Jose was awesome, came thru on a Sunday afternoon with one of my tires off one of my vehicles for my wife. It had a piece of shrapnel in it and needed a repair. He got me in quick, got his tech to start working on it right away, and best of all - it was FREE of charge.I had called Firestone tires before here and the guy who answered over there was rude and condescending. So glad I called Allen s and they were able to help me out.

We had a great experience with the install of our tires purchased through a 3rd party. The employees were kind and helpful. They caught that one of the tires was defective and took a video to help get a replacement. Super helpful

Store manager Jose tapia of the Hemet store is not qualified to be the manager. I have had two incidents with him and he seems to be a crook does not know where vehicle event numbers are and is very rude and condescending. So please be aware when you go to Allen tire and Hemet you might be taken for a ride

Had another fantastic experience at Allen Tire Company, in Hemet. I and my family have been loyal Allen Tire Company customers since they opened in Lakewood, CA.Yesterday I had a coolent leak and didn't really know who to call here except Allen Tire Company being new to the Hemet area.I called and Michael said the could fix a coolent issue and there would not be a long wait so I came in.I got an oil change and tire rotation too.And did a courtesy inspection of my car. It turns out my radiator cap was on turned the wrong way and coolent was leaking from the cap. They fixed everying for the price of an oil change and I could not be happier.I am hoping this was all there was to my coolent leak issue. If not Allen Tire Company can diagnose exact leaks using a dye. My next step if need be.Allen Tire Company is an honest family owned and operated company I can still trust and depend on. Michael and Brian gave great customer service and were knowledgeable.

For over 20 years, I've come here with all my family vehicles. Sadly, I will no longer come here. They no longer give a military discount. Also, they tried to sell me a serpentine belt at 160.00 plus 80.00 to install. I priced this belt at 30.00.

Horrible shop. Ripped off an old lady and didn't fix the problem she went in for, I would go to America tire never had problems there. Quality auto is a rip off as well.

on 08.20.23 i had taken my car in for a tire repair which ended up in 2 tire repairs, Best part was when i asked how much my total was, when they had already Quoted me $39.99 per tire, The whole staff said it was on the house! I was just so short of words when I heard that I asked again and they assured me it was on the house. I wanted to thank every single one of you that was in that day and personally say thank you since I was just so shy to say it in person.

Really great workers, helped me out big time on a tire patch. Went to ice auto & big brand tire service. Ice auto said they wouldn t do the patch & big brand said they would be able to do it the next day & I was confused and asked again to patch a tire? And that s when I went to Allen s tire shop and they immediately helped me and were done in about 15 min. Highly reccomend this place

I was just assisted by Daniel at Allen Tire. He diagnosed my problem with my tire immediately. He then checked for any nails in the tire. I requested that I be able to be in the car so I could continue working and he accommodated my request. He is personable, patient and knowledgeable. I think he should get a raise. I would like my comments added to his personnel file. If one does not recognize employee excellence, we miss the opportunity to encourage excellence. I m taking my time, which is most valuable to me, to recognize Daniel. He deserves it

Watching the staff interact with the customers was insightful. A number of men came in for advice & service; it s clear that there has been a standard of quality work, follow through & consistent problem solving that keeps these guys trusting & coming back. The manager, Keith, leads by example & seems to welcome his employees input.

I was referred here by my regular gas station attendant/worker. Also, referred by a local car repair company. I decided to try them out. I was quoted over $150 for one tire at another tire shop. They are very professional and great guys. They went the extra mile for me. I made it to dentist appointment on time, and I believe they gave me a fair price. Special thanks to Noah. What a nice guy!

Jim and his staff are amazing. He was the only vendor in town willing to help find an older tire type. He ordered and installed at a competitive price. Always kept me informed and got the job done right the first time. Great!

This place was great..actually it was my very first time being there and the guys were very professional and polite and they answer all my questions they even went the extra mile letting me know the things i needed for my car and they even checked my fluids aswell..i highly recommend Allen tire company

How good could the experience be? Well that's how good it was. The manager over saw the work being done on my wife's brakes witch makes me think he cares. Although his confidence in his staff made me feel confident that the job was going to be done right, and it was. Jim's customer service is old school and exemplary. Hard to find these days. I will only take my car and truck to Allen Tire after receiving top notch service at I price that is reasonable. my mother goes to Allen Tire and I'm sure she is treated with the same excellent service I received. Five stars.

Love Jim the manager. Now he is retiring I will be looking for a new shop.The new owners turned this great shop into a cold place.Noah is no longer there either. Big business ruined this great family tire shop. Very sad.

Contacted Allen Tire Company in Hemet by email on their web site to first get some information on the type of tire to best fit my driving needs. They responded quickly to help me make an informed decision. After looking around at other stores, Allen Tire had the best competitive price for the four Michelin tires I needed. I easily made an appointment on line to fit my schedule. The facility is clean. The manager is friendly, courteous and professional. My car was in the shop for an hour and a half to complete tire installation, balancing, alignment and oil change. They also checked the brakes and assured they were still good. I was completely satisfied with the work completed. I highly recommend Allen Tire Company, Store# 10, in Hemet.

Allen Tires in Hemet is the best. I've been going there for years. For some reason my tire pressure light seems to come on frequently. I took it in to Allen's again today and I had a nail in my tire. They were quick to fix it. Jim knows me by name. He is always friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend going to Allen's Tires if you need to purchase tires. I feel they are a little pricey when it comes to oil changes and other car maintenance but they are trustworthy and will not rip you off.

Allen tire is the only place I will go for oil change new tires and brakes. Jim the manager and his staff are second to none in service and car care.They recieved the police Spirit of the Law Award for Spirit of the Community.They are a staple of service and for the cities of Helmet and San Jacinto.Thou Jim is Gone from managing. The new Manager and his staff keep the high quality of work and service we have received for the last 14 year.

Allen Tire Company does everything right! The employees are personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and very competent. They take the extra effort to go beyond the fine print of the contract to make sure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase - even when the customer (me) has unreasonable concerns about nonexistent problems. It's a pleasure doing business with them.

Honest, reliable service, which is hard to find these days. Jim, the manager is about as personable as you can meet. The employees are well groomed, trustworthy mechanics. I've recommended these people for years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else ~ I'm a very picky satisfied customer, and I'm proud to recommend them because I know how they are going to treat anyone I recommend. They used to be very reliable and the waiting area clean, but not anymore. I will be looking for another tire shop. Didn't even want to repair my brakes, said all was fine. Went to another mechanic and he said I needed brakes and rotars turned

Called to get a set of tires and spoke with Jim the manager. He has the worst customer service experience I've ever heard. It took no more than 10 minutes for me to decide I'd never buy from this establishment. First he answered the phone and placed me on a long hold. Then when he came back to the phone he asked for my tire size. Just as the first number came out of my mouth he said "I'm busy call me back in 10 minutes" and proceeded to hang up on me in mid sentence. Then when I called back he said "I told you to call me back, I'm busy!" If you're too damn busy to answer your phone then you must be making decent enough money to hire a receptionist. Stop being greedy, treating customers like trash and just hire a damn receptionist. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
