Carreras Auto Body has been the only shop I've taken my cars to for nearly 25 years now. I've had Porsches, BMWs, Mercedes etc. and I could always count on them doing the quality of repair needed for the best brands. Don't take your cars any place else.

Top marks to Dan. He assessed my car's damage quickly and accurately. He is really knowledgeable and explained my options very clearly. Dan completed the work on time. I would totally trust Dan with auto body work in the future.

The work done was excellent! The over all experience of the shop was great! I would highly recommend this shop! Work was done in a few days and provided me with a loaner car. Dan, Alex and team did a magnificent job restoring the body of my Minnie Winnie, after an accident. Their customer service, professionalism, and high quality craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations! It looks better now than it did when I bought it new! I could not recommend them more.

I recently used Carreras Auto Body to replace the tailgate and rear bumper on my Subaru Outback. I couldn t be more pleased with their fantastic customer service, communication throughout the repair, and work product. My car looks fantastic! Alex was very helpful to aid my understanding of the insurance process, and they were able to provide me transportation when my car was with them in the shop. Five stars all around! Thanks again.

Carreras provided exceptional service and satisfaction. I walked in unannounced for a quote. Alex immediately greeted me and dropped what he was doing to assist my needs. I was in and out in 5 minutes and he even took over all necessary communication with my insurance provider. Our vehicle was repaired in great time, not to mention Alex stayed in communication every step of the way. Dan and the whole team at Carreras are great.My son was rear ended in my wife's car on a Sunday. He called me and on the way I called Carreras. I was at the accident site for 20 minutes when the tow service arrived. The women who had hit him could not believe it since they had called 20 minutes before me and there was still no sign of their tow service even when I left 30 minutes later.We live in Sebastopol, and the next morning a loaner car was delivered to our home. It was a clean, new car and was more then we could have hoped for. Dan at Carreras handled the negotiations with the insurance companies and stood his ground when they requested he use inferior parts or processes. I knew I was in good hands and that he was looking out for our best interests, not those of the insurance companies.He sent us pictures of the process as the car was repaired, and the end result was a like new car, clean inside and out, which was delivered to our home.The process was painless, the job was done professional, I felt well represented and the car looked better then when it went in.I would not hesitate to recommend Carreras to my friends or family.Thanks Dan and crew!!!!

I highly recommend Carreras auto body! We have been a customer for about 10 years. With 5 kids and numerous cars, we have had many opportunities to bring our cars to Dan! We have only had the best experiences. Carreras Auto Body is professional, high quality repairs, and always ready to make it an easy process for us with car rentals. Carreras Auto Body is amazing! They are always prompt, courteous and provide excellent work. As a business owner, with over 13 business vehicles, we need body work often. Dan and his crew always take the time to come to our location to provide a quote. They make it convenient for US, the customer. We never have to jump through hoops to get our vehicles to them and they always deliver when promised. The damage is GONE and the vehicle looks brand new. Their prices are fair, considering the competition. I highly recommend this shop.

Working with Dan at Carreras Auto Body was the easiest, most courteous, and outstanding experience I've had with an autobody shop. Not only did we have an estimate and a rental car the day after the accident, we felt 100% confident in his ability to work with the insurance company. My 75 year old mother was hit by another driver and her beloved 2005 Honda Civic was very damaged. Both her insurance and the other driver's have been super unthoughtful and uncaring. I live outside the state, so it has been very stressful and we thought we would have to accept the little $ offered by insurance and spend lots of time and pay out of pocket to make her whole again. The quotes we got by the insurance's certified shops to repair were astronomical and buying another car is impossible on her income. In fact they told us it was not worth fixing her car. But then we found Carreras!!! I cannot describe to you how caring this place is. They not only told my mom it was worth fixing, but gave my mother a fair and honest quote. The result of the repair is beyond what we ever expected. If you are like we were, lost and not knowing who to trust, look no more. You have found the right people and you will be in good hands. They picked up my mother's mangled car at her home in Santa Rosa and dropped off the cute shiny car she used to have, or better. She literally had to do nothing but pay them. Have you ever heard of that in this day and age? I am in awe and so thankful to them and will spread the word anytime I have the chance. Hire them now!Service: Body & Trim

Our experience with Carreras Auto Body was quick and painless. Dan and his crew restored our car back to factory condition. He dealt with our insurance company so we didn't have to and supplied us with a loaner car. We highly recommend Carreras Auto Body to anyone that has had a collision.

Took my car here to have a scratch fixed and had the most wonderful experience!! They had a free loaner car, made the drop off process SUPER easy, had the car done a day sooner than I was expecting AND when I picked the car up today - it looked brand new!! I'm really satisfied with my experience with Carreras Auto Body, even though my car ended up being considered "totaled" they treated me with respect and grace. They even allowed me to keep the loaner car over the weekend while I tried to figure out what I was going to do. As I was picking up my things from my wrecked car, the owner, Joe, went over my car pointing out all of the imperfections from past body work that had been done to the vehicle. I had no idea that anything had been done to the car before, but they were able to pinpoint everything. I didn't get my car looked at before I purchased it, but I will from now on by Joe. Good thing it's already gone, but it just sucks that the dealership didn't tell me anything.

Someone hit our parked car in the grocery store parking lot and although we've used Carreras Autobody before, they were the preferred shop by the insurance company too. They came to our office to look at the damages and to write up the work order. They scheduled the service right away and even organized the (brand new) rental car we were provided from the insurance company and it was waiting for us at drop off. We also had a pre-existing cracked windshield that we decided to replace at they same time, and their price was less then everywhere else I've checked.They are true professionals from start to finish. I've done business with Carreras in the past and they always do great work! Recently i had them paint an aftermarket spoiler for me and it turned out perfect!

Dan and Alex did a great job and even though we had a few unforseen issues, they had great communication and made every effort till all the issues were resolved. This is the second time we have used them for repairs with good results.

I had such a great experience here. Alex and team were knowledgable, helpful, honest, and kind. They solved my problem and gave me great information and choices along the way. I will definitely be back. (But hopefully not too soon.)
