As most people have been posting, they offer the most competitive pricing and even offer military discounts, whereas most other places don't. Prior to soliciting their services, I had shopped around throughout the East Bay to have my front door windows tinted and in the end, went with them.Allissa was my installer and I highly recommend her! She's the epitome of what excellent customer service is, given the current retail/service climate. She was patient, understanding, very detailed with their product explanation and communicative with the time frame of having my vehicle completed. She definitely deserves a raise and I hope she's valued as a professional installer for Jet Black Tint & Glass.New Edit: Work Done 06/18/23 (Still 5 Stars)My hats off to Jet Black Tint & Glass in Hayward! Allissa once again took care of my vehicle. They definitely live by their lifetime warranty and guaranteed work. I had some barely noticeable bubbles that I honestly would have been fine with but Allissa had them re-done and aside from this, my other reason for returning was to get my front window ceramic tinted to help with the heat as Summer approaches.Honestly, my fellow Yelpers, I don't know of another shop that provides the level of service that they do. I will definitely be using them for future services and will recommend them to anyone that asks me for a reputable tint shop in the East Bay.Allissa, I appreciate you and your level of dedication to your craft and quality of work! Aladdin did an amazing job with his customer service and made me feel 100% confident throughout the process and even answers questions after the car was done. They did an amazing job on the tint and matte PPF wrap on my Tesla Model Y.will definitely recommend to all my friends and family to ask for Aladdin when they need tints or wraps done on their car.Thank you again

The Jet black tint team is great I took my ford F150 2023 truck to have the rear and side windows darkened and I am happy with the service they provided so I highly recommend them.

Came in for a same day appointment was in and out within 3 hours. The man Moises hooked it up with great customer service. Would definitely come here again for tints.

I just got my 2 front windows on my 2002 Lexus SC430 done here and so far it looks great. It wasn't the $99 as described in the add, it actually cost me $150.00 for 2 front windows. Overall though the tint matches the back windows which I had previously done, so I'm happy with it. Al was easy to deal with and the job was done quickly. Looks great!!

I made my appointment a day ago and next day my appointment was at 2:30 PM and I arrived early at 10:00 AM and drop my car for window tinting. But they don t go on appointment they work on other cars who doesn t have appointment and came after me I asked two Customers and I was shocked that they drop their cars after me as a regular walk IN and they left early them me. And I waited total 11 hours and even at 9:00 PM it was not done please avoid this place or when u drop ur car get the exact time from them in written so this place don t waste or play with you as they did with me. And I am going to file a Complaint too. Thanks.Services: Heat control window films, Vehicle window tinting

This is my second time using Jet Black. When we got our second car we need to get it tinted. I called several different Jet Black no one is awering. Then I found out that there was one less than 5 minutes from me. Isaac the Manager Jet Black Winton took an hour explaining the different tint and showing me the different tints on the car he had there in lot. I like the great customer service he gave us and answered all of our questions Thank you Issac. Great Job2022 Pathfinder- 35% on the 2 front door and 20% on the rear doors and the hatch

Al was very helpful in deciding what tint color to go for after being a bit unsure of what percentage. Would definitely recommend, I was taken in as a walk in and my car was ready after 2 hours.

I m very pleased with the outcome and the darkness of the tint!My last car was done in LA, and the installer left air bubbles and lint behind the tint.Elisa was a HUGE help in my decision how dark to go this time around, and the work is flawless!! I ll definitely see her to set up installation of my PPF.Highly recommend her and this location!

I recently paid $430 to get my windows tinted from this company in Hayward a few hours after picking up my car my automated headlights stopped working they never warned me of this happening, and they refused to cover the damages or refund me for the front windshield (which I had to have removed) for damaging my car. They have a $99 promotion to get five windows tinted on their website when I brought this up to try and get the price reduced, they told me it would only account for the Rear windshield the 2 quarter-rear windows, and the full size rear windows. I also spoke to the call center, consultant, and the manager one of them told me it would be a dollar to remove the tent.One told me around $50 And the other told me 150 only for the removal this is a very shady business. Please know what you're getting yourself into.

Purchased ceramic tint package online and called and booked same day appointment. Showed up and was helped by Alyssa. She helped walk me through my selection of what level of tint would work for my needs.Installation was done in under two hours and looks great. Highly recommend and will be returning with any future cars.

Allissa did a great job tinting my 2009 Acura. The price is very reasonable and the work was good quality.Update 4/17/23: This is my 3rd time back. Again Allissa did a great job on my truck and makes sure that the work is done properly. She has a high standard of quality. Very happy with the ceramic tint job we had done here. Service was price competitive, friendly, quick, and clean. In and out in under 2 hours. Allissa was also SUPER patient, professional, and knowledgeable in fielding the million questions I had before committing to the job. Dash assisted me, and it was a very quick and easy process, no hassles.A quick walk around the car, confirmed which windows need to be tinted, confirmed the tint percentage, and keys were dropped off.Great service!

I took a day off and went to this place today to have my car tinted because they have a great rating at yelp. Well this rating is bogus. Either it used to be good but this place has terrible service. I set an appointment at 10 and when I went there, I was told that I still have to wait because I have 3 cars ahead of me. I let it slide and told him that I will just come back instead of waiting in the shop. He said to bring the car at 1pm. I came before 1 pm and agreed to have the ceramic tint and paid $499.99. He said I still have to wait for 2-3 hours because there s still 3 cars ahead of me. I already paid so i said ok I will wait. It s already 5 pm and they haven t started the work on my car. I requested for a refund because I have spent my whole day waiting for nothing. When I got my car, it has some hand stain in the arm rest, I just kept quiet. They re not even apologetic, very bad customer service. The person next to me waiting whispered to me that he brought his car back for back job, a lot of bubbles, and they damaged the leather on the door with a cutter. Please don t believe on these reviews. Go look somewhere else or you will be sorry.Service: Heat control window films

Big shout out to Alissa for making my visit a great experience. Brought in my car to retint my windows and Alissa made took her time and made sure I left the shop satisfied. Tinting only took an 1hr and a half. Highly recommend this place!
