Fix Auto did an awesome job keeping me updated on my Nissan Altima while it was getting fixed. When I went to pick up my car it looked amazing. I give them an A+ I totally recommend them, I wish I can give them 10 stars thank you Fix Auto.

Hello. We love this repair shop. Joel Castelan, is the best. He is our contact. He knows his stuff. He s so polite, as is everyone who works there. Fix Auto, has worked on our car 3 different times now. Always an expert job done. Our Insurance Co. wanted us to take our car to another shop. No way. I said it s Fix Auto. Thank you again for a great job done. Our car looks like new again. They go above and beyond.

Hi! We love Fix It Body shop in Hemet. Joel is out contact. He knows what he is doing. He tells it like it is. And he s always right. The whole experience, getting our car fixed went great. I was rear ended with company car. They made the process so easy, and stress free. Gave estimate time of completion, and was weeks ahead of that! The repair itself is great, paint matched, cant tell it was in an accident. Excellent communication of where they are in the process of fixing the van. Would highly recommend!

Great experience. This was my first time in an accident and dealing with having my car repaired. Joel was very informative of the process and next steps. My car looks great, you can t even tell it was in an accident. I am also very appreciative that they detailed my car prior to picking it up. very professional ..i went in for a new bumper cover and paint ..my biggest concern was the paint being a different shade ..I Got a call my car was ready , i went to go pick my car and i did a well through inspection .my car looked perfect 10/10paint was on point 10/10i would highly recommend this place for any auto body and paint services needed ..

Unfortunately the last three years we have had 4 rear end collisions. We always take our cars to FIX Auto. They are professional, they keep us updated and our cars are ready quickly. Plus they look brand new when we pick them up. They are the best! .

From the first minute there until I left, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The car was done several days early and looks great. They even touched up several little dings that were on a separate area and Joel could not have been more helpful. I am very pleased. Hopefully, I won t crash my car again but if I ever do I know where to take it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car to fix auto as a referral from USAA insurance and this was over about a month ago and we are still trying to deal with be improper repairs That were done by this facility. By the way make sure when they tell you that the align your car, make sure they really do it because they claimed the aligned my car twice and the even drove my misaligned car all the way across town to another auto body shop to get the alignment done...( What kind of auto body shop knowingly takes a misaligned car and drives it???) In fact, my car was not aligned properly as discovered by another auto body shop and confirmed my the Toyota DealershipThey improperly installed my hood as well!!!!And the best part and the cherry on top was when they were turned my car back to my house and the gas light was on.... And then they proceeded to hustle my husband for a good review on Google.Shown below you can see the pictures of how a tC hood is supposed to look and what they did....

I took my 2010 Prius in for a rear bumper collision. They repaired it good as new. I noticed the bumper was coming loose 7 months later. I returned for warranty and They checked it out. Fix Auto Hemet was great. They fixed the bumper while I waited. Great customer service. A+ In my book. I recommend this Repair shop.

The work looks great and the professionally clean condition that my car was in was a pleasant surprise.However, the women in the customer service positions could be more professional, since they are supposed to be your front line and the first impression that your customers come in contact with. Instead of an attitude that I was interrupting their day, a simple genuine and friendly smile goes a long way to give a customer confidence that they re business is welcome and will recommend future customers.Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job. Took the attention to detail to the next level, and made sure I was taken care of. We had to keep the car there one day longer than expected so they covered my rental vehicle expenses, free to me.

I was in a car accident and we chose this shop for the repairs. I was extremely happy with they way things went. I ve been waiting over a month for a simple front bumper repair. They told me 2 weeks originally. They have extended the pick up time at least 4x already. I wouldn t be surprised if they have my vehicle for another 2 weeks. Even tho it s supposably done they are just waiting on this last part to come in. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone that doesn t want to be misinformed or only has one vehicle for transportation as they will keep your car for well over the estimated pick up time.Service: Body & Trim
