My Chevy truck suddenly had late, hard shifting. Took it in and the next day it was back to a silky smooth shift. Very happy with the service and clear communications from Hemet Transmission.

After not being able to figure out what the issue with my truck was my dad referred me to Octavio and he found my issues and handled them professionally and in a timely manner. After I had a hiccup with my brakes a couple days later (a faulty wheel hub I personally installed) brought it back and had it fixed before the end of the day. I won t go anywhere else. Best auto shop overall I've ever used in 25 years of owning cars! Have brought my truck in multiple times now and always gotten extremely fast service and solid repairs.Owner Ed has always been on-site and has been very accommodating and helpful. Repairs each time were completed faster then expected. All issues were fixed the first time and stayed fixed. Prices were fair and reasonable. Shop never did anything shady. Never did anything underhanded like find "extra problems" and truck never had any "new" issues show up after taking it home.Good warranties were included on all the major repairs I had done. Biggest repair was having a replacement transmission put in an older Explorer and it was done in just half a days time and truck has run great since.Shop was able to correctly diagnose and repair in one quick visit an ongoing problem that another shop couldn't get right after three visits. Only went to other shop as I had been out of area for a while. Next time will wait and just come here!

I found my mechanic!!! Ed is very organized, communicative. He doesn't do any work until he talks to you. And he let's you know the price. There's no surprises at the end where it's like "Oh we had to charge a little more because we found this...", no none of that. I found this place because he had the highest rating. Now I see why. He has had the same mechanics working for him for 15 years, which says alot and compliments this place. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, reliable and most importantly...HONEST mechanic. His shop has the SNAP Finance program, that allows to pay your bill in 90 days if approved, which we did. This was my first time going with Ed, and it definitely won't be the last. Thank you Ed and to your team as well.

I am very pleased with the excellent work and customer care provided by Hemet Transmission! The facility is very clean which is unusual in it self for most Transmission shops...I use to inspect many auto repair facilities for EMWD back in the day & this is the exception to the rule. They came in on time and on budget. We were able to get back on the road when promised and have a nation wide parts & service guarantee. Can't say enough and highly recommend them!

We have taken both our cars to Ed and have been pleased each time. His team was able to determine an issue we were having with the Dodge when no one else could and at a great price. Just picked up my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Laredo yesterday and it is running like a new car again. Very good with customers and explains in detail what is going on or what needs to be done. Highly recommend Hemet Transmission and Auto Care. Honest,reliable and thorough.

We are from out of town, staying in Hemet at an RV Park. Our problem was a squealing serpentine belt but the local dealership couldn't take us for an entire month. We found Hemet Transmission Auto Care on line with good reviews so we called them and they fixed the problem early the next day. We appreciated the fast service since we had no other transportation. We were informed of the diagnosis and cost before repairs were done and were shown the bad parts before they were discarded. We were very happy with the quality of service & cost.

Amazing service got my car fixed the same day gave me honest answers and price was better then I expected. Friendly and detailed everything they were going to do and what was done. My car wouldn't accelerate over 30 battery light was on and the abs light. After they ran diagnostic they called and said it was connector to my alternator and could order the part today. Car was done by 1pm-2pm. And since the car was repaired there I got the diagnostic fee waived which was a bonus.

Ed and his DREAM TEAM R THE BEST Ed i got a 2013 kia Soul with 49.000 miles. I'll come show y'all. Im not letting nobody touch it except your guy's r the best,06/21/23Got my car fixed today and am pleased with the work had a electrical problem., got my car back in a timely manner and she work's grate, and the price was grate omg any other place would have charged way more then I could afford, thank you guys for fixing my baby, I love her and don't trust anyone else but you ! :~)

It's hard to find a good auto mechanic that you can trust; Ed is one of those guys. he prides himself and wins customers with his honesty and his integrity, and most of all- he is great with cars. "This is the guy here!"...I won't go anywhere else for good service and for great deals with repairs. He worked on my 2000 Mountaineer and now it runs like new. His shop looks clean compare to others, very professional, friendly, and gives his customers good price with repair, and he does follow up with his repairs to insure customer's satisfaction. I totally recommend Ed. It was a good experience!

Special shout out to Ed and Gabe. They did an amazing job on my 2017 Dodge Durango. They were very honest and had great communication with me. They went above and beyond to make sure my Durango was back up and running after the headache we had from the dealership. After being completely disappointed over at the Pep Boys I came around to find Ed s shop. From the moment I spoke with him on the phone and asking a few questions I knew that Ed was the guy to go to. As a professional installer there are a few things I learned as to what sets a true professional apart from the rest and for one that is how they in Ed s case how they keep shop. I couldn t help but notice how clean and organized his shop is, that alone told me what I needed to know and I was not disappointed at all. Ed above all is a true PRO . Been coming here for almost a decade. Ed is the most trustworthy mechanic you'll find. Have had two transmissions fixed within my family that have rode smoothly for many years now. Although I moved an hour away, I towed my car 70 miles to him because I know he'll get it done right.

When our Chrysler 300 started having transmission issues we took it to Hemet Transmission & Auto Care Center for a free diagnostic and estimate. We needed the car fixed quickly so we could get to work and they determined the problem quickly and had it repaired the next day. Price was reasonable enough and they did good work. The transmission shifts like brand new.

Ed was pleasant and friendly, and though my transmission needed to be replaced (bummer) he made the entire process painless and even nice. The shop is clean and all the guys there are respectful and really cool. I will go back.

Thank you so much!!!! You guys saved us big time today Thank You Thank You!!!!!! My husband came in around 10 am with a broken down truck and drove away at 4 pm. I don't even know where to start. I am so grateful and thankful for them. my transmission when out and got it fixed here and runs like a champ! Came in for a transmission service and asked them to check and fill my transfer case. Ed told me my transfer case only had .5 qts in it and that it had a leak at the gasket. They outsourced the transfer case servicing and told me that their R&R would be $250 and the case service would be about $550 + parts. Of course with .5 qts of oil in there I was expecting to have to replace a lot. Prognosis, case had a hole in it and they were able to repair the case saving my an additional $300.Bottom line is that there were many instances they could have said parts needed to be replaced but didn't and got me out the door as inexpensively as possible. This is a business that values their reputation and it shows. Kudos to Ed and the gang!

Needed a transmission oil change on a closed system vehicle. They hooked me up, I made an appointment and was in and out in 35 minutes! Beat the dealership price by 50 bucks and a few hours!

Very helpful and friendly. Satisfied with the work performed. Rebuilt transmission and ended up costing less than estimated. Where does that happen these days. Will definitely be going back.
