These guys are AMAZING. They are so kind and work so hard and efficiently. I have come in multiple times with screws in my tires and they have fixed them so fast AND for free every single time. I m more than appreciative of this tire shop and always recommend this shop to anyone who needs tire work done.

Reuben was my savior today!!!! Found out I had been driving a car missing a rotor, with three completely worn out brake pads (previous owner of the car had lied about the brake condition). Reuben carefully explained everything to me, showed me everything I needed to see and was able to fix my car within two hours. I was quite distraught and overwhelmed, but he took his time explaining to ensure I felt better and well informed. He had a couple cars ahead of me and told me he d try his best to get it done before the end of the day since it was nearly 3 and they close at 5. I was sad that at the possibility that I would have to leave my car overnight, BUT at 5:03, he called to let me know he just finished up and I was more than welcome to pick my car up if I wanted. My car felt brand new once I picked it up!!!! Reuben thank you! I recommended this shop to all my friends for the great and quick service. Will absolutely go here for any car problems!!!

I just want to gush a minute about Ruben and Company at Hayward Tire Pros. I went in there to get my tire repaired or get a used tire depending on the repairability of my flat. Ruben said the tire was damaged beyond repair. He did not have a used tire in my size. He recommended one similar that would work and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I had also asked if he could reset the maintenance required light in my Dash that had been on for months which he gladly did as well. I am only in the area visiting family and live 3 hours away. I am grateful for their knowledgeable and friendly service and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest service on their vehicle.

Went in for them to check a tire leak. They broke the wheel key, so they could not get any of my tires off. Then told me to break the lugs off the tires I would have to buy four new tires. I declined. They did not offer to compensate me for breaking my tire key and then they tried to rip me off. (tire lugs have nothing to do with tires) Off I went with no way to get my tires off because they broke my key. They only thing they offered was to rip me off. It's a shame. I've been going here for years because they were really honest looks like that is not the case anymore. Under new management. Buyer beware.

In area on business, and hit one of Oakland's notorious pot holes hard. Blew out both front and rear tires on one side. By the time I got towed, my tires were at the shop and installation was completed in two hours. Great service. Mercedes dealerships couldn't have done better. Thanks!

Super friendly and great company to work with. There was a miscommunication (probably on my part), but they were super nice about it. They did an AMAZING job with my jeep installing new wheels and tires complete with alignment. I went here after they repaired a flat for me years ago at no charge. I'm so happy I went back. Definitely would recommend them to everyone needing work or tires for their vehicle.

Had a nail in one of the tire. When I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and was offered refreshments by the gentleman (never had that happen before). Within 12 minutes the tire was repaired. I m so happy that I found this location that does the job with speed, efficiency and most importantly they didn t try to sell me parts that I didn t need! Thank you!!!

They are AMAZING!!!! SUPER FRIENDLY! GREAT FAST SERVICE!!!! DEFINITELY recommend! I have had SEVERAL flat tires due to nails and each time I come back because I have not had a better experience elsewhere. Hayward Pro Tires has a variety of a selection of tires and economical prices. Thank you for helping me each time!!!

I had a slow leak in my tire and after filling it up with air every day for a week, I decided to bring it to this shop. They got me in right away, patched up my tire and sent me on my way. I needed my tire to be patched up immediately and they were willing to stay past their closing time to fix it for me. My tire was completely fixed within 15 minutes of being there and didn't even charge me for the service. Install fine, did not put the correct wheel on a specific spot when I requested, personal preference for curbed wheels. But they want $160 for 4 tires while I found a shop nearby that did a good job that only charge $100 out the door.

Amazing service-the Absolute BEST HONEST tire shop around. I miss Chris but he trained his staff well. Respect & honesty. They give you options for your budget and don't push you to purchase anything. This site is the best around compared to other tire places nearby. Go here first!

Came in with a huge nail in my tire and they quickly patched it up for me while also putting air into my other tires. As a fairly new car owner, this was a very lovely experience and highly recommend this establishment. I m excited to come back to them for my future car needs :)

Incredible shop! They were able to diagnose my problem in 5 minutes and I was out the door 10 minutes later. They gave me a super reasonable quote on some future break work. So glad to have a new mechanic close to home. Would recommend with no reservations as all!!

My brother goes to this place and recommended it. They are great. I used to go to America's Tire and it always would take about three hours to get out of there. Tire Pros had me out the door in 40 minutes. Also changed my windshield wipers no charge. Great customer service.

I had an awful experience here.Came in to get a flat fixed. It was unfortunately unrepairable. I was told that due to mileage I should replace the opposing tire, and after agreeing I was told since AWD I should replace all 4.I agreed, but upon further research I found out this might not have been necessary, but wasn't given the wear details to confirm.After I received my truck back I had horrible steering wheel vibration, and I went back for a rebalance.Then again, and again, and again. Everytime I was told the tires were unbalanced and they would redo the balance procedure. I went back 5 times. I told the service rep to replace the tires since there's obviously something wrong and he refused. The service rep had a technician drive my truck, and told me it was fine.It wasn't. He lied.finally took it to another shop and they were able to balance the tires with "an excess of weights", and recommended I have them replaced.Please do not shop here. They are very dishonest.

Have you ever gotten a tire service for free? Too good to be true, right? Yes, it exists here at Hayward Tire Pros. Jeremy the owner was a great host. On Saturday 09/15, I brought my car in with a flat tire. They found a seven inches long nail sticking in my rear tire and patched it for free. The service was quick and trustworthy; and Jeremy, the owner was funny and friendly. I will definitely come back again, should any needs of tires. It was a pleasant surprise and experience with Tire Pros. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you, Jeremy.

Chris is extremely courteous, he addressed my needs and explained everything in a simple manner. Moreover, the work he and his team did to my car was phenomenal. I don't remember the last time my Honda drove this well. In addition, Chris took the time to personally contact me to make sure I was satisfied with the car. Excellent customer service coupled with outstanding mechanical work. Thank you.

This place is great. The owner/operator is very honest & pleasant to speak to. He will offer choices in tires & explain the data points you need to know to make an informed decision. Service is great too. They have a crew that knows what they doing because they have been working their a very long time.

This place has consistently shown to have great service. I've been there many times and never regretted it. They have always been honest on what my options are and have never given me any "surprises". My last visit prompted me to write this review. I went in for a tire that kept deflating due to two screws in different areas of the tire. They said they would take a look at it and if it was fixable, they would fix it for free. The screw was very close to the sidewall and i could have easily been told it was unfixable. Guess what? They patched both holes, for free, fast. Does NOT get better than that.

The owner Chris was great. Responded very quickly to my Yelp messages. No appointment needed for my alignment! However you may want to allocate more time. I was quoted 90 minutes but it took about 2.5 hours. Possibly due to the fact that my car was waaaaaay out of line though. I will definitely be back when I need another alignment :)

I really cannot say enough positive things about this place. I have gone to them for tire repair, new tires, nitrogen fills for my tires, tire rotations: you name it! They have always been friendly, direct, and fast. Chris has given me multiple heads up about common tire practices at dealerships and has not only fixed some dealership mistakes for me, but even caught some before my car's monitoring system seemed to notice! I'm really grateful for this business, and wholeheartedly recommend them!

The mechanic at the other store told me to replace the rotors and brake pads because of the tires' noise. I came to this store near my house. I had been to this shop once before. They were very helpful and advised me that the rotors were fine and the brake pads didn't need to be replaced, but if I care about noise, I should replace them. I had the brake pads replaced immediately, and the noise is gone. Chris showed me the old brake pads and gave me a thorough explanation.The price was also much more reasonable than other mechanics. I am very satisfied with his kindness and support.I will come back again and Really grateful for their work. Thank you!Nissan Altima tadamy
