I recently got my car maintenanced here. Sylvester is super helpful and friendly. They examined my car first and quoted me a price before they did any work. Everything was done within the same day. Caesar did a great job with my car. It runs so much more smoothly now and the overall price for everything that I got done was reasonable. Would definitely take my car here again the next time it needs any work done!

My car had a window glass issue on a recent Saturday afternoon. Because I needed it to be fixed right away, I had to look for any shop that was still open. Luckily, to drive into Exodus where I was welcomed by Cesar, Sylvestre, and another gentleman. They advised me on the part that needed to be replaced, and the repair was done to my satisfaction. I returned to the shop a few days later to purchase new tires for the same car. I would strongly recommend Exodus Auto Repair and Services to anyone looking for competent and customer-oriented auto technicians.

i recently had an exceptional experience at exodus auto repair shop hayward & I cannot praise them enough for their outstanding service. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to fix my car and provide top-notch customer service.the overall service provided by the staff & mechanic name ROSENDO GUZMAN & SILVESTRE was nothing short of exceptional. Their staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and displayed a genuine passion for their work. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughlyexplain every step of the repair process. I am so fortunate to find Cesar and his amazing mechanics to get my fuel pump and my tuneup they make my vehicle 1995 Silverado run like new and they diagnosed everything and talked to me and explain nicely and make it better thank you for your service !! EXCELLENT

I wrote this review to Exodus Auto Sales (located on the same road)... Didn't pay attention to the shop name... I'd assume they have the same owner. Anyways, I used Exodus's service in June 2023 due to a sensor issue, which caused my car couldn't pass smog check. This auto shop wasn't far from the smog check place, so I drove here to ask for help.Silvestre saw me stopping by right away. He asked the situation that I encountered and let me drive my car into their shop immediately. I didn't have an appointment, but they are still willing to check up the issues for me. They were sooo friendly and patient.I went home to wait for the result, and Silvestre was very responsive. He always gave me updates promptly, and he even asked me if I wanted them to do the smog check on my behalf. I was so pleased!When I went to pick up the car, everything was fixed, and Silvestre even handed me the smog check report. It was such a fantastic service that I received!BTW, this place speaks espa�ol, so that's a plus (although I'm not a Spanish-speaker).---UPDATE:My car was almost stolen very recently. A passenger window was smashed and the ignition system was vandalized (photo attached). I contacted the shop and they were more than happy to help me out.My car was towed to their shop in a morning, and they had my car ready the next day! Such an efficient service!Cesar and Rosendo did a wonderful job! I was so glad to see that they are knowledgeable, and they absolutely love their job.Silvestre was very nice as always :)They all treated me as a valued customer, which I truly appreciated!Overall, I highly recommend this place!!!

3/15/2024:I am down the star from 2 to one initially after owner's reply who kept lying and was trying to void to the main point of price increasing within a night . If there is ever negative star, it should be got here...To respond to Owner's reply to my initial post:What I mentioned here is true. The quote price before Picking up $500( already increasing to $500 from inital quote) while the mother called the owner around 6pm before next day picking up, the owner voided to talk and said will call back but never, until the next day morning around 8 am, the owner called the daughter and said that its now $750. how could you explain that, over one night, the price increased?? Who the hell is lying? (Plus, the car is not what you wrote here of year 1997, instead, its 2007. Who indeed is lying?)Just because the daugher who is not good at dealing with your tricky owner, you then cheated easily? The owner tried not to talk with the mother then next day morning quoted high rocket price by increasing $250 within one night??'Charged 4% by credit card' was what the car shop owner told, not saying by us, dare you say 'You didn't say it?'!... As you knew so well, its not right by charging customer this transaction fee! Yes, At last you didn't although you DO wanted to charge debit card directly from bank without being able to dispute for wrong.******************************************************----- Initial post as below:We went here as we saw the good review but I doubt how they earned this 5 star! Maybe the tech service is good while the owner keeps lying and has no credit to me at all. In 3 days my car left in their car shop, they quoted from $250(first day) to $500(2nd day, they said done everything) and 3rd day morning at 8:30am, they called and said $750 for something else done earlier in the 2nd day which he didn't notify us to do the service without permission. Never had such weird/bad experiences like this, increasing quote price like rocket!!! And finally $600 after negotiating. When they asked cash or debit card, if by credit card, they said %4 fee to charge on us... Can't believe it!!! The owner is very tricky and seems lying each time... Hopefully like others review here, the car they repaired will be good and we will see later in time.

Cesar and Sylvester were awesome took my car to get tires and a alignment and was done in less than 1 1/2 hours they kept me in the loop and was a very satisfied customer, thanks guys

Cesar helped me several time with my multiple cars.He is very helpful and skilled. I m super satisfied with the service provided by Exodus. Quality parts + good service + reasonable price.Check it out if you have questions per tires, wheels, or any car related stuffs. Highly recommended.

I was greeted and helped by Cesar do do a check and alignment on my 99 Honda accord, recently returned to me by my youngest daughter. Cesar looked under the hood and told me straight what the problems were. He explained the options to me, but also told me what he could try to do in order to save me money.I watched him do the work diligently, and he definitely did his best. I did not have to spend more money that his initial charge.I also met Silvestre, Sales Manager, who asked me a few questions to make sure I was satisfied with the work, time I waited, and personally walked to my car. I thought that was an excellent work done on my car and exceptional service overall.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

For anything related to brakes or tires, you're going to want to ask for Cesar. He is the expert! My mom and I have used him several times. He's really kind, will try his best to save you money and does an amazing job.

Cesar greeted me outside when I pulled up asking if they could patch my plugged tire that was leaking. Even though they were already closed, he still took me in and fixed my tire. That level of customer care is rare these days.

Ceasar is a great and honset guy. I got my rotors, brake pads and tryre fixed yesterday. He was very honest and friendly.The repair looks good but yet to see if its good for long term.
