Customer service was amazing! I went in last month to get an oil change and Savannah did an amazing job with assisting me. She was very helpful and let me know of services I should get done on my vehicle soon. She definitely made the process of everything very smooth for me.

Savannah provided excellent customer service. I was able to get my pilot in for an oil change and tire rotation as a walk in because they had availability. She checked me in, offered my son and I a Lyft if we didn t want to wait at their lobby, notified me when the car was done, went over services provided and condition of the tires and engine, pulled my car out of their lot and turned on the heater and seat warmers because it was a cold evening. I was impressed by her genuine care for us and would recommend all my loved ones to see her. Thank you Savannah!

My experience at Hayward Honda was nothing short of excellent. From the first contact with the sales person (Bong) to the Sales Manager and Financial Services I felt completely supported. After a horrible experience at Oakland Honda, I was hesitant to even enter another Honda dealership, but the respect, professionalism and dedication to negotiate and deliver the car I was looking for at Hayward Honda was beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them if you re looking for transparent deals, clear communication and attentive customer service.

Took my car in for its regular maintenance and made an appointment online. The whole process was so smooth and convenient thanks to my service advisor Savannah. She made sure to go over all my options currently and services I should consider in the future. The car was ready in the exact time that Savannah said it would be. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to service their vehicle,

I've been going to Hayward Honda to service my 2018 Accord for about 5 years and I've been extremely satisfied every time. Feel like I'm well taken care of by the Service associates, that my car is getting a comprehensive inspection and that the team is taking a thorough look at the car to ensure its safety without trying to tack on unnecessary services or fees. Want to call out Savannah Rivera, my Service Advisor during my car appointment this week: She booked ride share rides for me so i could leave and get back, provided a thorough explanation of the inspection report (including helping me better understand the tire/brake health and replacement schedules), got my car a (well needed!) car wash at the end of service and just in general made the appointment very pleasant. Speaks to the quality of the Service Center--would recommend for Honda service needs.

Buying a car is not eazy from test driving, choices to the finance room. The experience of buyung a vehicle can be very stressful. At the Honda on Mission everyone from our Sales' finance, part to the service was wise, professional ans helpful. When we had a issues they resolved with understanding. Because it is with discussion and planning to Resolving the issues. It was a used new car we brought after all and a first time Hybrid too. They all are very helpful even after our purchase not just during the purchase. For this Very Nice services I will continue to recommend them to others.

My low tire alert came on in my new 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid, so I called Robert at the service department of Hayward Honda. He said to bring the car in, and when I got there he checked all my tires and found a nail in one. He had his mechanics repair the tire while I waited at the dealership. They have a very nice spacious waiting area. It was an easy experience, and I was on my way quickly. Robert and the crew at Hayward Honda s service department are all really friendly and helpful. Robert knows so much about Hondas. He s a great resource for me since I m still learning about my new hybrid. Always ready to answer any questions I have.

super late review, but when I came in a few months ago for a few recalls on my family van, I was kindly helped by Savannah. She was super kind and welcoming, I am often intimidated when coming into a car dealership, but she was patient and honest with me. I would probably come back to this honda over the other ones in the area.

Working with Savannah made my overall experience very smooth and seamless. I reached out to Hayward Honda after replacing my windshield and still experiencing water leaking into the left side of my car from all the heavy rainfall we ve been getting. I was under a lot of stress at the time and this car trouble only made things worse. Savannah answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and provided helpful guidance. This was a time consuming and costly pain, but Savannah was a huge help throughout.

Review for Honda Service. I came here for the first time for an oil change and general maintenance. Savannah helped me through the whole process and answered all my questions. I ll definitely come back again for maintenance. Compared to the 2 LA Honda dealerships I went to, this dealership is more organized and professional.After my appointment, they asked if I wanted to change my engine and dashboard filter for $195 but I ended up saving that for the future.Tip: make an appointment through phone call instead of their website

I was really having a bad day before my visit and a service representative named Savanah really made my day better with her conversation and service answers and support. She really took care of me and made me feel seen and had me in and out in a timely manner so thank you mechanics.She made me why I drive all the Way too Hayward to get my car serviced and I don t mind the drive knowing I ll get that kinda of service. So thank you Hayward Honda, yall really got y all a special one in Savanah, people skills are top tier and she s funny so thank you, I needed the laugh
