This is the slowest service I have ever received. I had an appointment for 12:45 and it took one hour for the check in process to be completed after they tried to sell me one of their packages. And then proceeded to tell me that he wasn t sure if my car would be completed for an oil change and tire rotation by end of day (5:30pm). The service consultant was kind.Was informed he would call us and inform us when the car was completed and we never received a call. We were proactive and arrived back to the dealership at 5:30 and was told it was done while our receipt said it was done at 4pm.It then took another 30 minutes just to check out, pay, and get my car.If you re going to get any service done here make an early appointment and plan to not have your car for the entire day.

Very impressed with the shuttle service. Thank you Joe. It was a convenient and hassle-free way to get to and from the dealership, and it made my service experience much more enjoyable.

Very informative. They clearly walked me through the check in process and we're clear on the inspections they would do, including a tentative pricing. I felt great leaving to have my vehicle worked on.

These guys are amazing! They figure out problems, come up with solutions and give amazing service and everyone is friendly. They give great prices for installing custom bought parts for me and are always super fast!

ZERO customer service. Don't go there. Not a place for professional or any type of service. Run away if you can. This is not customer friendly. They don't care about you. Should be a zero star.

Service advisor was very helpful and attentive,really knew his stuff and made me feel at ease with the care my truck would get from the staff. They explained everything for me in a way I could understand and everything was quick and easy. The receptionists however could use some customer service training, they were not professional on the phone or in person and came off as bothered by customers asking simple questions. I will be a return customer however and overall am very happy to take my truck here again, should I need to of course

Every-time I take my car here it is a win! The customer service is professional and timely! The quality of service for my car is top shelf. I will not take Ms. Mary (my car) anywhere else! Call for an appointment, because they are always busy, but can work with you regarding scheduling! Say hi to Joe and Romeo and the rest of the crew of phenomenal human beings! Good, friendly service. Went in for an express oil change and it took 2 hours, but I didn t have an appointment. I liked that it was full service including a multi point inspection, and the returned the car wiped down. I will be coming back here

This review was sent by me to the Hayward Nissan Service Center's Service ManagerThis is the first time I have waited to see if I get an email for review from Nissan. This is so because I was especially impressed by service provided to me by your service adviser.� The service was done promptly,� explaining the process, the price, the problem,� the solution, the options, the different kinds of reasons that may be causing the problem, the cost and time each would take to fix it. This was done in the layman's language clearly, precisely, and with patience.� I hope the service advisers are given time to have their breakfast because I believe you have really wonderful servicemen who do not hesitate to put their breakfast to the side to give priority to customers. After the service was completed in half the time I expected it to be completed,� the service adviser came and discussed shortly what other things needed to be fixed which I decided to complete the next time I visited because I had to hurry to my own school to teach. In short this was the most professional and complete service I have received.� Hayward Nissan service advisors have always impressed me, because this is not the first time I have had such professional service at your center. I hope other Nissan services follow your example, especially the Fremont Nissan Service Center and the Danville Nissan Service Center. Hats off to your service advisors, all the others involved in� the service and of course for your capable running of the center especially as a woman executive. A special THANK YOU TO THE SERVICE ADVISOR, I could not get his name, but hope to get the same service adviser next time.

Hayward Nissan because my choice when the San Leandro Nissan continued to fail time and again. Hayward Nissan warranty work has been carefully analyzed and appropriately scheduled. From the moment I arrived at the service drive, I was welcomed like family. The service writer listened carefully and ensured he understood the problem. I was provided with an estimate of time needed to complete the repair, an was contacted an hour early. Hayward Nissan is on top of their game. I trust them, and even though they are much further than the San Leandro Nissan, they'll be my best pick.

Maria is very rude and with a bad attitude and she yelling at us so we asked to talk to her manager after 20 minutes she goes and talk to him first then he comes out kinda mad bc we want our car fixed it under warranty still a MN ND it been in here for same repair couple times all ready by the way the owner bought this 2019 Nissan Altima brand new zero miles and they say why he sign if he don't know what he signing well Maria translate when he bought it so why she didn't when he comes in so basically she no help don't trust them don't buy ur car here and the whole time they yelling at us the lobby was full of customers just watching how we were treatedServices: Electrical repair, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I just want to say anybody that is looking to buy a car do not come to these people as I made an appointment with this gentleman for 530 he completely stood me up then he has some old man come out who doesn t know what he s talking about all the employees want cake instead of money horrible service
