I just had my bike dyno today at 1PMI did have to wait a little bit, but it s okay I completely understand. Top knot first experience. They took care of me as soon as I came in. I was asking around for a Dyno, and Simms said Dean was the best tuner in the Bay Area. They were not lying. Dean is a perfectionist and stylist. He knows exactly what your bike needs and more. I will be returning for all my Harley work. Plus, it s 5 min away. Thanks RC cycles

Great shop, knowledgeable people, took care of my bike and all the questions I had in regards to getting it worked on. Very patient and accommodating as well as a quick turnaround. Definitely recommend.

Had the primary side of my harley done here stator clutch and chain drive they had it done in one day great work an no issues. Ron is a very solid guy

Only reason for my low rating is because I have tried to call to make an appointment i have left messages and i also emailed and have gotten no response so not sure if there still open cause everytime I call i get no answer or even a call back when I have left my phone number to schedule an appointment. Definitely an awesome place to take your motorcycle to get tuned but sadly I am having trouble getting threw. Better to just show up and make an appointment that way and thanks y'all for getting me an appointment set.

I had some tuning work done on my bike after I upgraded to the 117 ci. Bob did an amazing job! He definitely knows his stuff and I learned a whole lot from what he explained to me. My bike runs EXTREMELY well now and the power increase is INSANE!!! One of the greatest experiences I've had with a motorcycle shop. If you're thinking about any tuning work for your motorcycle, consider RC Cycles first!Thank you Bob! You're the man!!!!!!*2 year update*My bike is still running great. The tuning increased performance and I haven't stopped smiling since! Thank you Bob.

They got the tires on and the rims back together, but when I pointed to a light on the panel being on and it wasn't like that when I brought it in. The looked at it an said it was an LED problem. There attention to detail escapes me, my license plate light wires were pinched between the swing arm and the rear axel bolt. Yes I fixed it, but should not have had too. Makes me wonder if I will ever take my bike there for any problem.

On a cross country trip with an old Buell and it was running poorly. Called another shop - too busy. Called Ron and although most of his mechanics were on vacation for the holidays he told me to bring it in. He personally rebuilt and rejetted the carb (messed up due to another shops work) and fixed the muffler hanger, which we discovered to be broken. Ran like a champ. Out of there in 2 hours at a fair price. Clearly this guy is the bomb around tuning and carbs. More than that, he is a gentleman. Would have been easy to turn me away. God bless Ron and all at RC Cycles.

If you want to be charged for shoddy work and work not performed, go to RC Cycle. Ron talks a good games but that's where it ends. The finished product is substandard and you pay a premium. He rebuilt my engine and I had to have it rebuilt one year later. I know there's not a lot of shops left in the Bay Area but STAY AWAY from this ONE.Service: Engine repair

I wouldn't go there again unless the work I just got done goes bad. I had some springs installed on my dyna and had them check on a engin code while I was waiting I ordered some progressive rear shocks I got them in one day I ask RC Cycle how much would you charge to put on the shocks since you were already doing work on my bike he told me about 45 minutes like 80.00. I told them thats fine I'll do it myself then the engine code turned out to be the cylinder temp sensor he quoted me 40.00 on part and 70.00 to install part I again told him to forget it I'll do it myself. I picked up the sensor and it took me less then 5 minutes for sensor and 10 minutes per shock to install. For me thats bad business because you are doing work on my bike already when I asked how much to install sensor to earn my my business he should have said if you are buying the part from me no worries I'll take care of it and for the shocks he could have said give me 15.00 per shock they would have earned my business again I would have been a returning customer no doubt. I heard from other people they do good work but you have to earn my business but it's all about the money with them and I guess they don't want returning customers.

Had my 2015 Road King dyno'ed with modification to intake and exhaust.Bob was very informative and explained the process. Made a big difference in performance!Go to them...they know what they are doin'!!!

Absolutely absurd! Don't waste your time, money or energy. My husband paid over $6000 ahead of time because he wanted a lot done to his trike. After fixing it and having it break down twice, each time was covered under warranty of their work, my husband left it there for TWO MONTHS to work out all issues. It still wasn't done and he ended up having to take it and will need to pay another shop to finish it. Don't go here!

This facility actually deserves a four or five because they do phenomenal work maximum horsepower but when they Dyno tune your bike your bike is married to their computer meaning that you cannot go to Harley you cannot go to the steady motors anywhere and have your bike tuned because it won't accept your tuner you have to go back to RC cycles that sucks

I love this place. Every time I called the answer my questions. I spent a lot of money there, and I've never had one problem with the work. You get what you pay for. I'm this the place is the best around.

.I don't know about their service. I would note THEY ONLY WORK ON HARLEY'S! It is not stated on their website. I called and made and appointment and they didn't tell me. I walked in the door, and the disgusted look I got when I told them it was not a Harley was like I just stepped in dog poop. I said "you didn't tell me", his response was "you shoudda asked".

I give them 1 stare because negative stars are not a option I be out my harley all the way from redding 200 miles to be tuned they had it for less then 2 hours and charge me 400 dollars had less power than when I brought it in noticeable less had to have harley in reno retune it they totally ripped me off its a 17 street glide with a 120 kit and a the Turner

The only reason I'm giving it a 5 star is because of the gentleman that Dyno tuned my Victory Gunner. I had a really extremely bad experience with another employee there.
