Everyone that answers the phone is extremely rude and unhelpful. It clearly states they are required to offer discounted rates to low income and they don't. When I called to ask about this (after the DMV told me it was required) I was put on hold for 27 minutes. When the female Azha Stevens finally came back on she told me I had to fill out the form prior to install. Like I was supposed to know about this without them telling me. I asked to speak to someone higher up and she told me no one was working at that time. She then sent me an application for reduced fees as well as a complaint form, both of which were completely fake. I responded to both emails saying both forms were not real and she never responded back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

Had a interlock on this location and it keeps aborting on me. It looks like its been super used. The stickers are coming off and it definitely has been handled many times.I had to come in to get serviced after too many failed retests. I told the technician that i don't know if i am blowing too hard or too soft. Was then told it takes a little while to get use to but. Im still having issues with the interlock. I dont even know if they really calibrated it or if they just reset the thing and gave it back. Its been a real hassle driving around and never knowing if my car is going to start or if my retests while driving are going to abort. Go elsewhereI had my interlock swapped out with a brand new one and everything works so far!! I changed my review to 5 stars. Make sure when you get it installed that you are getting a brand new one put in!

I have had nothing but good customer service with this company They have been courtesy and friendly. They even went above and beyond to help me get into my car after I locked my keys in it. They also gave me full instructions on how to properly use the device to prevent it from aborting. Like changing the air flow tips, which they provide, as well as having water in the car to sip before blowing into the device. I have had my device for 4 months with complete success it it's functioning. For those complaining. Don't hate the company for your own choice to drink and drive.

Not a happy customer. This is 2nd time the device has no power. I had to leave my car at the mall overnight. I do not recommend going here. Last time It had no power I could not use my car for 4 days. People should not have to go through so much trauma for a breathalyzer device

I tried to get a hold of someone at Lifesafer for two days and left voicemails and no one returned my call. Went to get my service done and the people at this location are extremely rude. I ve never seen anything like it. I used to get service in Arizona where everyone was amazing and so nice. Not the same here. The lady working in this office told me to go back to Arizona after I was concerned about signing multiple contracts. All I needed were my questions answered, not mouth from an employee who thought she was doing me a favor when, in fact, there are many interlock device companies to chose from. I do not ever recommend this location in Hayward. This process is already stressful and their employees make it more stressful.

Very rude customer service on the phone, I just needed to schedule an appointment and the lady had to make it more difficult. Monday- May13 3:56 pmDon't get a device here, there is always something wrong with the devices computer chip connecting to my cars starter. I drive everyday.

Stay away from this company. Terrible service. Wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go there. Find a different interlock company. Read the small print before you think about it.
