Car was there for almost 3 months. Every time I called, mechanic and receptionist (Frances?) said they d call me back but never did. I thought this shop being in-network with my insurance will expedite the process. However, I had to coordinate between insurance (supplements) on their behalf too due to lack of priority on my car. After getting a false date from them on when I could get back my car, I was done and just went there the following Tuesday to see if they re at least working on it. Surprise surprise- my car was finally fixed and still no one was calling me. This is the worst body shop experience that I ve had/heard from family and friends. If I could give 0/5, I would. Very unprofessional.

If I could give them no stars or minus 5 stars, I would be more than happy to do that. If you want your car to come back in one Color, preferably the original color , don't take your car to these guys. My Toyota camry went in for an insurance job. The camry is a dark, almost burgundy red. The panels that were replaced or repaired were painted a lighter shade of red.I mentioned to the owner Luis I want the original Toyota Barcelona red . After picking up the car while going out on a weekend getaway, the panels under the front bumper fell off the bumper and were dragging under the car while on the freeway. A day later , not sure what happened, but it looked like someone grazed my door with maybe their door. That contact peeled about an inch of paint right off the door. The repaired rear driver door looked like My son used playdough to fix the damage. It had more waves then the ocean.After taking the car back for the repairs, the owner said he was going to blend the 6 the lighter shade of red wasn't noticeable. I told him I didn't want it blended, I want the original dark red paint job.After having the car about 3 to 4 weeks the second time, I picked it up. The color was definitely not standing out as it was before. But not you can see a big difference in the other side of the car After painting the Bumper that was damaged. After running some errands, my son tried opening the back door , the same one that was repaired. Well, now the door will not open. Luis said it was working when I picked it up. Now he wants me to bring the car back in for the 3rd time. We finally scheduled a date , early wed morning.. I got off work early and called the shop while on the way. Turns out Luis isn't in, and they are short-handed. And this isn't good week to bring it in eventhough we scheduled it..,So now I'm driving around with a two toned red and light red camry with a door that doesn't open..

Everyone at Rainbow is amazing! We have been taking our vehicles here for many years. They have always done an outstanding job with our Honda Civics. Had a great experience with Philip (the owner) at Rainbow auto center! I've had some terrible experiences with previous body shops but Philip was able to get my car repaired and looking brand new within a week! He also dealt with all the insurance paperwork and money issues, which was really appreciated because I have almost no experience dealing with car insurance.

Peter and his team are very professional. I was recommended by this mechanic by myAunt and have not regretted it. My AC unit went out and they were able to fix it immediately within 24 hours plus it was cost effective for my 2011 Honda CRV

I only trust Peter with my car. I have a Lexus ES330 and he has done all major repairs at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for auto work and they are nice to ladies which is a huge bonus for me. Thank you

A drunk driver at 3am in the morning, hit my car and 3 others. Through insurance complications, finally was able to resolve and found Rainbow Auto Center as the preferred in-network body shop. Phillip, Carlos and Frances were exceptional in accessing damage, communicating with the insurance and a fabulous job on the car! I am so happy with great work they did and amazing at customer service.

Exelent customer service, Peter took a test drive with us and he was very patient. He fixed alot of small problems and now my car drives smoothly :) also the service is very fast. Truly recommend him.

I had my passenger side mirror replaced/repaired through Rainbow Autobody. I was very impressed with their quality of service, work and how quickly they completed the repair. I also called around to see if I could make an appointment to have my side mirror replaced/repair and the other places were booked for at least a week and Rainbow Autobody had the availability and did the work quickly. They were also very informative. Thank you very much Rainbow Autobody and Philip Choi for your response and explanation!

Called in to ask if they could look over a car I was thinking about purchasing. And while they don't typically offer the service I was asking about, the mechanic who answered the phone was really knowledgeable and counseled me on the pros and cons of the vehicle. He shared said advice free of charge. Needless to say he made a convincing argument and I will be looking for something else. Thanks my dude!

I had a Brand new flashlight stolen right out of my car by one of the mechanics that was working on my car . until this is resolved i . Proplom was work out peter is a Great guy . I'm really happy with the way things was resolved thank you peter im so sorry !!! I was trying to remove the bad comment but was unable to so people disregard the bad statement that was made this is a good place to get your car repairs done !!!!

I broke my car front bumper, and I ask for and estimate on mission body shop on Hayward, and they told me could be between1400.00 and 1600.00, but Rainbow Auto Center change my bumper for the half, 830.00 tax include, they take only 2 days to do the work, I recommend this place..
