These guys are one of the best in the industry. I have been to quite a few repair shops but nothing like Norcal Truck Repair.My first imprecation with Robin with very relaxing since the man knew exactly what I was talking about when I took one of my tour buses for repair. For those who have a clue... I needed Kingpin replacement which could only be determined by a physical inspection which was done by Robin at a very reasonable cost. In addition, all parts for the repair was arranged by the shop as well.Secondly, I had a breakdown which in any logistical industry is frantic. Robin came to my rescue at 2:30a.m in the morning in the cuts of Castro Valley Hills.Overall conclusion; Patient, Knowledgeable, and fast service.Highly recommended. Thank you Robin for making a great experience. Looking forward to working with you guys again. Did a mention? excellent reasonable pricing.

I want to provide great praise for the outstanding professionalism, courtesy, care, respect and excellent customer service and teamwork mentality that Nor-Cal Truck RV & Trailer Repair provided us when extending their services to my wife and I. Their initial service gave us great confidence that our needs were being met in a professional manner. VERY slow. VERY non-punctual. NO quality. But sounded very professional luring us in. And be careful of their hourly rate - it IS $155 no matter what you'll be told over the phone. That is IF you will decide to go there, which will be a HUGE mistake.And all those 5-star reviews - just look at the last names on the majority of those shills...The truck was down 2 full days - NO UPDATES, except "I will call you back in few minutes" on our every request. Ended up "fixing a corroded connector" - IDK.$2,000All that, just to get - 35 miles down the road - the same Check Engine Light and De-Rate Warning again.Had to take it to a Dealer this time. EXTREMELY sorry that didn't do it from the very beginning.

Nor-Cal Truck & RV was very busy but managed to fit me into their schedule. They provided an estimate, arranged towing, secure storage, ordered, and installed the replacement catilitic converter. They performed separate additional requested work promptly.There were unexpected problems, none of which were Nor-Cal's fault or responsibility.Supply chain, part unavailability for 6-8 weeks.Communications could have been better on the Insurance Adjusters part. This issue was promptly resolved by my Insurance Agent once it was identified. (Long waits 20 minutes or more and dropped calls).Nor-Cal T&RV's communications were prompt and any concerns were made clear. They made sure my R.V. was secure and safe and repairs were completed to my satisfaction. Special thanks to the Tow truck operator Parmjit at Arco Towing. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Oil change

NOT PROFESSIONAL.The road service mechanic fixed fuel filter housing at our truck. We paid for the service (they are not cheap). But 20 minutes later the truck shut down again. The mechanic came back, checked the truck and said the fuel filter housing had a problem. The question was, what did he do with it before and what did we pay for?They towed our truck to the dealer and offered a discount for towing services, but the total amount was still high.I asked politely the Service Manager to increase the discount or to refund the first repair cost (as the job had not been done properly) and they started threatening us that they would tow our truck to their yard and charge overnight fee if I keep negotiating. My truck broke down (with large Diesel fuel leak) on my way into Fremont I did not feel safe to continue and I was in the parking lot of a business. I called another mobile truck service, who said he did not handle trucks like mine. I made my second call to Nor-Cal Truck Repair, described my situation and vehicle and he said he would be on his way to me, with an ETA. He arrived within the ETA, troubleshot the problem, went to get the necessary parts, and proceeded to repair my truck so that I could be safely on my way.

If you thing you called to get help and don't be ripped off then you should call to anather Truck repair place because this guys told me they will change my oil filter with oil which they charge me for but they never did. Tried to return money back after I told them will live the review but never get money bacouse people needs to now off this unfair truck repair shop. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM NEVER-NEVER-NEVER-NEVER.

Hi Guys, just quake story. This guys going to the businesses next to them or businesses with left them 1 star reviews and starting to write the 1 star reviews to them, please check all the reviews and you will see they left 5 star to them self and all others 1 star. Google was reported off this fraud, hope they will close this google account soon. And also see all the LOCAL GUIDES from google which have 40+ reviews they never recommending this business. Thank you.
