind, friendly, and courteous.The service technician, who was also very knowledgeable and friendly, checked both back and front brakes and determined that my front brakes were in good shape, but my back brakes & rotors needed to be replaced.They gave me a quote, which was much lower than the dealership, and got to work!Along with my brakes, they also got my warranty information and did an a courtesy maintenance inspection.I would highly recommend Midas to anyone who is looking for great service on their vehicle!Services: Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

I just moved here from another city. my sons car started to drip water so we took it to Midas. Their customer service was excellent! Straight to the point no BS but still very professional..Even the manager was welcoming. Im very satisfied with their work so far so good its hard to find honest people these days. They just gained a loyal customer!

Went in for an oil change, transmission fluid change and brake inspection. The trans fluid was not in stock and only available at a severe markup from the local dealership, so I was advised to go directly to the dealer for the best price. The oil change was very reasonably priced and the issue with the brakes was identified quickly.I'm happy with the service and transparency. I was given a list of recommended services and the parts needed. No upselling or pressure.Services: Transmission, Brakes, Oil change
