I would give 0 stars if possible. I absolutely hate these people, and if you want peace of mind you will never go to a Mitsubishi dealership. I have gone to this specific Mitsubishi dealership for many different reasons from getting a diagnosis of an issue on my car, to getting a new key programmed, to getting an oil change, and they always charge three times the amount of anyone else, and provide a worse service than the other people who charge three times less.On top of that, they aren't even open on the weekends even though they pretend to be. So not only do you not get any of the quality services that you would expect from paying literally three times the price, but you also have to take off time from work making it so that you have a less money in your bank account to pay for the three times the price of anywhere else.I wish these people would go out of business so they understand the consequences of there actions. Because clearly they think that they can give a terrible and atrocious service and charge three times the price

There's 3 dealers about 2 hrs away. Booked an appointment on a Saturday, said I needed an oil change and the airbag light is on. Get there and they said they can only check the airbag light M-F. Now I have to drive another 2 hours to go to a dealership again!! Won't be going back.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, VERY BAD SERVICE MY CAR WAS DUE TO A PROBLEM AND IT HAS BEEN THERE FOR 3 WEEKS BECAUSE THEY TRIED TO STEAL IT AND BROKEN A GLASS AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME ANY SOLUTION FOR ANYTHING BAD SERVICE DO NOT BUY HERENO LO RECOMIENDO, MUY MAL SERVICIO MI AUTO FUE POR UN PROBLEMA Y A ESTADO AH� POR 3 SEMANAS PORQUE INTENTARON ROBARLO Y LE QUEBRARON UN VDRIO Y NO ME DAN NINGUNA SOLUCI�N DE NADA MAL SERVICIO NO COMPREN AQUI
