So happy with our purchase at One Subaru of Hayward. Abdullah was the most helpful car salesman s we ve ever dealt with. He s kind, easy to talk to, patient, and very professional. He gave us all the information on the car during the test drive, and went the extra mile to make sure we got in a car that we love.

Picked up my first ever brand new car ! Worked with Abdullah , took no time at all and customer service was excellent. No pressure from Finance like other dealers and was extremely smooth throughout the process . Very happy and will be a long time Subaru customer now ! Thanks again

One Subaru of Hayward is a great dealership, absolutely over the moon with their service department. I highly recommend Kyle Majidy! He was amazing, very informative and extremely efficient. Great communication, walked me through my financial options. I had an amazing experience!

Second update: Hubert has been very responsive in helping resolve this. Once it s resolved, I ll update rating appropriately.Update: sadly I ve had to change my 5 star review to 2 stars because of how difficult it has been to deal with their service center. I paid $1k to have a tow hitch installed and the way it looked when they were done, was a mess. It s like they took a box cutter and cut the bumper. The hole is not centered and they tried to put a cheap piece of plastic on it to cover up the jagged edges, but that came off during on my second trip on the freeway . Initially they were nice and said they would fix it, which required the whole bumper to be replaced, but that was in Dec. and since that time, I ve had to follow up and gotten very little response back. At this point I just want money back because I don t have faith that they won t mess up the more sensitive equipment near the bumper. This is sad and I m bummed that this is how my service relationship has started with them after having such a great sales experience.******Same review as many others- best car shopping experience with great salespeople and low stress. I highly recommend David Ho and appreciated how patient he was, explained everything clearly, and was so nice. I did a lot of shopping around and this was the only dealership that didn t pressure me or hound me for days after coming in for a test drive. A truly different shopping experience. Can t wait to experience their service center since they also seem just as great! Worth the drive from Oakland.

Stopped by to see if I can get an appraisal for my Maserati. In less than 30 minutes I was able to get an undeniable offer and sold it. The customer service was awesome. I even got a free Uber ride home. Highly recommended!

What an amazing dealership! Abdullah helped me out in buying a beautiful blue BRZ - and he was amazing start to finish. Patient, informative, and helpful. He gave all the answers I needed and the space to make my decisions. Was easily the most smooth, stress-free experience buying a car I've ever had.

We landed at Subaru One in Hayward after a wayward experience down the road at Toyota.So happy to have met Abdullah who had just the right vibe we needed for my daughter s first car purchase.There was ABSOLUTELY ZERO PRESSURE to buy. He let us test drive the cars we were interested in. He helped my daughter with all the info she needed to finance her first vehicle. He walked her through the entire process.Highly recommend seeking out Abdullah and using Subaru One if Hayward for your next car purchase. ( used or new!)

When my friend asked for help in finding a car he likes, I took on the task with enthusiasm. After browsing several dealerships, I stumbled upon a few that seemed to have the car he had in mind. I reached out to inquire, but unfortunately, some of the other dealerships added a significant dealer markup, making the deals fall through.Determined to find the perfect car for my friend, I expanded my search radius and was delighted to discover a dealership located two hours away from our area. To our delight, they had the exact car my friend was looking for, complete with the preferred trim and color.I initiated contact with the dealership through email, and soon enough, Allan Liang, one of their salesman/financiers, reached out to me. Never thought I d go out of my way to leave a review at a car dealership but it was so wonderful to buy a car without the mind games. Mustafa made sure to walk us through all our options so we could weigh packages with price. He was super knowledgeable and patient explaining the big features (engine, safety) as well as the small ones (how the fob and phone charging worked). I didn t feel like I was being pressured by him into buying additional packages we didn t want and was able to get the exact car I wanted for the right price. Will highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Subaru.

10 out of 10 I can honestly say I have never in my life purchased a vehicle, so easily and stress-free, thanks to Paulo Mansilla! I told him what I wanted in a vehicle. He showed me the perfect one within my price range. He did the paperwork within 30 minutes and I had the car delivered to my doorstep the next morning it honestly it felt too good to be true. He made the process run smoothly and quickly it was very ideal for me because I'm not the most patient person. Thank you, Paulo Mansilla.

Bought my car at One Subaru earlier this month and i love it! This dealership has alot of inventory which gave us many options to choose from. We appreciated the way our salesman paid attention to our needs instead of trying to sell us whatever he wanted. Cesar was super diligent in getting us out the door with our new vehicle as fast as possible . He had our best interest in mind and even helped us get a better payment than what we had planned for. If in the market definitely ask for Cesar.
