Kevin is awesome. Honest hardworking people. Fair on pricing and got it done same day as a walk-in. I have always heard good things about Brake Masters and glad I went in. Will be bringing my other car in when needed. Definitely recommend

The guy that gave me my estimates told me that it cost 180$ diagnostic charge, but if repaired there it would count towards repair, the total price he gave me was 489.00 with the 180$ included, until I got there to pick up my car and he turned the table and charged me for the dx separately. Crooks run or get it in writing. Crooks runnnnnn!! I'm gonna report them to the corporate office, if they even have one. I'm calling the BBB also

Took my car in here for a problem I ve been having for months with my tire. They did excellent work for a good price, and had excellent service the whole way through. I will definitely be back!

New management prompted me to look elsewhere, high prices now with diagnostic check charges, rude attitude-not looking for long term customers here anymore-plenty of other shops are more reliable and honest!!

Update, 12/30/2023 Hemet Brake Masters ripped me off. Here are pictures of the brake pads they put on my car. I brought Napa ceramic brake pads and still have my receipt. They kept the $80 brakes pads and put their cheap brand on my front brakes. I've gone to them for years from my experiences with Fontana Brake Masters being honest and dependable to this Hemet locaton shop now shady and totally dishonest work Practices on its loyal customers. Now I know why they have a shop you can not see them working on your car. They actually kept my expensive ceramic brake pads and the number on these cheap pads are theirs. They stole my pads! Who thinks that date on receipt of purchase from Napa receipt code on the same day installation on Brake Masters installation matches. Then the number off their pad still on brakes removed from another Legitimate professional mechanic shop telling me to take pictures and go to court. Women barrow money and go anywhere but here. If they do this to old ladies, you surely will be ripped off!Below was my past review on this shop when I could visibly see them work on my car. I have to keep all my receipts for taxes on my parts and all maintenance for my records. I'm Uber/Lyft driver deciding to take them to court with all my gig maintenance receipts. I would never recommend this auto shop or brake shop to anyone. Even if you're in a pinch, go to Discount Tires an honest shop. All their work is in the open to where you can see the work being done.My past review below: I'm so sorry if you've been ripped off. Below was my honest review from their open old shop! This closed shop is where they can get away with dishonest work.DO NOT GET BRAKES HERE!Look, I'm a Lyft driver, n getting my brakes done is the most important maintenance on my vehicle. I've had many places but none compare to the great service n maintenance I received here. More importantly, no one beats the great prices. The safety of my passengers means a lot. Thank you for checking my breaks. The cash tip was because honest shops are very hard to find. Happy holidays plz..stay safe n I'm a fixed customer bringing you more customers. Great prices. Got my front brakes done for half the price of Les Schwab very friendly receptionist & mechanics will definitely be back when I need more work done

Great service, free estimates, all work and fees agreed upon up front, and friendly service. My wife and I have both been getting our brakes done here for the past 6 years. I won't even think of going anywhere else as long as this family is running it. 10/10 recommend.

Brake Masters has always done me right. This location is no exception. It's family-owned and . They could not be any nicer if they tried. Great service. Quality work. Most importantly, they're honest. Highly recommend!

I cannot recomend this place enough, they saved me 2000 dollars!! My brakes were making a sound, took it to ramona tire where they couldnt find the issue but told me to change out my brakes pads rotrs and calipers. They were gonna charge me over 2k for the job!! Took it to brake masters, and they fixed the issue for free. It turned out to be a super small and simple issue that took em no time to fix and like I said, they didnt charge me for that fix. Never trusr ramona tire, go here instead. Thank you brake masters!!!

Hard to find a good mechanic but these guys are awesome. I had some noise with my brakes and the took the time to test my brakes and check out the vehicle with me on a test drive. Bottom line brakes where in good shape. They could've charged me but didn't. They were helpful and honest. Really appreciate them taking care of us.

Best mechanic I've ever been too. Never going anywhere else even if I have to drive a little farther. I got multiple quotes to fix my truck, Kevin came through with the best quote and best customer service

Very honest business! I came in to check on noises my brakes were making and they helped me figure out the problem quickly. It is always hard trying to find reliable, professional, and honest car repair businesses as a woman but I felt very comfortable with service here. This is a great an honest place to get work on your vehicle done. If they can't do it, they'll direct to an another honest, small business that will be able to do the work. The owners are great and they're affordable and friendly. Hard to find in this area.

I have had both of my vehicles worked on here.They do QUALITY work at a FAIR price.As long as they are open, I ll be coming here.It s difficult to find such honest and fair customer service these days. So when you find it, keep it!!

I had to have my front and rear brakes done soon because I taking a trip. A was able to get an appointment right away and the guy who my husband and I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. The price was great and they got my car a few hours later. I will definitely be back.

Found this place online & went off the reviews & I'm glad I did! The staff was super friendly & helpful! Took a little longer then anticipated but they had to order a part they didn't notice during inspection & replaced it for me as well. Mike and the team are absolutely awesome! I personally have had work done here for the last year. Nothing like finally finding honest mechanics who work with their customers. Theyre Honest in evaluating the service you need and have great customer service. I'd recommend these fine people to anyone!

Going to miss this shop. Family is important to me and this business is family owned. Kevin and his wife are really nice people. Prices are great. I highly recommend this shop here in Hemet. Unfortunately I'm ohio bound. But it was a pleasure doing business with them.

This review is long overdue if I'm honest. My first experience with Brake masters was probably a year ago. I went in with my Mazda 3, and needed new front and rear brakes. The rear brakes were a pain in the butt... long story short... (after MANY attempts to alleviate the issue) my car didn't like after-market brakes. Their patience and eagerness to make sure my vehicle left in the best shape was clearly their top priority. I appreciate that more than anything. Today my husband went in there with our other car, for brakes and an oil change. They informed us that our brakes were still in good condition - no need for new brake pads. Other places might have just changed the brakes and charged us, but these guys are honest. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I have been using this place for years because of one thing, Honesty! They do more then just brakes. Kevin and Amber run the place. They are quick and super fair. I have taken my car in thinking something was wrong and they could have lied to me but instead assured me that my car was fine.

I have taken my car there 3 times and each time I am greeted and given a full run down of what will be done and a time estimate. I will continue to bring my car here for service. I love feeling that I am respected as a female driver and not taken advantage of like some other shops do. 5 Stars .
