The customer service is great. As a woman with a smart phone I feel like I can figure out what I need because of smart phones but I am also glad when the gentlemen are there to anticipate my needs. I feel empowered when I walk in knowing the part I need and they let me be but Google doesnt always give me the right information so the guys there are always glad to help me and they don't gloat if I missed something. I have no idea what I'm doing in there but I like to pretend and they let me and I think that that's kind they also don't rub it in my face when I get it wrong so that's what I mean by gloat and with that being said they're always making sure that I walk out of there with the complete items that I need in order to say change out my battery they'll give me those little grease packets so that I can put it on the terminals which I never knew about before so I think it's I think they're glad to see women taking charge of their own automotive needs but they're also glad to help anytime they can and I think that's how she's society should be anyways you know always help each other out and not to make this as sexist review but it's a male dominant industry and male dominant subject matter so I definitely don't know as much as they do but I like to pretend like I do and they let me Plus they are chivalrous when I need assistance carrying out a big old heavy battery and I appreciate that a lot and this is so far what I've noticed at this Riley's in Healdsburg and also at another automotive store in Santa Rosa which I will save that review for them and not mention them here but thank you gentlemen for helping me out even though I seem like I know what I'm doing it's just a facade. But I am learning.

I ONLY shop at OReilly for all my auto needs because of one very special employee there....BUZZ!He truly understands what customer service is. He's also very knowledgeable about everything auto related.

Buzz was amazing, the whole team is always incredibly helpful. He assisted us in a tricky headlamp install. Remember O'Reilly for auto parts Napa for wine.

The place was moderately busy, but the staff was handling the traffic flow and transactions quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They are knowledgeable on how to get you the parts you need.Brandon was helping me and with his diligence and flexibility in trying other means outside the normal in store look up systems, he used other systems and internet searches to find the information. He tracked down the parts, and between us we now know what to get to fix this one problem.Thank you Brandon.

Shop here first! I get all my auto supplies here and have never had a bad experience. I was in yesterday for wiper blades. Buzz the manager made sure I had the right blade (Mercedes Sprinter-they vary a lot) and knew the quirks of installing. Got em home and they went on just like he said. Great people!

This is a very clean and organized location they were able to pull up my national account get me squared away and build out from a whole another city when I was stuck out of town! Highly recommend this location to others they also do free code scans

I came here hoping to exchange a set of headlights I had purchased at an earlier date when they were literally put in my hand by a store employee who assured me they were there correct fit for my vehicle.... Well they weren't. They guy working there who I spoke to was rude, condescending , and is the quintessential example of the exact type of person that you DO NOT want representing your business to the public

Everyone here has excellent customer service! I was helped by Abraham getting a product that another O'Reilly store couldn't because they couldn't find it. Took him less than 5 minutes to find and order it for me. Two days later I get a call ssyisa it has arrived.

We had a low tire pressure light come on and Buzz not only helped us measure the air in the tires, but he let my kids, 7 and 4, help and be assistant mechanics! We needed a LOT of air, so he then suggested that we run over to Big O instead of the gas station and even called them to let them know we were coming by. Thank you for the above-and-beyond service; it was greatly appreciated!

Needed a part and I was having trouble finding it for our older model car. The employee at the counter found the part and had it for me to pickup the next day. Very helpful and friendly.

We had a horrible start to a road trip, discovering a dead battery in the RV that we borrowed....at 5:30 pm. (Read: no mechanics open.) Luckily, O'Reilly is open til 8, and an angel works there! Jacob, the assistant manager, put the new battery in for us, and we are on our way! Thank you so much!!!

I had an amazing experience in this O Reilly. Joaquin was super helpful especially with my lack of car knowledge. He helped me find out what was wrong with my car and fixed it.

I needed some fuses the staff told me help me to get some I bought them got the wrong kind I had to make an exchange they help me with the other ones they were really polite about it very nice I'd recommend anybody to go there the store was very clean and they moved aldea customers along quite efficiently
