I didn t even go in to buy a car but just have my own car serviced and while I was there, Jimmy made it happen that I was able to purchase a nice used GMC terrain for my daughter. He made it happen so fast he was running circles around the finance people so thanks to the finance team and Jimmy for just helping me out getting this car for my daughter.

Absolutely love this place, they worked with us and they took care of my parents and got them the truck they were looking for. Gosch Auto Ford in Hemet is amazing from my purchase to repairs! The people here understand customer service and are amazing humans! I don't live close and they have accommodated me in so many ways. Lovely experience. I could take my vehicle somewhere closer but, the level of customer service here, quite frankly, I have not found ANYWHERE! Trust me, I have tried. So, they have a loyal customer no matter where I plant! Sending a huge shout out to Chris, Cassandra, and Alex! Fantastic humans!

Gosh Car Wash really stir mix feelings in me; and this is due to the new management.Wait, the people working there, are great: Joey is ALWAYS doing an outstanding job.But the new management?First, in my past review, I mentioned that the back of my Toyota tavoma wasn't getting washed. Complained about it. The manager I spoke to, informed to re-wash the truck, and if the back doesn't get washed, he'll do it himself.Snap. I can do it myself. That wasn't the point. Your machines are NOT doing a good job washing the back of my truck.How many times will I get a manager willing to wash the back of my truck each time your machines don't do it?Oh yeah, wait.The new management sent an email entitled: "Heads Up- Membership Updates Coming Your Way!What's shiny and new? A tiny Membership tweak! Yep, we're tweaking the monthly fee just a smidgen. Why? Because we're throwing in a bunch if cool upgrades and benefits that'll make your car sparkle and dance (well, almost dance)."The tweaks are:"unlimited washesDetailing galoreVIP Perks Just for you: sneak peaks at new services.Welcome to the Network: this is the big one! We've joined the mighty Go car wash network, connecting you to a vast community of car care experts and enthusiasts..." more bla bla bla.Did anyone of you asked to join their network?Does anyone care about getting a sneak peak at their new services?Does anyone detail their car every single time their visit the car wash wash?If not, WHY THE HELL is our membership fee going up for something that's not EVEN new?I mean, I drive my car through the car was.Come out the other way.Vacuum it, and dry it.I sincerely don't give a flying duck about this highway robbery the new management is calling great news.Oh yeah, they also said this: "Got questions or just want to chat about how cool your car's going to look? Drop us a line!"You'd expect them to list their phone number? Nothing.I might need to get in touch with Cleo the spychic to get the number.Anyone knows where Cleo is nowadays?Plus, she might be old and retired by now. At least a 2021 echo sport 3 cylinder thinking. I gotta fill it up once a month. I should have a good gas knowledge. Considering that my Honda Civic 6 cylinder has gained 22 boy was I wrong? I drive it the same way same distance. Same purpose that I drove the Honda. I'm getting 17.4. I'm being told that the car is running fine and you should go further than I drive it. It's a lemon. Do not buy a Ford ever again. I won't By one Not If. You want a good gas mileage.

I came to look at plug in hybrid SUV. Isaiah Ambriz was a very helpful Sales Consultant. I can say that this is the same place that I purchased my first brand new car. They try to suck as much as they can from you giving you cars that not you want but what they want to get rid of! Also keep running my credit over and over dropping my credit score weeks after I bought Mr car elsewhere.

Overall good service except for the wait after car inspection was completed. Video disappeared after viewing. No note or recommendation for window wash container or low radiation fluid.

Received a call from this auto dealer and didn t appreciate the insults from the sales rep. I gave information on what I was looking for and felt like the rep was very condescending. I will never go to this location and do not recommend.

They are extremely professional, with great customer service. My salesman (Dale Ferguson, Toyota) still has my phone number in his cell phone and has on several occasions helped me out. Even when unknowingly I've called him at home. Service Department is not a rip off department like many dealerships. It costs a little more but all work is garenteed. Veteran friendly.

My brakes are squeaking. I went to get my last service on Saturday they were 3 hours behind from what I was told because they allowed too many walk ins my appointment was at 1:30 pm my Toyota app told me that my doors were open 30 minutes before they closed and gave me my car back and now the brakes are squeaking I doubt they rotated the tires and did all the checks that were needed.

Don't give them ANY info. All I did was stop in to purchase a part and for the last 2 weeks every day after asking repeatedly to stop they keep calling, texting, emailing me and harassing me trying to get me to buy a new car.

Was referred to Gosch by Stephanie Inman as I was looking for a slightly used vehicle. I saw a 2015 SS Camaro on their website so I went in to Gosch Toyota to test drive it and another vehicle that caught my eye.The team at Toyota took great care of me and I don't remember ever having an easier car buying experience. Minus the test drives and indecision between 2 cars, I was in and out in 90 minutes with a great price and payment.Looks great in my driveway!

I've been in twice for maintenance of my car. The first service was just an inspection and air filter change and took over an hour, the second service was an oil change and took two hours. I work night shift so, when I schedule appointments during the day, I expect them to be honored. I had an appointment at 1, I was told at 2:30 my car was done only to then be told they had "mixed up" the paperwork and were just now getting started on my oil change. I asked them to skip the car wash since I hadn't slept and they still ran it through the wash. I will definitely be getting my service done elsewhere moving forward.

Cars don't last 3 engines they can't figure what wrong no I'm paying for a car that won't run and you can't get ahold of them leave message they don't return them you have to drive down there to get answers paid $2500.00 drove it twice to the store again engine started jumping called them they don't no what to do no making payments on a lawn ornament rediuless

I bought my car out of this dealer brought it back because the suspension was making noise and the steering wheel was crooked they took it in the lemons was off they say they redid it better steering wheel still crooked and the suspension still make noise bring it back after a week and they took it back in double check on it they say everything is on the respect everything was fine but they soon will still crooked and the suspension still make noise brought it back for the second and third time until they say they the promise of the car has or normal I will let people Josh and see if what you think about it I think the people who works on this place don't have any idea of how to repair car or how to diagnose a car even the manager came out to talk to me and trying to convince me that all this problems that the car is having are pretty normal I will not recommend anybody to come to this place and have the car service I don't think they got any idea of what they are doing and the people there work there that supposed to be certified I don't think their certification it's worth their anything if they can't fix problem again this is personal opinion if anybody has a good experience with these people which I doubt it feel free to comment on this post. Here's some pictures that I took myself when I'm driving this is how I supposed to drive and I put the car and at shop and look underneath the suspension and this is what I found on the struts which it makes me think that this might be making the noise but they say that that's totally normal that the car has no problems at all even though the noise is even coming back worse every time I stop or I make a turn it's making that noise now that I don't know want to bring it back due to they going to come back telling me that it's pretty normal period for the manager I did and all the review he came back to me saying the car is on respect and they usually you having s because you drive a lot I wonder if any other people have a same previews like I do will it be able to let me know if they have this type of problem because I drive a lot which I think it's a pretty incompetent response from him which probably to go to school and study a little bit more about cars and before he answers any of these questions

I just want to say thank you to the folks who helped us out (Alyssa Ramos and Keith Thamma) in helping us with a title transfer for a 2015 Toyota Highlander. They really went above and beyond in helping getting this completed on a tight deadline due to an upcoming deployment.

We just had a super outstanding experience buying a car here. Dennis was absolutely great. He took care of us right away and instantly took the fears and dread out of buying a car. He was very patient with us, understanding, really made it an enjoyable process. Most of all is he is kind and really fought for us to get the best deal. My husband dropped his truck off with an appointment on Friday. Was told it would be done on Saturday. Here we are Monday and HE had to call to find out what's happening. We will see if his truck will be done tomorrow like they said on the phone. He is having 2 air bags replaced. Poor customer service
