Said they'd have both front and rear bumpers for my car on Tuesday (today is friday) then drove over an hour to get there on Tuesday just for them to only have the rear bumper. Then they said they could have a worker ship the other one to the body shop that is painting it for me by Wednesday. Then called and said the one that came in was cracked (obviously not their fault) so they ordered another so it could be shipped out to me on Thursday. Then they never shipped it so I called on Friday. They said they didn't have enough to ship it out so I would have to drive over an hour again to get the other one. I asked why they never called to let me know that it wouldn't be shipped and they kept repeating that it just couldn't be and eventually answered with an I don't know. They also continuously cut me off in the middle of my question at first saying they didn't understand what I wanted from them when I never even finished the question in the first place. Overall irresponsible and don't know how to deal with issues nor how to inform their customers of correct information.
