We had a bad battery on our truck in Alameda CA. We called to get a jump. The dispatcher said 60-90 min. The driver arrived within 1 hour. He said he was 20 min away. It took him five min to get the truck started. The bill was $585.00. I asked for a break because the driver insisted he was not told the amount. They wouldn't budge on the rate. They insisted they told the driver. They said they had a call out fee & a Two hour minimum fee. This rate is ridiculously high for a five min job. We didn't need batteries.
