Mechanic came and wrapped the harness around the driveline to support the weight and caused significant damage to our truck.Dealership confirmed the damage was made by tow guy, we had to pay $5,000 for the repairs they made. Luis who was represented as manager said they will cover the repairs but they never did.If you need towing, avoid those guys.

Simply the best, most accommodating & honest Fleet Services organization in the Bay Area! A mechanic/Service Facility, is generally a tough thing to recommend. As a customer for years, I absolutely recommend Pacific Coast Fleet! Mike is a gentleman and one of the best guys in the business!! Thanks Pac Coast!!!

Shady , told bs ,Sent one of their mechanics through king , the mechanic did not fix anything , cost us money , and left . Mobile Fleet mechanic came and did his work on the spot no issues.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

I really recommend this place Mike and Khan were soo much of a help with inspecting the tow truck and telling us about it before we purchase they took their time with us and weren t in a hurry I am from La but anytime we will be back for truck business We will definitely come here
