I was a little over-due for my routine LOF. I enjoy going to Jimmy D's because everyone is so friendly. Leslie was working the desk. She is one of the nicest, friendliest person you'll ever meet. The team did a great job servicing my car. My car is 16 years old and every year I say that I am going to buy a new car. But my car just keeps getting such good care at Jimmy D's, I think I'll just keep driving it and save myself some money. I'm a satisfied customer!

Jimmy D's auto mechanic service has taken over for the now retired Quinn's automotive sis this is my fourth week going there straight I have gotten both cars back online and I timely and quickly manner. I have known Quinn's automotive for over 17 years and with Jimmy D taking over it was a great smooth transition. Mr Quinn was nice enough to bring over all the paperwork from my car to Jimmy D's so he already knew the symptoms and the driving of me and how I like to tear up cars. Started going to Jimmy D's in late June 2022. And to me it is just one step further finding a great mechanic in Riverside. He has a business from all over the surrounding areas. So that tells me he knows what he's doing. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs in one piece get done. They try to get the parts in as quickly as possible get your car service they have done with my car they have put on tires and balance them to correct my driving on both my cars they have fixed squirty thing that listed windshield wiper stuff on the front of my car these are old cars these are not young cars. They have no fob they have no USB ports and you do not have Sirius XM radio. They've been very friendly they still take the Napa car which was a very helpful when I was up with the Quinn's automotive. And they handled my insurance claim when I had theft. All in all I'm sitting here digger hopefully they will stay around as possible because they have a good mechanic is having a good friend also.

This place is as if I walked into my family's home and was given the star treatment. Everyone is treated like a good friend and won't be given any mumbo jumbo run around when asking plenty of questions. I've been going here for 15+ years now and will never go anywhere else. I even call them for buying my next car advice and I've never been steered wrong. Go see for yourself and save your time and money for the fact that it's worth it to trust not only your vehicle but your wallet and alot of time wasting it for nothing to have your most imo assets to breakdown costing more to have not gone.

part 2 yes I said over $100 with the cap & the AAA guy who towed my car looked at it and squeezed the radiator hose and found the leak at the thermostat I wished you guys could've did that before I drove off making it worse. The lady at the desk even told me she saw it leaking visual check

Very happy with their service! As a single mom on a small budget, I was procrastinating the repair of my axel/suspension issue, thinking it would be too expensive. JimmyDs went above and beyond fixing more than I was aware of at half the cost of what I was expecting to pay. The mechanics were honest and didn't push me into repairs outside my issue. They explained to me from the beginning their intentions. Every step they made was communicated to me thoroughly. I went in at 8am my car was done by 5pm same day. They were busy! I'm not the only one who loves their service. Doctor's, other local business owners, young drivers with their first car, equal amounts of men and women filled the office and all left with smiles! I took a little walk to harbor freight and salvation army while I waited, got picked up til it was ready....time went by so quick. Thank you JimmyDs!

The owner (Jimmy D.) always test drives our vehicle before saying the vehicle is ready for pick-up. That is a great way to run a business. The front office staff is friendly and serve customers well. It is cool to see the mechanics up front at the desk talking to front office staff about the cars they are working on. My car runs like a champ again! Had the transmission and brake fluids flushed and replaced. At 80,000 miles maintenance is very important. Caring friendly service, they call you for approvals if something unforeseen is discovered during service. I've been a customer of Jimmy D's for over 25 years, you can trust this man.

I went there and told them what the problem was, and they kept it for like an hour...then came back and told me what I told them...then lied and said I had many oil leaks, which I knew I didn't.... won't go back...

They have serviced multiple cars in this household and we have always been pleased with the work. Competitive pricing and honest, knowledgeable work. My 2013 Pilot is driving like it s brand new. The ladies working there are real personable, feels very family-like. It s good business to support a local small business. 5 stars all day.

Excellent service and honest staff! Both Jenn and Leslie at the desk know there stuff and how to schedule to make sure they give you the best service. JD was very thorough in explaining everything that I needed done and even showed me and walked me through the process. It has been a long time since I have trusted a mechanic and I'm so happy I found this place.

I highly recommend Jimmy D's Car Care Center. I took my car in to have the A/C fixed and to diagnose the check engine light and found out I needed some repairs. The service I recieved was exceptional. They were very professional, explained everything they were doing and worked fast to get all the repairs fixed and got my car back to me in a very timely manner, thank you for everything! I keep coming back to Jimmy D's because I trust them to always diagnose, repair, and not try to sell me stuff I don't need. Ethical mechanic. They also don't take more work than they can perform, and give realistic time estimates. Friendly, knowledgeable front desk and if needed, Jimmy will come out, explain the issue and the options. I went in here to ask about an oil change on my porshce, all though they did not service these types of vehicles they were very friendly and even provided me with a couple of recommendations on where to take my car for service, they have that "everyone is family here " kind of feel about them. I will definitely be bringing in my other cars for service her simply based on the friendliness and respect I was shown even though they could not provide service to me and make money. Thank you for your professionalism!

They are amazing!!!! I love how caring they are and they even let us know they are family owned and they are not trying to get over on us. We know we can depend on them for whatever we need help with qhen it comes to our car. Highly recommend this is top notch service!!!

Leslie is amazing answered all my inquiries, Professional, friendly and the prices are reasonable. I have called around town and I chose to get my service done here because of the great customer service. I had the pleasure to meet jimmy and the mechanic who fixed my car and now my car runs like butter. I love it. AAA recommended this place after my SUV tested a faulty starter. They gave me a good price, great service, the receptionist and Jimmy were great. My SUV starts up quick and thanks to them I now have a piece of mind. Thank you for being honest and for the great service!

My daughter took her car to Jimmy D's based on reviews that she read and was very pleased, so when my car needed service I took it to Jimmy D's. We both really appreciated the service we received from the two wonderful ladies at the counter. It was a relief to not be talked down to because we are female. Jennifer and her co-worker are knowledgeable and more than capable of explaining the repairs needed in a way that is easy to understand. A nice clean and comfortable waiting area was a nice bonus.
