I've been a customer for over 10 yrs. Hyni try's his best to please his customers. Sweet nice polite gentlemen. He really knows what he's doing. It can be a little expensive sometimes but well worth it if you want your car to work @ its best. I recommend HYNI BLESSED HANDS & EXPERIENCE TO EVERY ONE

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! My honda Civic would "shut off" with the engine light on while driving. So I took it to "KIRBY AUTO 2." After 3 days with "No Car", I had to call the guy to get an update, to only go to his voicemail. Finally on the fourth day I got a hold of him to get a price and an update. He could barely speak english and still had no idea what was going on with the car. I called on the 6th day, he still had no idea what any issues where, and zero pricing. After a week and a half with "No Car," I called him again and he stated that the "car was would be done that day" and he would call me back. So I waited till 4:45pm that day, without a call back, and decided to call him because they close at 5pm. He stated that the car was done. Went down there to pick it up, the guy said "he fixed it," and that the sparks plugs were "really bad." I asked him if he ran a diagnostics test and he just nodded his head. After getting my invoice, all he did was "change the oil and filter, replaced the spark plugs," and put in a "gas treatment" into the fuel. This took a "week and a half" plus cost me $291.07, which is ALL something I could have done! Drove my car to Vegas, and all the way back, SAME ISSUE! So I decided to call "Jimmy D's" and spoke with Jennifer. She stated that they were "AAA Approved" and would run a diagnostics test to start from the bottom up. I felt confident I was going to a "professional." The next day one of the mechanics from "Jimmy D's" calls me back to state that the code from the diagnostics test showed that it was a sensor under the engine shaft. I had "Jimmy D's" replace the sensor and added in some extra work with replacing all belts, and it was all a low price. I have drove to Vegas 4 times now with ZERO PROBLEMS! I would not even send my enemy to go to "KIRBY AUTO 2!!!!" I have enclosed both invoices to prove my statement.

I known the owner for many years he's always worked on my vehicles my family's cars he does an excellent job you are so my 98 Jeep replace the transfer case get an excellent job he's reasonable prices I recommend his business to anybody throughout Riverside County excellent job Kirby 2 Auto Repair

My Prius ran worse "after" he repaired it. In 20 years of driving I've never been in a car that shook that violently at idle. Had to take it back immediately. Lost half a day of wages. I'm drained from this experience. He didn't fix my car.

I strongly NOT RECOMMEND this mechanicHe is greedy he over charge you and you need to watch out ....if your car has a good battery he change it for a bad one plus he will tell you to leave your car for days just to charge you for extra time when is not even needed. Watch out for this greedy mechanic!!!!!!!

My sister Erika has taken her cars into Kirby 1 and now Kirby 2 since the time she moved to San Jacinto. That has been over fifteen years.I moved to Hemet in 2010. Kirby 2 was the first and is still the only auto repair garage I will take my a personal vehicle too.Hani, the owner is a gentleman in all sense of the word. I trust his decisions on what needs to be fixed or repaired on my cars.Right now he is repairing ( I should say bringing back to life) my Honda CRV 2014. Major damage to the Honda my insurance did not cover this. Hani has made it possible for me to have the Honda repaired. Kirby 2 gives me peace of mind that my car, my passengers and I are safe.Thank you Kirby 2!!!
