Wouldn't even think about patronizing here. The answer on the phone was so blatant and direct but in a negative way. ( words can't really describe). No customer service or personality for that matter, just to inquire. Ended the conversation stating he's part partner and owner". You guess how quickly I ended the conversation...

I ve taken my car to them more than 4 times for a check engine light and each time it needed some new part and labor, ok no problem. It just turned on again. I am sorry but that is already one too many times it s happened, so I had to leave a negative review. I will just bite the bullet and take it to my local dealer as it seems like that is my best option for the problem.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The turnaround time for this mechanic is unreal. I had my car in there and out within 48 hours with a whole new clutch in a door handle that had to be removed and replaced taking my entire door apart. They are very trustworthy.
