Best in town. Romeo is top notch. Highly recommend.This shop services all my cars, including my exotic car Acura NSX.

Romeo at North American Motors had nothing but kindness towards me as I pulled into his establishment with my old sputtering Dodge truck. It wasn't holding charge so I thought it must be the alternator. I called Romeo to see if he had a way of getting the alternator I needed to fix my truck - and he did. His supplier got me a brand new alternator in just a few hours. It was installed quickly and I was handled very kindly as a guest for the day. Romeo recommended places to eat nearby so I could kill the time. He and his team got me home safely. They saved the day and even had good rates. I put them on the spot and they performed better than I had hoped for. Thanks to Romeo especially for being so friendly and reasonable. If I'm ever in the area again and am in need of help I will come to this shop, and you should too! Please keep in mind that these guys like to take their time to do quality work. I had to get to my job as an emergency, but you should expect a couple of days turnaround time for your vehicle. Thanks guys!!

This is the only place I take my vehicles! For all my engine work from oil changes, tune up, transmission work down to my smog checks. This is the one auto shop that doesn't try to rip me off! When you're pretty and drive a foreign car, you'd be amazed on how dismissive mechanics can be. (See how I slid the fact that I'm pretty in there) North American Motors has been good to me for over 10 years now. When they moved from oakland, I went with them. I only trust them to fadiddle with my baby! When you head over there tell Romeo that Jason sent you. You'll get the family discount.

Romeo and his crew replaced my drum breaks and kept me updated throughout the repair. I dropped car off early and picked it up after work. Great customer service.

Romeo was very friendly and informative. He even pointed out something to keep an eye on and and let him know if it kept happening and he'd take a deeper look.
