Horrible candidate experience- they may be good at fixing cars but the candidate experience I had was horrible! I spent some time on a phone interview. Instead of giving me the courtesy of a phone call to turn me down, I received an impersonal email and spam. If the candidate experience I received is reflective of their customer service - which I think it is, I would not recommend this place!

I got into a car crash and my insurance recommended me this auto shop in Hayward. The estimate was fast and simple, they answered all my questions and we re very kind. I took my car on a Monday afternoon and got it back the next week washed and cleaned from the inside! They cleaned my car so good from the inside it looked brand new! I m very thankful for the staff, service they provided, and Victor & Richard. Thanks for all the help my car looks amazing! Definitely recommend this place! They re 100% professionals and my experience was great.

My experience has been bad. The only reason why I stayed because the ex manager was nice and always wanted to help fix the problems on the car they done but at this point I'm just tired. So basically I'm taking my car there for them to fix and create more problems on my car. They are very sloppy on there work and the stuff they take apart on there car they break and they try to put it back together like nothing happened until you take your car and you start seeing problems with you car from them take things apart on your car. The workers that worked on my car needs to be fired. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone not paying attention (as always with bay area drivers) rear ended my Honda Civic, damaging my whole back bumper and left frame. Brought it to this show for repair, and they did an AMAZING job. Price was also not super expensive either. I worked with Nick, who was VERY responsive and always texting me about the delay (if any), as well as my car's status. Definitely recommend !Service: Painting

PART ONE::I am going to start with FERNANDO MARISCAL JR.this person gives me date to drop My car on 12/05/2023 when I went at shop on 12/01/2023 to ConfirmFernando mariscal told me I can't leave my Car due still back up on many cars in shopAnd MAY BE ON 12/12/2023.I call my insurance about thisAnd after my insurance agent call they confirmed I can drop my car on 12/12/2023 just hoping the Repair goes find I will post Part 2 after job is doneAlso hope the Family Owners sees this because it tells me they don't stop at their shop and see how there businesses run

Victor was great. His communication is at all time high. Answered questions & replied to my phone calls & text messages. I highly recommend G&C Auto Body in Hayward! Eric was professional, resourceful, and efficient. He consistently provided timely updates, so I didn t worry about each step in my car repairs. Their team was welcoming & customer service was stellar! My car repairs were completed within 2 days, looking better than ever from the inside out! This company took my vehicle in with loving arms and dedicated care. The employees are all great there, they made sure to keep in contact with me every step of the way, kept me updated with any issues concerns if there was a need to, & It didn t take forever neither. The service had came with immediate attention. My car was like brand new once again in great condition. I couldn t believe my eyes!!!! Great work and just an all around great experience. Eric was wonderful. He was with me start to finish and explained everything about the process of repairing my car. I am also disabled so he also made extra sure I was ok at each step of the repair. The lady in the office was really nice also. I would recommend G&C to everyone. This repair shop was great. I chose them with the help of my insurance company because they are certified and their repairs are guaranteed. The person I communicated with was Fernando. He gave me an update From beginning to end I never had any questions because he gave me a detailed update throughout the process. I would give this business twenty stars if they had them. I am new to the Bay area and was nervous engaging a new body shop after suffering a hit and run. I chose Hayward Auto Body due to their good reviews and am thrilled to add add mine to the list. They are a fifty year plus family business whose pride in what they do comforted me immediately. They not only provided prompt, personable service, they took the extra time to educate me on exactly what was wrong with my car, how same impacts impair other cars, and best means to repair along with cost before doing it. While I hope I do not need their service again, it is incredibly comforting to know that I can trust them to restore my car to new for the best price promptly if I do. Highest possible recommendations!

Due to a series of unfortunate events I had to have my car taken in to G & C for repairs. Alex made sure I was informed at every step, and when there was a delay I was notified promptly. There was a high level of transparency about the process which was truly appreciated. This was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a repair shop. Let me start by saying I only take my car to the VW dealership to deal with any repairs on my car, I don t feel comfortable taking it to any auto repair shop but it all changed here. G&C Auto Body on Mission BLVD took such good care of me and worked around me and my crazy schedule. They gave me up to date information regarding the status of my vehicle, checked in and made me feel assured that my baby was in good hands. When I got my car back it looked brand spanking new, like when I got it from the dealership, when I say this place is good..I freaking mean it. Shout out to Eric, who has got to be one of the most pleasant human beings out there! It s because of him and everyone at that Body Shop that I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to go there to get your cars fixed. Show them some love and send your cars there to get fixed. My precious Tesla was struck in the parking lot....I was heartbroken. I reached out to Alex and his group of professionals for help. Not only was I greeted/treated professionally, I was provided an assurance that my Tesla would be restored to my satisfaction. Faster than expected, I was contacted to pick up my repaired Tesla. Upon arrival, I could not believe my eyes......my Tesla was restored beyond my expectations! I want to give a special thank you to Alex and his team at G&C. Alex and Eric made sure my vehicle was in good hands. The communication on status of the repairs was excellent. The process was without any stress. The actual repairs were excellent . No waves in the paint and all the repairs look ad if my vehicle was never in an accident. G&C is the place to go for a professional efficient stress free auto repair. I took my car in on a Monday and got it back Friday. It did take about 3 weeks to get it in though. They are very busy because they do good work. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but great reviews to give G&C and Fernando s excellent service. From the moment I arrived at your location in Hayward, I was greeted with the most cordial and kind attention, and Fernando explained to me very clearly the process of fixing my car. I was amazed at how fast and what a great job your team did. It rides beautifully and it looks even better. I could not believe you did that in two days. I was asked at work about my car today and my coworkers agreed with me that the job was amazing... and in such a short period of time. I would also like to give thanks to Fernando for helping me with the rental car. He was very attentive and kind. I'm not one that usually types reviews for business but I never had the kind of customer service experience I received from Alex who is the manager of the shop. Very professional, went out of his way to help out with my insurance claim on my vehicle. And due to the fact his services are so great I immediately came back with my other vehicle in which he provided great services with. Didn t hear back from Eric Glanz for two weeks so my car can get fixed. Left several messages to call me back and nothing. Sent a final email asking if he s going to take care of my car or should I go elsewhere.Got a call before closing time from Eric saying he has no excuse to not return my call or service my car. No apologies about making me wait two weeks and to top it all off, he claimed he couldn t find my work order even after I had sent email with his estimate attached to it.If you want to not get a call back and then be told there you aren t a valued customer please drop your car off here. Enjoy wasting two weeks of your time not hearing back from them.

Eric the Manager was very polite , He looked at car to see where it was hit on back bumper told us what needed done ordered the bumper and the week after it was fixed in a day like he said would be painted and everything. car looked very nice when picked it up they are good any work everybody was very nice even when went into the office. I would take my cars there again if I had to have work done.Also cleaned up inside of my car looked very nice

I brought my car in after accident and was worried on how long it ll be in the shop. Well, it didn t take long and Eric and his staff got it done! Not only did they repair my eye sore but they also cleaned her up and now she looks brand new! I m pleased with the constant communication and effort to make this experience easy and effortless. Really friendly and fast service. Also very communicative. My car was ready by the next business day after taking it in the day before, to get my back window and tail light replaced. I appreciated that they also washed my car for me, a very nice gesture!
