I made 3 separate visits to the Healdsburg Chevrolet dealership to buy a new truck. I worked with a great salesperson by the name of Alan who was attempting to do the right thing by me. My reason for this message is to warn people about the less than ethical business practices by the sales manager of this dealership (Adam) and my hope that the owner Ali is made aware of it. As a former business executive who had the responsibility of managing 22 billion in assets along with leading 2500 hundred team members I know what it meant to be up front and truthful in dealing with clients. Adam demonstrated anything but that in valuing my time or business. After agreeing on my trade in and paying for the full MSRP price this is what he tried to sneak into the offer sheet. A $5,000 dealer markup and some additional anti theft device for $1,195. Totally unprofessional and unethical to say the least. I would never feel comfortable buying a vehicle at Healdsburg Chevrolet unless Adam was held accountable.

Beware the service department here! These are they guys you are warned about when you look for a mechanic.I am writing on behalf of my minor son. He took his car in for to get an estimate to repair a weak A/C system. They did not tell him he would be charged for diagnosis. When he picked up the car (after having other work done), they told him he had to pay an additional $200 for the diagnostic.Setting aside the fact that they didn't tell him there would be a charge for it, they charged double what the going rate is for this service is ($79). Further, to replace the A/C condenser and fix a leak they quoted $1760. The going rate for these services are $800 and $100. I expect to pay a bit more at a dealership, but not almost double. They took advantage of a 17 year old kid and clearly overcharged and overestimated repair costs.I reached out to them to see if they would make it right, but they did not respond.Avoid at all costs as they clearly take advantage of the unwary!

Sold me a car withholding damage report. Would not take the car back. Terrible and unhelpful.
