They helped me right away. They were very friendly and courteous. I chose the lifetime warranty alignment for the Lincoln MKZ because all four wheels need to be aligned. With all the potholes in the area now, I wanted to make sure that my alignment would be renewed on a regular basis so that I could make sure that my car always tracked straight. I was very happy with the price and the service that Firestone gave me.

This Firestone always makes sure I understand what is wrong and the necessity of the repairs with thorough explanation and/or visual representation. They are always understanding as well when I explain what I would like to do and vice/versa. Very friendly staff.

Paul and Gilbert and extremely knowledgeable young lady (please forgive me miss but I failed to write down your name)the entire crew are helpful and honest which for me means a lot it speaks volumes about the hemet location I will continue to utilize my life time warranty and will have the tire rotation as the young lady recommended I'm thankful for having what I consider to be a valued resource accentuated my by honest group of people that I can trust thanks to those individuals as it's the people that make the operation successful I don't know if all Bridgestone/ Firestone locations operate the way that the hemet location does but if they don't they could use them as an example of how to operate a successful those at the hemet location deserve a raise bless you all a grateful Dian H Humphrey

Had to return three times with tire installment issues. First time one tire didn't get balanced. Second issue, tire was installed in the wrong rotation. Went back to get replacement and correct the problem. They ordered the wrong tire had to come back the next day!!

the lady gave me an appointment in august 26 2023 @ 2:00pm for two front tires plus allignment and it was done after 4:30 pm. As I was driving the car for home i notice the car was pulling right side of the road. So i call the Firestone right away and she gave me an appointment the next day at 3:00 pm . i came back the next day at 2:45 pm she told me she is fully book for the day, and i told her why you gave me an appointment and i don't have slot for the day. She told me can you come back tomorrow. And i was fully frustrated for the day so if anyone go to this shop think twice before you book in.

Excellent customer service, I went in for an alignment and they weren't hesitant to help me out, they checked in regularly and answered all questions I had, my car came out just as it was before other than the alignment, I will most definitely be returning

How s this place in business? Terrible service. On their phones. Why come in to work if your not wanting to greet customers soon as they walk in. Took my vehicle and business elsewhere.

This place has changed since the last time I was there. Place is clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. Jose the service advisor was able to squeeze me in for an alignment before closing. A big thank you to him and the staff there!!!

They can never seem to find the problem that you requested to be found out and yeah incompetent leader ship around there. They can t seem to figure out a simple TPMS light

I came to get 4 tires replace, I came after 3 hours and they didn t even touch my carThey told me 2 to 3 hoursI was upset and they acted like is no big dealThe young person with curly hair was steering at me rudelyThis has never happened to me before I been coming here for 15 years

Had some questions about my car and the staff here were very helpful and knowledgeable. They told me what they recommend and the best way to go about getting the stuff I need done being I can't do it all at once. I recommend anyone to use them if you want a clear understanding of what's going on about your car and how they can help you. Great staff that doesn't make you feel burdened by asking questions. Thanks guys.

Tires that i looked at on line that were supposed to be a certain price were not at the store in town I was told, the only thing wrong with that is I looked up the price at the store where I live.So when I get to the store I m told they cost $100plus more, than the on line price. I was told that the tires i wanted were not available at the store,, even though I looked up that store.So to me Firestone is like every other app they use the old bait and switch. It didn't work this time. So I went to Walmart and gave the Chinese some more money.No different than any other company now a day's. Just want your money now not your loyalty

Got there at 845am was told they would get it done and at 3pm it still isn't even in the bay. They have brought atleast 10 vehicles in and out that showed up and checked in hrs after me. Don't waist your time at this location they will lie to you directly to your face and try to overcharge you I'm sure they still charged my fleet card and the manager pretty much said oh well take it somewhere else if I could give 0 stars I would this place definitely needs better management

Brought in my car 2 weeks ago prior to purchasing it to have an inspection done by a mechanic. Mechanic said it was in perfect working condition and would not need ANY work done. Going off the mechanic s word I purchased the car. Since then I ve had to put $4,737 dollars of work as well as another $1,300 for new tires as well and alignment even though the mechanic said all was good. Would not recommend this business to anyone. I would give ZERO stars if possible. Contacted the business and was told there was nothing they could do. Take your car to an honest mechanic. I ve attached a picture of all the work that needs to be done according to the shop my car is currently at.

I came in last Friday as a brand new customer after making an appointment online. I had no idea that the appointment wasn't confirmed, or had to be confirmed, so when I got there the guy at the counter was extremely rude to me. I asked him how do I get an appointment confirmed then? So he rescheduled me for Tuesday. So on Tuesday I come in, and tell them I scheduled for a complete inspection. Then a different guy tells me that if I want a complete inspection I have to reschedule AGAIN for another day. Why did the first guy on Friday not tell me that, or schedule me on a day that the lead mechanic was in? They both knew I wanted a complete inspection. The second guy was rude to me as well, and I told him to just check the basics. So he tells me to be back by 4; I got there around 1:45. So I drop my car off, leave, and walk about 5 or 6 blocks to grab something to eat. Come back over an hour later, to see that my car has not even been moved into the garage. So I ask him, why hasn't my car been moved into the garage yet? I get no explanation, no apology, and a short attitude. After I say that they move my car in and start working on it. It got done right at 4PM when they were closing the shutters. Terrible experience. Bad employees, bad service. I would not recommend going here.

First time that I take my car at Firestone. They are busy, make sure you make an appointment otherwise if you are lucky like me they will try to make it possible to take care of you. I had to go at 8 am when they first open and they were able to take care of my car. Great customer service and they were done in a timely manner.
