BEFORE I START , they decided to go through with repairs without me signing anything(claimed they would send paperwork before starting and didn't). a day later i wanted my car back, due to a issue with my insurance and they refused to, saying they already started.THE DASHBOARD WAS COMPLETELY COVERED IN DIRT(they didn't care for it at all) AND PEALING ON THE DASHBOARD DUE FROM BEING IN THE SUN NOT COVERED(EVEN THO I HAD A SUN COVER IN THE CAR) ,The service I received was deeply unsatisfactory. It took over a month to get my car back, only to find it was not properly repaired and a new issue had arisen: the car door wouldn't open(it was working before they had it, i opened the door to let the toe truck person in) .The service provider also claimed they fixed the glass, but it was still cracked EXACTLY THE SAME. This entire experience left me questioning their competence and honesty.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Carlos, Gabby and team were so nice and went over and beyond in customer service. Very informative the entire time, and took care of everything. Returning my car so gorgeous even giving extra detail of having a fresh clean car. These guys are the best.-Brenda P.

This was my first trip to Gerber Collision & Glass. The staff was very welcoming and quick to assess my car and give my insurance and myself the estimate for repairs. My appointment was at 9 a.m. I was home by 9:30 a.m. . I live 8 min from the shop, so it was a very quick estimate and out the door. Thank you, Gerber Collision & Glass.

My car got broken into and progressive instantly set me up with repairs at Gerber. I'm so glad I trusted the insurance company because we got amazing service. I can't remember my representatives name but he was always mindful to call and update me through every step. If there was something I didn't understand he took the time to explain everything to me. This is our permanent shop because we know with 2 small children we can trust them to take care of our family and not try to run a scam on us!!!

Small details were left out when repaired. I still had to align the liner better and had to take it back several times. Fog light was also broken and not repaired. Just bought one at Amazon and replaced it. I can't take it back so many times. Overall, they do everything to get you satisfied.

My car was towed 5/25 to Gerber Collision & Glass - Hemet. My car was finally ready 29 days later and when it was ready they gave me the car with NO gas! Not enough gas to drive to the gas station and I had my little children in the car. I was on my way to the gas station about 4 minutes away from Gerber and the car stopped in the middle of a busy intersection, putting my children and myself at risk. AAA had to come by 45 minutes later to put gas in the car. I went to Gerber 6/27 to talk to someone about why my car was given to me with no gas when the car had gas when it was towed. Thomas Frazier General Manager was argumentative with me, not listening to what I was trying to explain. He was arguing that it s not their responsibility to put gas, telling me many customers say they have gas and they really don t. I told him I had just put gas at Costco days before the accident and he was yelling show me, prove it . I was not there for gas reimbursement! I was there so they could do better for someone else. So they can understand that it s not nice they leave a car with no gas risking a family s life. Literally! AAA said they should ve never given me the car with No gas. He puffed up his chest at me, was yelling and pointing his finger blaming me for not putting gas as soon I picked up the car. I explained that we didn t have enough gas to go to the gas station 4/5 minutes away! Crazy! He also said it s not their policy to take the mileage or gas gauges when a car is towed, well maybe they should and I asked to see the policy on that. But I will be talking to the USAA tow company that towed my car which has that information. I ve called USAA to file an official grievance for his terrible customer service, and calling Gerber Corporate to do the same. He should not be serving customers ever! I feel bad for the people that have to work with him. He needs corporate to train him to be a better representative for the company! He is the face of Gerber in Hemet. Do better Gerber!

Had to wait for our car about an HR, but did an excellent job! I am totally satisfied! Even fixed my windows that didn't go up and down!

Very friendly. They perform collision repair and work with auto insurance companies. They even offer coffee for free. Everyone that works there greets you when you enter. Amazingly, they assign you to one person who looks at the damage and that person is in charge of the entire project until you are satisfied. Greatplace, great people. Great principles.

A great experience from start to finish! Highly recommend Larry! He's very professional with great attention to detail! Larry was also quick to personally call and update me on the progress of my vehicle.The staff was professional & helpful!! The facility is very clean & welcoming!!When my car was done, it was washed, exterior was cleaned and wiped, smelling like a brand new car all over again!Highly recommend this repair shop. Had my Mazda in the shop to be repaired from insurance and they were in consistent connect with me. Elbert was amazing, had a small hiccup locating an issue but quickly found it and was able to pay for my rent a car a lil longer just to make sure my family and I was taken care of. Truly great at handling cars and even better with handling customers, amazing customer service from Elbert and his team!! Thank you

Do not take your business to these people, you have been warned. My new vehicle got hit on the driver side. My insurance recommended these guys. They complete the work in 8 days, I come to pick up and the work looked like a child was learning collision repair. Door misaligned, plastic molding hanging off, pits in the paint, overspray globs. Embarrassing on their part to try and pass this off as professional work. I refused the work and they held my car hostage for over an additional month. It took going on social media blasting them and my insurance to get them to start to respond to me. Oh yeah, I didn't mention... They will not communicate with you. And if they do, they will lie. They attempt to repair your vehicle as cheap as possible so they profit, and hope you are just excited to get your car back and not notice. Their corporate people are just the same, a big circle of liars and con men. Stay away. Even after everything was said and done, my vehicle still had issues. Overspray pain all over my windshield. They also damaged my vehicle further and had to fix that, stuff that had nothing to do with the initial repair. Do your research and find a shop that are actually pros and not scam artists like Gerber Collision.

Took my truck there estimated time to fix was a couple of weeks 9 weeks later it was finally out little things where not completed things that you do not notice until they don't work. Like remote mirrors, electric door windows, passenger side mirror was never replaced had to call them they sent out a glass guy to fix the leaking wind screen, Tail light lens was never replaced front bumper was loose dash clips where boken the wire cove for the review mirror was missing. I needed my pickup for work and could not afford to take it back for a one month additional stay.I would stay away from this shop.The above review was a review of the company that was there prior. NOT Gerber Collision & Glass!!

1st Certified service is untouchable, they gave excellent customer service and the quality of work that was provided to our vehicle was better than what the factory gave us. They will take care of everything including speak with your insurance and continuous update on the progress of your vehicle. If I was allowed I would give them 10 stars instead of 5.

I will not do business here again. Terrible communication, lack of follow up. Make sure if you take your car here you have a rental or another car handy while you wait for your repairs. They must milk the insurance companies for additional labor, time and/or a daily rate for keeping your car there because they don t have a care in the world about timely work. They have no sense of urgency and every time you call them for an update there seems to be a different reason for the delay. This company knows you are at their mercy while they have your car and they treat their customers as such.Service: Body & Trim

From start to finish 1st Certified was amazing. The repairs were done in a timely fashion, and I even got my vehicle back sooner than expected. My vehicle looks brand new, and the level of customer service was outstanding. Justin answered every question my husband and I had, and kept us updated via text message through the whole repair time. If you want your vehicle repaired right, give them a call!

This location has very friendly staff. And, they did revisions on my vehicle, that I wasn't pleased with. And, I was able to drop my Enterprise Rental Car off, as well. So for these things..I give them 5 stars!

Someone crashed into the back of my car one month after I bought it brand new, I took it to these guys 3 months later, and out of 4 quotes, they were the cheapest with hundreds of great reviews. After 3 days in their shop, my car looks just like how it did when I drove it off the lot. My guy was Scott, and he's the best. Thank you!

Not sure how to get the price of the initial estimate through my insurance. I think my insurance is suppose to give me the collision shops they directly work with and I did that. I came here first 'cause its close to where I live and the appointment wasn't too far. They took a couple of pics of my vehicle. That's about it.

DO NOT USE 1 MONTH processing claim for my accident and they do not answer phones, or return your phone calls or coordinate with insurance company. I am a local insurance agent in the area. About a year ago, I was doing a follow up call for one of my policy holder after she was in an accident. She told me how happy she was with the body shop that fixed her car (1st Collision in Hemet). I took note of the companies name and have been referring my clients here ever since. I will continue to refer my clients here because when I do a claims follow up for my clients they all seem happy with the service, time and professionalism of this collision center. Thank you Larry, Scott, Justin , Travis and all the guys at 1st Collision for taking care of my clients and making me look like a Rockstar.

Dropped my car off for minor bumper damage, and head light damage, with an estimate of 7 days of labor; 4,500 $ . I'm now on my 10th day with no car, and every time I call for an update they're missing some part or just ordered a part for my car and it is on transit. They should have already had my parts before I even dropped off my car . I asked how much longer and they can't even give me a straight answer saying it might take 2 to 3 days. Which adds up to 13 days instead of 7. I find this very unprofessional I would not recommend this place for anyone. Nor let your insurance fool you into coming here . I have yet to see my car and they're work , but I hope they exceed my expectations. I am very upset about this, and will never come here again .

I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Hemet CA. I got into an accident, a pursuit and a car gun shots.. Jessica was very helpful in assisting me with my insurance, rental car etc.. and Scott would always give me an update and did an awesome job on fixing the damage on my door and the rear end of my car PLUS the bullet holes. My car was also done sooner that expected. It looks brand new again! Thumbs up to Gerber Collision and staff!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I dealt with Larry, very helpful and knowledgeable. Front desk staff helpful as well. Our car was rear ended. It was fixed perfectly. Glad we went with them. They are very trustworthy.
