These employees do not get enough credit for what they have to put up with. One of the front office workers, Kim, took on some a customer before me who was very rude to her for no reason at all. When it was my time to get helped, she was nothing but sweet and helpful, she really handled the other person with grace and humility. If only people can just be decent humans to other humans especially in their place of employment. Thanks for making my experience great, Kim!

I recently had the hood of my truck repainted due to it fading from the sun, 2013, Tacoma.The entire staff was professional, personal and helpful. They were also very respectful of my service as a Veteran.I was kept up to date with the status of the work being done and they worked really hard to work around my schedule!The actual work done on my vehicle was perfect, bringing it back to looking like new again!I gave five stars!!!

I had a great experience at GOSCH COLLISION AT GOSCH FORD HEMET. They were very attentive and caring when I raised a concern about a noise after my repairs. They took the time to diagnose the issue and offered a solution. I highly recommend them for their excellent service!

Hi guys,I want to invite you to visit Gosch Collision in case you need your vehicles repaired and don't want to worry about waiting for good customer service, Noni is right at the door to take care of you. On top of that, any insurance company qualifies to repair your vehicle. Make sure your insurance company contacts them.It also has professionals like Nichoel and Nick who are always working, going back and forth with clients.Sometimes I just want to tell them to stop and take a break. I am disabled with 15 years prior mechanical/automotive repair experience. I have a full size Ford Econoline handicap equipped van with full hand controls needing a front end alignment after front end damage due to an accident. I spoke with Steve often during the front end steering repair on my van. Steve has great customer service skills and was always quick to provide status and updates involving on each step of service from beginning to end. Manager Louis was very professional and understanding to my concerns as a disabled individual. Louis seemed highly competent and very knowledgeable and was eager to work with me on labor and parts costs. I had been in an accident which caused right front end damage requiring replacement of many parts. Louis took the time to clearly explain and show me what the damaged parts looked like and was very helpful and willing to track down replacement parts and work hard to make sure things worked properly. Gosh Ford Quick Lane did a fantastic front end repair and alignment considering the amount of damage and time required to repair my van. I highly recommend Gosh Ford Quick Lane to anyone seeking trustworthy automotive repair at very reasonable prices.
