Hello, after going to the service department for my car I was greeted by Ulises; the amount of professionalism was very pleasing and I had informed Ulises about my car and he was happy to assist me with a beautiful smile on his face. Ulises had gone above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly and efficient. He has the capacity to go in depth about any questions one may have and is very respectful and has the patience to back it up. Will definitely be coming back just for his outstanding customer service. What an amazing #helpfulhonda employee. Thank you Ulises

Service and people were great. We waited a while for our service but they offer coffee and mini donuts for our wait which was great and they also have movies and theater room for kids. Would come again.

This was the most disappointed I ve been with Diamond Valley Honda. A few days ago I took my 2016 Accord in for an issue with one of the locks. The problem was that the tea door lock would not engage when using the key fob, even after changing batteries of course. This means the alarm wouldn t set because all the doors would not lock. I knew going in, and advised the service advisor, that it was a random issue (doesn t happen every time) and that the lock switch would need to be replaced. More than 5 hours later, the service advisor (Ulysses) called and said the tech used the key fob several times and could not duplicate the problem, . I said go ahead and get me a price on a new lock and change it out anyway. He said he would. I called back more than 7 times to ask what the progress was. There was no answer and I left several messages with the voicemail service. Fast forward to after 6pm, and no call back. I drove to the dealer and found that all but one adviser had gone home, the only one left (not Ulysses) told me there were no notes about what was done and no one had looked up the part I needed. I basically wasted the whole day on a could not duplicate issue that should have taken less than a minute. I m disappointed not only the that I wasted the day without my car, but that the issue seems pretty cut and dry; check fob, fob doesn t work, ask customer if they want a new lock, problem solved one way or another. Now I have to spend another entire day without my car to have this issue remedied. The communication was poor and the lack of care when it came to my vehicle was horrible. I felt like my issue was placed in a pile in someone s desk and forgotten about. I would have given a one star review, but the gentlemen who helped me when I picked up my vehicle was extremely helpful.

Kind and friendly staff when I showed up unannounced to get my vehicle checked. Good hosting and offered a nice lounge and snacks. After everything was solved . They were even able to lower the cost from its original price and on top of that! They game it a finishing touch and washed my car. So I m very grateful and pleased. Will be coming back for future dilemmas to be solved.

I purchased a vehicle for my daughter, a vehicle for my wife and two vehicles for myself, and I always bring them back for service because I know that I m taking care of. my reviews are honest and 100% true this is the only dealership I purchased vehicles and service my vehicles from. 1-29-2024 @ 2:00pm I had a scheduled service. Bobby Allen was my service writer to replace the rear brake pads on my 2016 Honda Accord. Very professional, great personality, efficient. Giovanni the mechanic did an excellent job! They Replaced two headlights also that were bad. Diamond Valley Honda has the best service period.Thank you Bobby, Giovanni, & The Diamond Valley Honda Service Department.

Bobby was very helpful! But the scheduling department is another story, they just have a hard time understanding what your trying to book for it it s something other than an oil change. Other than that they are amazing!!

I came here with my Honda CRV. I wanted to change the oil and replace the vipers.I inquired about the cost of replacing the vipers with the woman at the front desk. It will cost $30, she said, so I said, "Go for it." She returned after a while and informed me that the mechanic had estimated that the job would cost $100, including labor. What did I say? You mentioned $30 and then $100 all of a sudden so she could explain something, and I chose not to pursue it.It appears that the mechanic is irate since I am only performing an oil change and not replacing any parts.I questioned the front desk lady, "Do you find any issues in the car?" once my car was ready.She stated, "The car's engine oil is leaking."The car was working nearly like brand new and now all of sudden an engine oil leak. I highly doubt that these guys wrecked the automobile in order to get extra money. If you truly want to safeguard your car and save money, stay away from this shop.

Diamond Honda is the best! They offer nothing but excellent customer care. Joe, the rep in the Bodyshop, was very helpful throughout the process of getting the estimate and sending paperwork to the insurance company, no delays. Their staff are very professional and efficient

I have always taken my car there for service. Mind you my car is low but have never had an issue with oil changes and tire rotations. This time they were unable to do any I ve it. Took my car to my mechanic and they were able to get it up with no problem.

Diamond Valley Honda made it very smooth and simple to purchase my new car. Santiago, my salesman, knew the product and answered all my questions, he even set up my phone for me so that it would interface with the car. I have an old Honda 2007 car that really needed extended maintenance. I worked with Steven who really educated me. I love his honesty!!!! Ive already had three great experiences here at this location. Anyone reading this, ask for Steven or Dulce, you wont be disappointed!!! P.s. if you do all the maintenance requirements, your car will take you a long way. I have over 327,000 miles and still going strong. In Hemet there are so many dips, if you slow down and show TLC to your car, you'll be blessed to have it last as long as mine. Thank you!

First off..why set an appointment if you get there 10 mins early to be told 1 1/2 hour wait for the oil change? Bright idea..to have your technicians remove all tools before giving car back to owner. Got all the way home driving around with a huge screwdriver under the engine.

No attention to detail. Always missing something when I pick up my car. Lost my front skirt after getting an oil change here. Got my car back with the skid plate loose and dragging from the front. Didn t get my engine cover back. Never taking my car here again.

My experience at DVH was tremendous. There was a mix up with the service order and I had to make a second visit. I m very busy, so normally this would have been such an inconvenience, but Lindsey provided a rental and even a tank of gas for my troubles. I get it, these things happen, but making it easy and stress free are why I will return to DVH.

Clean place with nice customer amenities in tue waiting area, they were overpriced and a bit cloudy about the diagnosis for what should have been a routine fix. Was quoted a price 3x higher than the going rate, I opted out after agreeing to an $89 oil change. Not wild about it.
