Could not do an alignment correctly. I told them my car is still steering to the right when I hold the wheel straight after the first alignment and I took it back to get it fixed 5 minutes later. I was there for 3 hours and they couldn t even get it right the second time. They confuse you so you don t know what s going on. I would not go to them if you care about your money and car. 0/10 experience would not go again.

Had a nail in my tire and drove to the shop on my spare. $15 for tire repair and they put it back on. Whole thing took 10minutes max.Great price and very quick.

Did an emergency tire replacement before closing. Works closely with Phantom Towing. Has been in business for 15+ years. Was a life saver today

Had them flip my tires to the opposite side because I run camber and had them mount on one new tire. They did a good job and it was quick. Only thing is that they forgot to put my valve stem caps back on so I had to drive back to pick them up. Luckily I live nearby so it wasn't that bad. For $100 it's really well priced compared to others.

I stop coming to this place a while ago, just forgot to leave a review. Long story short I needed one tire, i asked for the price of a new and used tire. the guy went to check if they had a used and a new tire stocked. he came back and told me yes it was in stocked for both. I decided to go.for the used tire. After the tire was put on the guy charged me for the new tire plus additional charges that I wasn't aware of (it wasn't taxes it was something else, cant remember) . We argued back in fourth because I asked for the used tire he then told me they didn't have that used tire in stocked. (I literally watch him go look for the used tire and he told me both were in stocked) I then asked for my old tire back because I didn't agree to purchasing a new tire, he then told me no because the tire was dismantle or something like that.I never had any issues with this company until this innocent. I haven't been back since. For me, it took that one bad seed to play me. Never again!

Price was OUTSTANDING for complete new tires, labor, balance, & alignment so I got 2 vehicles done! My only "complaint" (not really a complaint - just a tiny bit inconvenient. But for the price I really shouldn't complain!) I had to take my vehicles to their other location on Mission Blvd for the alignment. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend & return!

Told me $150 labor and after the job charged me an additional $50 labor. I paid $200 in labor for a 40 minute job. Good work but poor upfront pricing.

This is not a good place . They did my alignment on my Lexus 3 times wrong and I. 6 weeks BALD ! They blamed it on other problem . I had it checked no other problem just their alignment! Until now 3 weeks after communicating with them no solution! They just BS and run me around ignore my calls . Owner is not reliable . Can t drive my car ! Don t go to this place you ll be so sorry !!

I've been going to this place for over 10 years with multiple cars, even referred a bunch of my friends. They used to have the best prices in town. This place was always packed.Well that changed now that they have a new manager Ali. This place is always empty now and I was wondering why when I took my truck in. long story short, I bought 4 tires and rims from Ali and he gave meThe wrong tires, Ali said, it was not a problem and that he would exchange the tires soon, that my new tires were out of stock but that he would contact me as soon as they came in. Every time I call Ali, he tells me the tires are in and for me to come the following day or so,But the tires are never there when I go , this guy is full of it, wish he would of just told me I was stuck with those cheap tires he put on my truck.It's all good, I'll take my business elsewhere, like I said, there's a reason why This place is always empty,Don't waste your money and time at this shop.

Brought my car to this shop. I thought they are going to give me the best service. I bought rim and tires from this shop for $2100 but unfortunately, the tires and rims were not fitted for my tires. The owner told me to come back for refund. I return the wheels for same day and came back for refund the next day, same story my Machine is broken. I went couple of times to get my refund for $2100. But the owner make excuses and it's been over 2 weeks, no refund yet. If u want to get ripped off, go to this place. This is a fraud. I ll never ever go back to this shop.

Fixed my flat, and 1500 miles later, everything is still fine. Price was fair and service friendly. A good value! -Update: The flat repair lasted the life of the tire! We finally replaced the repaired tire, along with the other three, when the tread got low, two years and many thousands of miles later.

Great customer service. I ordered Michelin tires from them. Order came in 15mins & they took 15mins to replace all 4 tires.

They have make shift arrangements for Wheel Alignment. You will be shuttled in their two shops for alignment (after you purchase tyres from them). Ultimately you will find your Tyres ruined due to wrong alignment. There is one Ghumman, a real clown with no respect for customers. He has a Loud and BIG mouth. Beware of this primarily bus conductor turned mechanic .I was customer since 4 years but will never visit again.

Excellent service, my car broke down going to work in Hayward. Got my a new tire up and going with these guys. Excellent job and quick for a great price.

Rarely will I give a place 5 stars but the three times I've been here, they've definitely earned my continued business. I also recommended this place to my friends and would only do so if I was confident they would take care of them with virtually no hassle and they walked in and out without issues. The service is fast, and the prices competitive. Each time, they changed out my tires in less than an hour vs my previous shop would take 3-4 hours (in defense they are a smaller place and do other work as well). They do get quite busy at times so I'm sure there will be instances where perfection is not achieved, but I think these guys are top notch.

Hands down the worst experience whith customer service I've ever encountered.First they said the price was $1800 then changed it to $2000. Then they said because I'd been patient they would "hook me up" and instead of any discount, charged me $2200. After waiting 8 weeks for rims they said would come in 2. I also had to initiate every call instead of them updating me on complications. Ali is a lying snake that blamed me for his incompetence.Ali if you ready this, you are a bad person and I hope this review negatively impacts your company. I will never go back to this place under any circumstances ever again.My only regret is that there isn't a lower rating than one star.

Do not bother with this place. The manager is gave me the run around after taking a $900 deposit for rims...every set of rims came in, it was always the same excuse...."we could find 3". They still have not made it right. Take your business anywhere but here.

I went there and bought new tires because they told me the wheel alignment service is included and it is free. I thought it is a good deal but I was totally wrong. After they put new tires they told me wheel alignment is out of service but they didn't tell me before I bought the tires. So, they were lying to me. I want back there after week and it was still not working. At the end I wasted a lot of time and energy. Very disappointed!!! If you don't want to waste your time on fake tire deal you should not consider this place as a good service.

Its been 3 months since i bought tires from them, car became shaky when at speed since its not aligned.. they asked me to comeback on a saturday for the free alignment but never happened, ive been going back and forth but always has an excuse! Pricing the same with other well-known car service shops and you ll surely get branded tires unlike those tires they placed.. Professional Scammers!

Their customer service is horrible. The first time I brought my car here I came for new tires and they gave me a deal for a free alignment that they didn t even frickin do. They don t answer their phones and essentially hold your car hostage by not even giving you the courtesy of an estimated time of pick up.

They are very honest and super reasonable, I ve been to many tire shops even in the valley they don t have this good price as they do, I totally recommend it and I got lucky to have them close by

This place is a hidden gem! By far the best prices on tire services in the area! They'll mount tires that I bought online, fix issues at very reasonable prices, and have used tires when necessary. You enter in the back and it is a bit congested / chaotic as you enter, but don't let that deter you.
