I am absolutely pleased with the service I received at Universal Tires! Jonathan was extremely helpful and made sure I was aware of all the details regarding the used tire he was installing in my car. Make sure to check them out as they are new to the Hayward area.

Best customer service! Whenever you come by Jonathan will take good care of you! They have a great location, and no long waiting time. There s a taco trucks next to them too, which is very convenient if you go around lunch time I loved the help & the service! Will def be my main location now. If you re a student the prices are very affordable and very helpful.

Very friendly and super helpful. I needed all 4 tires replaced and he installed them for me no problem. Mind you I called and came in right before he was about to close up and he waited for me to get there and still got it done in a timely manner.

Loved this place! Jonathan was very helpful. Great customer service and quick tire repairs, They were very transparent with what my car needed and took care of it quick. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.
