Very low key place, but good people who clearly know their stuff.Scheduling an appointment was easy - I actually talked to a live person. They said they'd order the glass, and it was there when I went in the next day. Matched my damaged one EXACTLY - and I have seen few in which you could tell it wasn't original. In my case, except for the fact that it didn't have the "Mercedes Benz" logo on a corner, you couldn't tell it wasn't the original.They even changed the wiper blades for me (I had purchased them in advance). The seal is fantastic - I have tested it in pelting California rain, and have absolutely no complaints. The rain sensors work well. Price was great - paid about HALF what I would at a dealer. No "extra" charges that I have seen at a few places, and no surprises. Nor sure what else I could ask for.Strongly recommend this shop.

I had a cracked windshield and called the glass doctor and they gave me the appointment for same day and this was super helpful as that was the only day i had available from my schedule! The job was completed on time. 3 words professional, friendly and honest! Keep up the good work.Thank you!

One of the best glass company around the bay I needed to install one shower at my house and I reached out to them and they were very friendly and explained everything about what I need and gave me different options to ho with and we agreed on a price which I checked with 4 different companies and trust me guys! These people have the best service but also the best prices. Good job glass doctor! I will definitely and always be your customer and would like to request people to definitely check them out!

Glass doctor is amazing. I can t say enough about this company. They came to my restaurant to replace the broken glass on a short note which is something that few other companies were not willing to do. They were right on time, and got the work done in 30 minutes! Very nice and professional. The customer service is top-notch, I strongly recommend them..

Last minute glass repair....EEEK! Unfortunately that is a reality of living in the Bay Area. But it's a good thing whenever you're in need that the Glass Doctor is available and I do mean available, like 24/7 on call available. I called last minute and needed to get some estimates for repairs as well as a replacement for glass on a building in Oakland, they came out the same day for repairs and we're happy to give me an estimate as well. Not just that they do great work. Home auto business last minute 24/7 hit them up if you're in need you won't be disappointed.

We had the front window of our business broken Monday night.I came in found the window and after calling to police.I found Glass Doctor on a google search, called at 6:00 AMand they showed up at 9:45 AM boarded up window and ordered new glass.Came back next day and installed new window.Great service will be using them next time I need a window replaced.Service: Glass installation

If you need any glass repair, don't go look for anyone. Glass Doctor is the best. Their staff is prompt and professional. They delivered quality glass replacement - on time as promised - and pricing was very competitive. Strongly recommended!

Very friendly, prompt scheduling person. Took care of us right away. Only reason for 4 star vs 5 is that they didn't tell me in advance that glass would not be 100% match. So my timing is different shade and also reflective unlike original glass...since its many windows together the difference shows

I had attempted to replace the rubber seals on the vent windows on my 78 GMC Suburban myself and failed miserably, so I asked around and Glass Doctors came highly recommended, so I took it there this morning and they gave me a good price and were able to jump on it right away.They too had problems (which made me feel better and less inept), but stuck to the original price and did a great job!Definitely my new go-to guys!

They give respect to our business. I was looking for glass repair for my business and it was damaged. I got this people num from one of mine friend who had very good experience doing business with them.I had called them early on the morning and even without making appointment too as it was urgent for us to replace the glass door , they came within hours and fixed it .Price was also they were cheaper then all other so called glass repair .Friendly 5 star out of 5Trustworthy 5 Cost 5

The door of my office break down so I called them and asked to do it on urgent basis the manager was supper nice they send the team to take the measurements of the door and fix it in in few hours I am really happy with there service. Really very happy with there service

We had a job done by the glass doctor at Hayward. We needed a window glass replacement at our home garden in Fremont. First, the technicians came on the given time to take the estimate. The technicians were polite and created no problem for us. After the estimate, they replaced our window within 2 days at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place to everyone who needs such services with less hassle. Thank you Glass Doctor!

Good local glass vendor that delivers! We ordered a glass top for our dining table. Technician Jose came by to measure and confirm no special edge requirements were needed. Robin (sp?) was very prompt with estimate by email and communication by phone.

The owner is very responsive and does the job right quickly! I had an incident at my liquor store in pleasant hill and I called Glass Doctor. They came in and installed the custom glass window in a hour of me calling them! Quick service, reliable, class A people work at Glass Doctor!

The absolute worse glass company you can work with. FIRST: Their price was double the quote of another local provider. If the owner wants to question that, happy to upload the estimate. SECOND: They damaged the door that they installed the glass into. There was no grinding of the door whatsoever and after the install, the bottom of the door binds on the footer. THIRD: The business owner actually had the audacity to put the technician, who he clearly had no control over or was able to give direction to, on the phone for us to make him understand the importance of taking utmost care when working on customers sites. That is not our job. FOURTH: When the technician did come back to fix the door, he came with an arrogant posture and attitude with our staff, with no intent to do anything. Horrible, Horrible company. We will bring another door vendor to fix the door and not deal with this company and advise others to think twice.

We wanted to build a glass deck for our house patio in San Ramon. I contacted glass doctor for this emergency request as we wanted our wooden fence removed to prevent winds. Glass doctor guys came immediately and installed the glass deck. The technicians were polite and did the work efficiently!

I would recommend glass doctor they took only 2 days to fix to my door. The manager took they call and send his team in few minutes to take the measurements and very next day they fixed the door they are fast and quality of work is really good very very professional Staf
