Robert and the office staff were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They ordered parts for me and got them in one day. I would definitely use them if I need parts or service for my RV.

My go to shop for parts. They are honest and even willing to work after hours with you or suggest an alternative. Making my work convenient.

Looks like they are out of business. Nothing at the address and no return call to the voice mail left on the number

You wont find a better place for RV supplies. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. We needed a toilet replacement and without even looking at the RV he knew exactly what toilet was in there and what models would fit as a replacement and that we would need to extend the hose with a very affordable and easy to use kit. The best part was we didn't have to wait for them to order anything it was all there.

On 2/10/2022 RV Supercenter came out to look at a couple our windows in our motorhome and said he needed to order gaskets and would reseal the windows. Over a month went by and we never heard back. We call and it says the mailboxes are full.& also contacted Mike and calls never returned. Also sent text messages and he doesn't reply. Very frustrated since we paid $265.00 for nothing.

Went in to date for scheduled appt. They met at the entrance (The owner JR) greets me in immediately and fixed my problem. I then added an awning cover and they did that while I waited. Great people, great service and more than fair prices. Family run business like it use to be. Go there you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They have been playing games with me on a very large job for several weeks. Have left numerous messages in their general mailbox without any return calls. Was told today that my Extended Service Warranty was going to call me next week. I decided to call my Extended Warranty company because I have been waiting to get these repairs completed.! Low and behold, the Extended Warranty company had NO RECORD of any calls or service tickets!! I talked to Michael about this today...he said that he made several calls to my Extended Warranty Company. I said that I wanted to do a three way call with him and the Extended Warranty company to get this all cleared up. His response? I am busy trying to close up the store!?! Oh well...I tried! I will take my business elsewhere...

These guys are great! Dave and Sal came out and installed a new refrigerator in my motor home. They showed up on time and did a great job. I highly recommend them if you need any type of repair work done on your RV.

Our experience with Hemet RV Supercenter as terrible. My husband contacted Hemet RV in March to set up the install of our new RV furniture (dinette and love seat). We were told it would be delivered sometime in July. Due to covid manufacturing delays the delivery date changed multiple times. My husband talked to Hemet RV frequently to keep them updated on the changes. We knew their supercenter was very busy so we wanted them prepared for us on their work schedule. On July 28th we dropped off one of our captain chairs there at Hemet RV, they were going to reupholster it while they waited for the furniture. The furniture was delivered to Hemet RV Supercenter on August 6th. They told us their work schedule was hectic and they couldn't do the install until Monday, August 16th. They had us drop it off that Monday. They said they would plug in our motorhome so the refrigerator would have power and they would have it back to us in 24 hours, we could pick it up on Tuesday evening. When Wednesday came and it still wasn't ready my husband asked about the Captain chair they were reupholstering. They didn't have the fabric yet, nothing had been done. My husband told them to just put the chair back in the motorhome. They finally said we could pick up our motorhome on Thursday, August 19th at 1:30 pm. The Captain chair was in worse shape then when we dropped it off. The old fabric now had holes in it. There were no holes before. They bolted in the chair but did not bolt the seatbelt. My husband had to do that. The RV furniture was set in but not bolted down. They just opened the boxes and carried the furniture in and set it down. We could have done that ourselves. We didn't need to pay anyone to open a box and carry it in. We were paying for their knowledge and experience bolting it in. They left the hardware for bolting it down on the kitchen counter. They had the motorhome 3 1/2 days instead of 24 hours and everything in the refrigerator and freezer was spoiled and rotten. My husband asked for a refund of some of our money. They agreed but returned nothing. Don't bring your recreational vehicle to these people. We learned the hard way.

Called to check refrigerator. Was given all information on our extended warranty company. Was told it was compressor and cheaper to get new fridge(household in Class A). Kept giving us the run around and was told Insurance company wouldn't go for it ( after 10 days ) so we called insurance. They never even called them to file a claim. Insurance called them, they stated they were just to busy to even work with us. They could have just come out and tell us, but they constantly lied to us. Would not trust them.

I had several things done to my coach, the most important thing was the roof getting sealed, All was well until the first rain. It leaked. $800 it cost, and they ran my batteries down so many times that I now need new ones, they installed a refrigerator for me and put a huge dent in the front. Small claims is my only option. After they repeatedly hung up the phone on me, the girl who runs the front desk cussed me out. Awful place to go.

I called for emergency water heater work and they came out and charged me $293.75They left before they tested the water heater. When I came home I found out that I still did not have hot water. I called them 5 times and each time I was told by the person answering the phone he would relay my mesage to the store manager to schedule another repair. They never once called me back or refunded my money. I had to call another company to find out that Hemet RV Supercenter connected the plumbing wrong and it was never going to generate hot water. I had to pay another RV repair company to fix it right.Hemet RV Supercenter is completely unprofessional and dishonest!

We recently move to San Jacinto from LA area and needed a new place to take our trailer. Before I took my trailer in I called probably 10+ times with a million questions. I spoke to elyssa and she was very helpful. Once we decided to go with them and we dropped our trailer off they gave me a time period and a quote. Both the time period and the quote were spot on. Thank you guys again for getting our trailer running just right!. It s nice to have found a place that s honest, reliable and reasonable. I ll definitely be referring friends and family!

Had an emergency, slide out issue, during the week before Christmas. I called one RV shop and they had no one to send out. They sent me to Hemet RV Supercenter. I was charged 550 dollars to have 2 techs come out, spend a little less than an hour, and told me the motor for the slide out was bad. I trouble shot the system myself with some help from the manufacturer to find out a relay module was the most likely problem. I have since sent Hemet a request for a refund, but nothing yet.

The parts/service department was super busy. I walked in with a couple of questions and they took the time to help me investigate my parts dilemma. Good on ya!

My neighbor had them over to replace his roof, very rude workers, left a mess inside and out, didn't finish in a day like promised, called one of the managers at the park a dirty name in Spanish. Played music loud all days in a senior park. Wouldn't call them myself if I needed them.

Not only were they $20 more expensive than other facilities and on line, the staff was very rude and unhelpful. We're not able to answer my questions, just handed me a part a d sent me on my way.
