Outstanding customer service! I've been here twice couple years ago to get my windshield fix for my other car. Goes to show how their service is if you keep coming back.I needed to get my window fix ASAP. Called them before noon on a Friday. The lady on the phone was super friendly and very understanding. She said I can come in at 3PM. Told her I have another car that need fixing. She just said bring both cars in at the same time. Arrived there before the appointment. She's even friendlier in person. She didn't give us an actual time how long both cars will be done due to only one person working and it was a last minute appointment. We didn't mind. She keeps updating us on what's going on. For both cars it took more than 3 hours but we are a very satisfied customers. They stayed until both cars were done which is way passed their open hours. They have literally saved us. For a reasonable price in the area, customer service was excellent. I couldn't be happier. Definitely will be back for any glass needs.Thanks again!

A very pleasant experience with a professional team.Took only minutes to be approved through my insurance.My appointment was scheduled right away.My questions were answered with care regarding my situation.The actual replacement was done quickly.My new window looks exactly like the manufacturer windshield I had previously.I'd be very happy to see this company again in the future for chip repairs.A company I would highly recommend to friends and family.Thank you again Ava and Lu for putting a smile back on my face.

The staff is great, honest and timely. I had a few chips on my windshield and took my car at Low Price Auto Glass. The staff fixed the issue within an hour and the chips are still intact. They will tell you which chips need to be fixed and which don't. Also, their prices are affordable, I have checked other auto glass repair shops and they quoted me for a higher price.

Had a windshield replaced best price I could find way more affordable then any other place around. Amazing customer service very detailed on everything that they would be doing and how everything worked and any differences that I may notice. Took a little longer than expected but exactly how long they quoted me on time. When completed they let me know exactly what they did and how to care for it. Would highly recommend this place even if coming for a little bit away

A wonderful experience! I went in without an appointment on a Saturday about 1 hour before they were closing. My intent was to just schedule an appointment but they went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did they stay open after hours to complete my windshield replacement but they also shuttled me to a coffee shop to wait for the process. The workmanship was perfect and the price was excellent. I couldn't have been more pleased and will certainly highly recommend them to my friends!

Amazing customer service. Eva was so attentive to our needs and made sure we got our vehicle back in time, even working past their normal business hours. The instructions & installation was flawless. I was running late because of a accident on the San Mateo Bridge. They assured me I would be taken care of. They made sure I was comfortable. Even put on a movie that I could watch. They got me out of there quickly. I really appreciate all the kindness I was shown. Much love and appreciation. God Bless!

I've had several windshields replaced over the years and always have had a great experience at this place. I just had a small window replaced and Ava and the crew took care of it promptly at a great price. Thanks again for your superior customer service!

The guy who works there fixed the chips on my windshield even though I tried to repair them myself, which is worse because you only cover the entrance and he have to drill holes later to remove what you tried to repair, I had two chips and he fix both, he did a little more work to the thing to fix it properly than I had told him to do and he didn't charge me for it, very good at what he does and has a lot of experience.

Just gotten my daughter s RAV4 side widow done, that prompted me to give this review and tap on the past experiences with this establishment. Let s go by the basic metrics with three actual business service done; Customer service, ( by Eva ) Cost, price is very reasonable as compared to others, Works, craftsmanship is self evident and with care, every time ( by Lu ). The business has all the attitude needed to have you as their repeat customers ( occasionally, as my family has had its share of unforeseen events ). A well deserved 5 or more stars rating !

This company does high-quality customer service and high-quality work when replacing windshields. I had a windshield replaced on June 18. When they remove my windshield they called to tell me that I had a heater connection for my wipers, which I did not know about. So the new windshield they installed had that feature. So now I have heated windshield wipers, and for me that s a big deal because I have a home in Truckee and go up often. I appreciate the fact that they found this connection, and they were able to install the proper windshield. Now I can t wait for the snow to come!

I've use this establishment multiple times to take care of window issues with my car. The service has always been friendly, helpful, efficient, and reasonably priced. There's nobody else I could imagine here in the bay area I would rather take my business to.

This place is absolutely amazing!!!! We went to replace a windshield on our truck . The lady in the front desk is very friendly and professional she explain everything very well and patiently . it feels like you are home watching movies while they re doing the work she even offered water so thank you we are very happy with the great customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I came here after calling just about all of the shops around Hayward, back in 2011 to get my Windshield replace. Low price Auto glass have quality auto glass for a low price, very friendly staff that know what they are doing.Three years later after taking trips to las vegas and back each year, my Windshield is still standing strong.

If anyone needs autoglass, chip repair, or headlight restoration, Low Price Auto Glass did a great job replacing my windshield and restoring my headlights to like new clarity. They have a great process and are very detail oriented and customer service oriented. The OEE glass they installed on my car is indistinguishable from OEM glass, except for the label, and of course the price! I will be giving them all my business from now on.

Very low prices on windshields, but when they break your windshield garnish clips, they won't mention it to you. Then a few days later you find out when you see the garnish flopping loose. Those guys should do less chattering, and focus on the customer's vehicle. Now I have to buy new clips and install the garnish properly.

Took care of me when I needed it bad. Though it was explained in the beginning, I thought they'd take a bit more time to clean out the shattered glass and possibly adjust the window track. Came in lower (in price) than a previous quote and was able to get done the same day.

I always come here to either to fix a chip on my windshield or change it... Been coming here here for years great customer service and low price.. you just can't beat it.. workmanship is excellent

Got my car broken into and had to replace my window they were able to get the glass I needed the same day and was able to get my car fixed! Great customer service!
