Zoom Transmission helped me to figure out my Honda Pilot transmission issue. David the owner professionally done the diagnostic and analysis for free. He advised us what will be the best thing to do. He treated us like a family even though our first time to met him. I m highly recommended them because their pricing is more lower than other competitors and they give a quality results . I m so happy doing business to them.

ZOOM IS THE BEST. By "THE BEST" I mean they are super friendly, knowledgeable and most of all; they actually want and quite possibly enjoy helping people.For my project I decided on Zoom after scouring the abyss of options and reviews online and after still being lost on who I should call for the best work... I went old school and asked my friends and family in the neighborhood for advice on who to go to and all I heard was, "Call Mike at Zoom, Call Mike, Call Zoom, Go to Zoom." .So I did and on August 30th 2022 Mike and the men at Zoom took on this monster project for me. The rear end on my truck exploded on the freeway and tore up my rear axle, driveline, transfer case and transmission. a BIG job to say the least... I called up Mike, explained my problem and he said bring it down!He and the boys got it all done, gave me options along the way and rebuilt this beast from the bottom up! David took good care of me, listened to my story and advised how to get a good transmission in my car. I asked if I could supply parts and they install, which was done in a very flexible and accommodating way. Great working with them. So far trouble-free after this. Definitely can recommend!

I met the man who runs this business, Mike, thru the work I do delivering parts. I found my self fascinated with this transmission shop local to me.It was very good I found this guy because, sooner or later, my truck would have a problem, and it did! My shift linkage was misbehaving and I couldnt get my truck into park anymore! I told him what was going on, looked at it, and he knew what it was, told me how much it was, and told me my options.Now, im a person who works on my own truck because i've had unfortunate luck with previous shops. I usually dont like handing over my truck, but with how well Mike and I got along especially with small talk about sci-fi tv/movies I felt very comfortable handing over my truck for him to fix.Never in any shop ive been to, with Zoom, I got my truck back and it felt tightly put together, you know that feeling right? You get your car out the shop and it feels good and "tight". I only get that feeling when I get out of the dealer but never anywhere else!I met the good owner Mike, my shift linkage is working again and I can tell everyone I know a good transmission spot!Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

Best place ever! Got my 2004 corvette shift solenoids replaced/repaired. Shoutout to David and his team! Very friendly! And educated me of what s happening to my car. And explained everything! I don t trust shops much when it comes to car work but these guys were A1 and know exactly what to do 5/5 stars from me!

I recomend David with any transmission job, because He is a serious,honest and professional Mechanic on his work perfomance.My daughter car (Black Montero Mitsubishi).The transmission was broke while she was driving from Miami Beach, Florida to Hayward, California.We brought the car into his shop his rebuilt the transmission and his accomplish his job on time + his went extra miles by helping my daughter to get the sticker that the State of California required.Thank you David for all the help and God Bless you

Excellent transmission shop. Been here a few times and they've done right by me. Good prices and honesty which as we all know is hard to come by in the auto trade.

Family owned. These guys really know their stuff. Had an oil leak. They took the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend!

Pricey. Transmission shifts now hard from 1st-2nd. Going to talk to him Monday. We'll see how it goes.

Daniel was very helpful and reasonable good customer service with decent pricing hope i don't have to go back but if I do i would definitely go back to zoom

Very Rude. Cannot comment on service as they where so rude and seemed to have very little mechanical knowledge of AWD.
