Not the cheapest, but the best. Unfortunately for the rest of you, John takes customers by referrals only. Delivers on what and when he says. You'll ride away knowing it was perfectly done like it was his own.

Take my Gixxer there for valve adjustment, the bike wasn't starting normally after, and he said it is the battery, changed the battery and the same issue, and then John said it was crankshaft sensor, the sensor fixed it but now it time to time still having trouble to start. Also, it took one month, and I spent over $1500 on repairs and Uber to go back and forth. Avoid this place, so do not regret your decision like me; I wish I was taking it to the dealer.

I went in for my stuck ignition lock, wouldn't go into handle lock position.I called in and explained the problem. John said to bring it in and he'll take a look.I brought in only the ignition as I've done all the labor to remove it from the bike.I was told to wait outside while they were taking a look at it.The ignition piston was stuck so they had to cut around to have the piston room to get it unstuck.It took them about 15 mins.The cost to me was$90.I felt the price was too steep,

This shop was recommended to me by the manager of the Oakland Harley-Davidson dealer. John was courteous, professional and thorough. Very satisfied!

I brought my Yamaha R6 to John at Midnight Mechanix for some work. From talking to John I could see that he has many, many years of experience working on motorcycles. He started the bike and right away he new what was wrong and what needed to be done. The work was done in a very timely and professional manner. Once I arrived to pick up the bike I was stoked that it ran smooth as silk!!I would highly recommend John and Midnight Mechanix for your motorcycle repair needs. I will be bringing my R6 to him in the future when service is needed. Thank You John for your awesome service!!!

Everyone was very helpful at Midnight Mechanix and I could not have been happier with my experience!! John was great and was willing to put up with multiple phone calls and rescheduling so that me and my husband could get his bike towed in for repair. John was also very knowledgeable and willing to figure out what would be best for our bike and our budget. We will definitely be returning for more services.

I had my bike towed to Midnight Mechanix to have the battery replaced, the rear brake repaired, and the oil changed.I think it was a rough time to schedule something for John and for me, and that make it very hard for us to communicate with each other, but aside from a little less communication than I would have liked, I was very pleased with the end result and the price.What's great about this place is they're open late, so you don't have to take time off work to get in there to drop off or pick up your bike. I will take my bike there the next time I need service. I'm confident I'll have a better experience next time.

I was charged twice for the same parts. John said he would not be able to pay me back cause of his financial situation but will be able to do more labor work for the $300 charged. I was finally able to get my money back after 2 years. My friends swear by this place but I had a very negative experience. Would not recommend!

Called this shop on my way home one night. My rear tire was totally worn out so I needed it replaced ASAP. I spoke with John and he quickly checked the stock of tires available. They had what I wanted so I made my way over there. I always carry my tools with me, so I removed my rear wheel and rolled it to their shop from the parking lot. The shop was able to swap in the new tire quickly while I waited. They were busy, but took care of my request right away. Greatly appreciated!

I'm really happy with the service provided by John and Alfonso this is a great place to bring your motorcycle and get it fixed, I brought my Kawasaki vn 800 to this place they changed the tires work on the brakes and many other stuff they're professionals 100% recommended to enyone Thank you so much guys for helping me with my bike.

Brought my 2019 road glide in for accident repairs. The guys took a long time and used salvaged parts from my own bike instead of ordering new ones. That s what I get for not taking it back to Sacramento. Repair were good however everyone knows that when you can you should get new parts when it s an insurance job. Fork bezel and fork sleave clearly have damage on them still and that adds up to hundreds of dollars. If I really cared I would have written this review a long time ago... so I really don t care. Good luck.

This place was recommended by my friend who rides an S1000RR. Got my tail tidy and Akrapovic slip on exhaust fitted on my Ninja. They did an amazing job on the fitment. It was pretty quick too, in less than half a day. Highly recommend this place.

I had a emergency my bike broke down on the freeway. And they were the closest shop. The service they did was excellent even replaced after missing screws on my fairings. I would recommend this shop to anybody in the hayward area. Great job entire team.

Friendly folks that do good work at good rates with quick turn-around.The best part is their late hours, meaning I don't have to take off work to bring in my bike.The office area could stand to be cleaned and organized, but that's a trivial thing.

I had an accident on the way to work on Monday morning. My bike didn't start and my insurance co. couldn't find anyone who could tow my bike as I expected. I called Midnight Mechanix way before the shop was open but I was able to reach John. And thanks to him, my bike was towed right away to Midnight Mechanix and fixed by the end of the week. Too awesome to just say awesome. Thank you!!

John always takes care of me. I been going to him since 2011 now his labor rate is $100 an hour but he does a great job on my motorcycles

I just want to know updates and how long is my bike going to be in the shop. 1 week and counting. With no updates. Called in and was told they would give me a call back the next day with updates. And still no updates.

Your first contact will be John. Good guy and knowledgeable. They do good quality work, so be prepared to wait for the finished product. This is not a dealer, they are mechanics and painters.

Nice place to get your bike serviced. Need prior appointment for any service. They are open weekends too. Very economical too.

I have gone to this shop many times for repairs, maintenance or mods. John is always helpful and a resourceful tool if you have any questions. Its the only shop I know that opens until midnight.

The mechanic was very responsive and fixed parts well ahead in time. I am happy with the service and would recommend any one to get their bike fixed here.
