I want to thank The Bimmer Guys for being a great help. They were friendly, honest, & fast with helping me fix my car. I will definitely be recommending to anyone that owns a BMW. They shared very good communication with all the effects my car had. Kept me updated with texts and phone calls along the way. They were able to work with my Warranty & still give me a fair price out of pocket. I m very glad that I came across them. My car feels & works great now! Thank you Daniel!

Daniel and his team are top notch! Took my car in because it was leaking oil from two different spots (RMS, Oil pan Gasket) I told him how i needed it for work the next day and he personally made sure it was ready that SAME day! Only mechanics i will take my BMW to. Better work and prices than the stealership!

Thank you to Daniel and the Bimmer Guys! My 2013 X5 Key Fobs quit working at the same time. I hated to go to BMW where I knew the first thing they would make me do was to buy a new key before troubleshooting anything else.I dropped it off and before even returning home, I was getting texts with questions about what led up to the issue. Within 2 hours Daniel was calling me with a couple of different scenarios that it could be and asked how I wanted to proceed. At that point, I figured it would be 3 more days before I heard from him again as he waited on parts.He called the very next day and said everything was back up and running. Said he dove deep into the wiring harness diagram for the receiver antenna and that turned out to be the issue. I had the car back by 5pm the day after dropping it off.I would highly recommend this shop and if I need more repairs/troubleshooting in the future, I will be back!

Had a great experience today here at The Bimmer Guys and Daniel is very knowledgeable but most of all willing to go the extra mile to help you get your car back on the road, it s hard to find good, honest mechanics nowadays I highly recommend

These guys are fast and professional. We arrived early in the morning and they were able to diagnosis the issue in about 10 minutes. Then for the work done on the car they provided a detailed write up as well as photos explaining what they've done.Would highly recommend then for any bmw repairs.

I rarely write reviews but I think this shop deserves all the credit it can get for just how awesome they are. The Bimmer Guys were always on my radar for repairs that I potentially couldn't tackle on my 2003 530i. I have owned my car since 2017 and I took care of many repairs on my own. Recently, it came to a point where I wasn't satisfied with my car anymore because of the dreaded "Service Engine Soon" being on the dash for so long. It felt weird to ever see the light gone. I had various issues that I couldn't seem to fix on my own.I went to Daniel and he absolutely nailed everything. Daniel took care of my car's several air intake issues. Daniel is timely and very professional. He tries to tackle the most common issues first so that his clients aren't overdoing anything with maintenance. The Bimmer Guys do a better job of being professional and honest than BMW themselves.That being said, BMW ownership was always something that I was told would be expensive. But these cars are engineered to be complex and powerful. Daniel and his team know what they're doing and there is no one I would rather trust with the complexities of my BMW than The Bimmer Guys.To Daniel and the team, thank you for making my life easier. These guys are definitely great at what they do. And, I really appreciated their friendly attitude, generosity of their time, specialized knowledge, and a general willingness to help. I have a (BMW) Alpina B6, which is quite rare and most mechanics have never heard of one, let alone seen one." I'LL BE BACK!"

I cannot recommend bimmer guys enough. If you want quality service at super reasonable rates do yourself a favor and take your bmw to bimmer guys. I was once quoted more than 5k for a series of repairs by the dealer and bimmer guys got it done for almost half of the cost. I have taken my X3 to Daniel ever since . I once took my car to get a check engine light looked at. He said the repair is about .5k but he'll check with the dealer to see if it is a repair covered by a recall or an extended warranty. Turns out it was and I got it done for free from the dealer. Talk about honesty! Till I found bimmer guys, I frankly was thinking of selling my car which I love, just because the maintenance costs were getting out of hand. Thanks to Daniel and the crew, I can still hold on to it for a while.

Drove 90 minutes down from Santa Rosa to Bimmer Guys to have them install a MMI Prime android auto retrofit in my 2016 BMW M4. Install was done super quick and the got me back on the road in no time. Price was better than I was quoted at other locations and the service was great. Super friendly and the install was done great. Would highly recommend for any BMW service. Great shop.

I have taken my X5 to The Bimmer guys a few times now and they always do a great job. They are extremely knowledgeable about BMWs and know what they are talking about. I know my way around cars a bit and usually know when someone is BS'ing me, but don't get any of that from them. They are honest and their rates are very reasonable. They have even corrected a couple things on my car that other shops that supposedly had certified BMW technicians screwed up. I really appreciate how they let you know about things that they notice with the car that will need attention in the future but does not have to be addressed immediately. I will be coming back to them and highly recommend them.

Great service, I was visiting Castro Valley and engine started loud knocking noise. Shut it off and called , Daniel said tow it in. Could have been major engine failure but he diagnosed as water pump. Performed other services I had scheduled at my usual shop and had my car ready within 48 hours. Runs great. Thanks so much for fitting my car in and the great service at very fair pricing. I've owned BMWs since 1993, this is the shop you're looking for! Eric

Brought my E39 M5 for a Clutch, Flywheel and Rear Main Seal replacement and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of work provided by the Bimmer Guys for a very reasonable price.A great shop with honest, knowledgeable and cool people who are not trying to up sale you repairs you don't need. Definitely Recommend!

Don't think twice about these guy's. I overpaid at the dealership for repairs. I tried to save money trying to figure out how to fix my car with Google. Bad idea I didn't know what I was doing. Didn't have the fancy BMW tools. These guys came from the dealership and got everything they needed from tools to experience. The one thing that they didn't was the ridiculous pricing. It makes me so happy I can drop my BMW off and trust they get it done right for a great price!

New review, I've dealt with Anil in the past when my E39 had a bad water pump, and I recently asked him to advise on an issue with my F30 328i. He is a super helpful, objective, honest mechanic who genuinely wants to help people figure out their problems. He quoted me the best price to get the work done and was super responsive in helping me. It's hard to find an honest mechanic, Anil is definitely one of them.

The two tech s that work there ( Daniel & Matthew ) are very good at repairing BMW s. I have been taking my BMW to the dealer in Pleasanton and getting way over charged, I will never take my BMW there again. The only shop my car will see is The Bimmer Guys shop from now on. Great service. As soon as I pulled in I was greeted. Which is kind of unheard of nowadays. Matt diagnosed my problem, ordered the part for the next day and had me in and out. Cost was fair considering the product line. I will continue to take me vehicle there for services.

I highly recommend this shop if you drive a BMW. Not every mechanic knows how to service BMW's. Daniel is the coolest guy. It makes a difference being BMW certified. Check them out.
