Golden Stereo Window Tint located at 22341 Meekland Ave, Hayward, CA 94541:I initially had a positive impression of Golden Stereo Window Tint. The person I spoke with over the phone was very responsive and provided a quick quote within less than 30 seconds, which I appreciated. I was scheduled to visit on Thursday morning at 9 AM as per our conversation, but upon arrival, no one was present. Despite attempting to contact the office and the individual directly, there was no response. As someone who values supporting local businesses, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism on the day of my visit. Ultimately, I opted to have my window tinting done elsewhere, where I received not only better communication but also a more affordable price. While my initial experience was positive, the lack of availability and communication on the scheduled day significantly impacted my overall impression. 5/5 for the initial experience, but 1/5 for the lack of availability and communication on the scheduled day.

Outstanding customer service. My window tint didn t come out as I wanted to at first and I returned with the issues I had noticed after install. They were more than willing to make it right to my satisfaction. Highly recommend and great pricing! Thank you fellas!
