Came in for an inspection of my new 2023 vehicle for a recall. Let me first tell you that no one likes coming in on their day off just for a recall. But what made it worthwhile is Savannah. Been in Hospitality for 12+ years and honestly she s just great. She was patient and understanding especially since she s the only one on the floor while everyone else was just walking around. She answered all my questions and concerns, and I feel like she cared me about me and my car. Thank you for the hospitality Savannah! :)

This was my first time going to Hayward Honda Services and I had the best experience. Alex Angeles was my advisor and he was very professional, he scheduled a free Lyft to take me home and to pick me up. My car had to stay there longer than expected, he was very quick to provide assistance with a free loaner car. He kept me updated through out the day and when I picked up my car he also offered to wash it. It was a very pleasant experience and I will NOT be servicing my car anywhere else from now on. Thank you Alex.

I went to drop off my older Honda vehicle because it was making a noise during idle. My service advisor Savannah was very helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions about the diagnostics and help out with pricing. My car was return to me in a timely manner and the issue was resolve. I would definitely consider doing any future repairs here.

I came here for my B1 maintenance. The new location in Hayward is very nice. My service advisor was Savannah and she was amazing. She was so friendly and professional. She made my experience of dropping my car off and picking it up very seamlessly stress free especially with my busy schedule. She explained everything very thoroughly to me. I will definitely come back here for any maintenance needs and would love to work with Savannah again.

Had a pm service and recall check on my car, and i can confirm that this place is way better in any Hondas nearby. Savannah from service department she was very kind professional. I brought my Honda in for a basic service. Savannah was my service advisor and she was so nice. She gave me a time when she would call and did just that! She explained what they did and was just a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely be back for my next service and I hope to get her again. I had a different model car that I hated taking in for service because I knew it would be all day. Honda just made me a customer for life!!

Highly recommend Hayward Honda! We went there a couple weeks back because our car battery kept dying. We could not believe the above and beyond customer service that Ana provided. They gave us free Lyfts to and from home and lent us a loaner vehicle for a few hours when we found out that the alternator was also bad (we had friends to pick up from the airport). Ana provided clear communication and followed up with us when she said she would. She is very knowledgeable and really made what would be a normally stressful day so, so much better! We will certainly return if we ever need anything else done for our car. Fantastic service and love that it is a family owned place! Thank you so much Ana and the rest of the Hayward Honda service center team!!

My Honda suffered a sudden loss of power and then several check lights came on at the same time. I brought it to Hayward Honda for repairs. Giselle, who was my service advisor, was very helpful. She scheduled me in as soon as possible, and kept me informed throughout the repair process - including when new parts had to be ordered for the car. I feel the service staff is very professional and honest. I would definitely stop by again.

new location is good! beautiful and alot of space. i recommend this dealership it does what only needs to be done and not offering bunch of unnecessary upsells. savannah was my adviser yesterday transaction was simple and smooth she is very nice to talk to. will be going here dor all my maintenance!

Goes through the compartments in your vehicle and steals valuables when servicing it. No reason for them to access your middle compartment for an oil change. Mr Hamilton did not provide any solution and ignored request for any sort of investigation saying that the person who works there has been around a couple of years. Length of service is irrelevant to ones honesty. Leaving a review for improvement on your end.

I got today oil change, break fluid flush and other routine inspections. I waited in the lobby. Im thankful to Mr Robert with his work team Felipe and Javier. They assisted me very well and it took the job only less than 1.5 hrs. I ll see them again in about 6-8 months or after 5k running miles. I wander why they receive a lot of bad feedback as I read some of their comments. It s not true. They are all great.!! Customers are only impatient or they can t accept repair charges. Like us, cars become older and weaker as we daily use. We only need to be patient. They can t handle 100 cars in one hour but They will surely take care of our cars. Cheers to all staffs.!!! Robert the service advisor was very polite. Explained all necessary services needed to the vehicle. No pressure. Vehicle ready in a timely manner. So far I've had great service from Hayward Honda. Definitely recommend the service department.

I waited 45 minutes to be checked in but no one came so I left and went to Walmart. Ive had my Pilot for 10 years and have always taken it to Hayward Honda, my bad experience is the only bad experience I have ever had there. Im letting this one go, I think the lady was all by herself that day, and will make another appointment.

I love how friendly the staff are. Robert helped me out today to get my car in for an oil change and rotate my tires. The inspection they do showed I needed my rear brakes done. I am traveling so I will travel with a peace of mind that my car is in a great condition

I purchased my vehicle at San Leandro Honda, service my vehicle once there. Never again they were rude and unprofessional. Hayward Honda was just the opposite great customer service. And for professionalism they'd run circles around San Leandro Honda.

Service was OK and relatively quick, service advisor Alex Angeles was very accommodating and friendly. 4 stars as still waiting for their callback regarding my issue and did not see the free coffee and creamer station

Took my car in for an oil change. They tell me it came in without an oil plug, yet somehow I don't have any oil leaking out of it? So they lost the oil plug and wanted to charge me for it. Then they overtorque the replacement so bad that it damages the oil pan - and they want me to pay over $1000 because they can't perform a simple oil change. Awful work and awful customer service. Will never come here again. Beware!

I really had a bad experience. Seems like no one wanted to assist. No one wanted to check the tyre to see if it's repairable. They just told me to purchase the tire without me knowing what tyre to purchase. My second time here and the last. I rather drive to San Leandro, where customer service is the best.

Over priced, takes forever and constantly trying to upsell. The timing belt is always "about to go" while my transmission lasted longer then that "hanging by a thread" timing belt. Save your money and never go to dealership service centers. Especially here.Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

Brought my 2015 CRZ in for service and was in and out in about 2 hours. My Service Adviser, Alicia, was super transparent. Pricing is actually very competitive in relation to other dealerships I have dealt with in the past.
