This review is a few weeks overdue, but well deserved! I was headed north on Highway 880 on a Sunday morning when my tire got a nail and started rapidly deflating. Fortunately I was able to get to a gas station parking lot before the tire went completely flat, where I waited for AAA. Finding Mission Tire was a godsend! It was only 2 miles from where I was stuck, and they are open on Sundays. They were super friendly when I called, and more than willing to assist. When my car got towed there, they had my tire checked out and patched within 20 minutes. They could have easily have sold me a brand new tire, but they were honest, helpful, and very reasonably priced. They did a great job of fixing my tire. The owner is a terrific guy who went above and beyond. I am so grateful I found this place, and even though I live out of the area, I will come back and be a repeat customer. Thank you Mission Tire! You guys are awesome!

These guys are amazing! Had a blown tire about a mile from their location so I called Jay Jay and he went through their inventory and gave me my options. Unfortunately the Continentals I wanted weren't in stock so I settled for the Good Year Eagle Exhilarates which were comparable in price and quality. I got there right when they were closing but he still took me in even though they were super busy. Highly recommended!

I have been coming to Mission Tires for years. My insurance originally sends me to CARSTAR Hayward Collision Repair and when I told them I needed tires they gave me a good referral to Mission Tires and I have been a loyal customer since. I highly recommend you bring your car here :0)Wonderful customer service!Shout out to Johny and JJ for always making me feel at home. And to all the staff for working hard.Saludos,

Place has always gotten our work Van Tires took care of. A couple personal vehicles as well . The way they get you going while they might be waiting on some tires for you. Or whatever else you might be getting done. Good place to do Business with ! #LetsGetIt!

Very friendly people, however two months ago I went to get a set of 4 used tires for a reasonable price. Directly after I drove off I noticed the tire pressure went down for one tire. So I drove back to get it checked out, they told me I picked up a nail in my tire and they would fix no charge which they did. Fast forward a month and a half later I noticed my tire pressure was going down on another tire they sold me. When I took it to another tire place I noticed and they told me there was a nail in that tire causing a slow leak, which I had to get repaired out of pocket. Please be careful and check your tires before driving off. I m not sure if I trust this place to come back it was too much of a coincidence. I will admit they do have good customer service and they are polite.

Got way better price than was counting on. Honest professionals with decades of experience. My tire was a mess with cracks all along the side blowing all air out in less than 7hrs from full air pump. I was still told it's fixable but dangerous and ended up with an offer of used tire with replacement all for $50 and 1 month of warranty. Where else can you get such good deals and honest expertise? For the dashboard light I had, I was told it can be done at the spot in no time or how I can get it fixed for free using youtube and 10minutes of spare time. My experience, these people would focus on helping first, then selling, exceptional service

I came here, and it was a last-minute place to get used tires because mine were balled. They were nice kind of quick. The only issue I have is the tires they gave me were a little big? I was unaware until I showed them to a friend, and he noticed they weren't the correct size. Now, why wouldn't they mention that at the tire shop? Instead of letting me drive right on out. I didn't go back because they had no problem taking my money. Lesson learned

Took my car in for a wheel alignment. They did an inspection of the car found some issues. They showed me what they found and left me options on how I wanted to handle the situation. Decided to take care of the issue now instead of later. They gave me a reasonable quote and offered me a ride home. Picked the car up the next day at the time was promised, and they even cleaned all the tires. A++ Great customer service, very professional and lover of mustangs. Will bring my car back again.

Solid place with great selections and good service. Gets the job done without skipping any parts of the complete service. Don't forget to check out their neighbor right next to them, great Mexican food while you wait.

Excellent service. I have been doing business with mission tire since 1991 and with the current owner Joe for a long time. Friendly staff, quick service and on top of all that, trust his work with my kids car. I highly recommend this shop.

I had just blown my tire on 880 industrial exit, and Mission Tire saved the day. Got a used tire, reasonable price and super friendly service. Had to wait approx. 30 min, but totally understandable because they had other customers before me. But the main point... friendly, reasonable and reliable service! Thank you!!!

Well I have a Subaru Outback all wheel drive vehicle with 18" wheels. I had a blow out while visiting relatives in Castro Valley Ca. No one even had 18" tires available for at least 2 days..... someone recommended calling them to see if they could help. They were able to get the tires in less than an hour and got me in as soon as I arrived. Thanks for everything Mission tire, you saved the day.

My tire popped and rim dented on 580 from a pothole and I had to drive home 5 hours away the next day. My dad and sister who live locally have been coming here for years, so I came here hoping they could get me back on the rode as soon as possible! They got me in and back on the rode in less than an hour and I was SO grateful for their kindness and fair price through the whole situation. Highly recommend and wish I lived closer so I could have such a reliable and friendly team of people at arm s length. Will definitely come back if I ever have another emergency in the bay!

I never leave reviews but I had to for this place, I love Mission Tires! First time here and it was a great experience. Very affordable, quick n efficient. Staff are so nice and look out for your best interest which is very refreshing. They put quality and safety of you and your vehicle over money, which is rare to come across now n days with mechanics. This is my new go to place for anything tire related. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Great spot in town. Johnny in the front was awesome! A tip was easy to give UPDATE: I wrote this message before I rode my car. Omg! They went above and beyond making my car smoother to drive. They did something extra to help it. Idk what it was. But they did and I love it . Thank you!!!They are AMAZING! I think they were dropped from the sky to help ease the stress of people on this earth. You should definitely check them out. I am definitely going back

I absolutely highly recommend this place! The staff was very courteous, professional, and performed a great job in a timely manner. I was concerned with constant tire pressure issues and when I brought it into the shop they made sure to check all potential issues as well as being mindful of my time constraints having to deal with it during work hours.

I had an amazing experience at Mission Tire. The owner was genuine and honest. I had a flat tire and was told that $30 will be charged for my GLA 250. Final bill was $25. It was a quick and professional job done. Very satisfied I will never hesitate to recommend them for any tire related jobs.

I just left that place. However before I went there I called them. The man told me that he would see me after 4pm. I arrived at 4:30 PM. They were shutting it down. The man didn't tell me that over the phone that they shut down at 4:30, but they close at 5:30pm. I wasted my time and gas .

Emailed this company, trying to get a quote for new tires. Like many other tire companies in the area, I was (of course) ignored. Why tf have an online presence/website (with a contact email address - meaning, you're supposed to monitor it) and ignore quote inquiries? It's kind of ignorant and wasteful? All I can say is: 1.) I would have given no stars if I could and 2.) At least it made my decision easier.To these companies who do this (and there have been many, this time), stop complaining there is no business out there and stop wasting your potential client's time ignoring emails.

I needed to get all four of my tire pressure sensors replaced. I was quoted over $500 ELSEWHERE and called my girl friend to ask where she gets her car serviced. She recommended Mission Tire and I am so happy I went here. They were honest with their prices and services. I talked to Jonny the manager and agreed with his perspective on service and care. I will definitely be coming here again and start recommending this place for my car needs.

Called last week to make an appointment for alignment. They told me 4:15pm, informed them I can't make it at that time but 4:30pm is ok. Told me no problems, last car they take in is 4:45. Arrived shortly before 4:30pm. Pulled in, guy outside yelled at me saying they're closed but to go in and talk to office staff. I go in, customer before me, wait a few minutes. Guy is rude and dismisses me telling me last person they take in is at 4pm. Not at all what he told me on the phone last week. Why be rude and lie? I could have EASILY made an appointment for another day when I could leave work early.

These guys are great, I've brought at least 6 cars over the last 2 years to these guys and they always take good care of me and the family cars. I have recommended these guys to my neighbors, my family, and friends. Good service, great selection of new and used tires, and very fair prices. Will definitely keep coming back.

I ve been coming here for years. I ve had my car for 18 years and have gone through many tires. These gentlemen have always been very kind, courteous, and respectful. I trust them 100%. I have referred many friends to the shop and they have all been beyond happy. Thank you!!!
