They took my money, gave me nothing from my diagnostic.Spent over 200 on a diagnostic. They just blamed the fact my truck wasn't running properly on having an aftermarket exhaust. My trucks exhaust is 10 years old and the problem is 10 months old. They also used the information on history of repairs, I gave them, as the reason my truck wasn't running properly. I had spark plugs replaced a year ago. There was absolutely nothing to indicate spark plugs being the cause of the issue, beside lack of power. No codes, by their own tests, but somebody else had changed the spark plugs so it clearly had to be redone. $1,700 before they could test anything further. They just wanted me to start replacing stuff that had no indication it needed to be replaced before they would even do further testing of components. I found out through reading forums its likely my ECM which directly causes every problem my truck is experiencing but they were not willing to test it without my $1,700 to fix something that causes none of the problem my truck was experiencing.Do not get diagnostic done here. Just a money grab.EDIT: it was my transmission which McConnell specifically said was not an issue. They would have taken my 1700 plus the cost of a new exhaust and left me in a worse position.

We are full time RVers. We did have to schedule a few weeks ahead of time but we got in while we were in the area. Truck was back within a day. Great friend service. Recommend!

Very professional- from what I see, a good job was done and they asked me to some issues, estimated, what to look for-I had issues some years back with service but it seems that they have been resolved
