I came here for a pre-purchase inspection and it was a great experience. It was affordable. They explained everything that needed to be fixed and answered any questions I had because I'm not a car guru. They were patient and personable. The prices seemed reasonable. They fit me in quickly. Recommend.

I came here because of the good reviews and many seem to trust this place and I believe it. First they are friendly which is great cause no one wants to do business with a rude owner that dont seem to care about there customers. The price I felt was very fair compared to dealerships and I feel like they were very honest and helpful with the work they did. I went in because my vehicle was misfiring when it starts and they took care of it. Not once did I feel pressure on the work they did.I never want to have car issues but if I do I'm coming back to this place. Thanks again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I arrived and only 2-3 minutes later someone came up to see if I needed help. He listened closely and said they could check it. They were very good at explaining what was wrong. I feel that they charged us a reasonable price and would go there again for any concerns

Called around for a price quote to get my thermostat replaced. I told them I needed to get rid of my check engine light for an upcoming Smog test. The person on the phone, price matched the other shops and told me they can work on my car now. When i arrived the owner asked if there was anything wrong with my thermostat. Did it overheat? I said no but the diagnostic said it was the reason why I had a check engine light. The owner,Muhammad said,let me do another diagnostic free of charge to make sure you don't waste money on something you don't need. He and his brothers were very nice and honest. They even showed me the bad thermostat and pointed out 3 things that could be a concern in the future on my 2004 Nissan Altima. They didn't pressure me into fixing those things asap. I asked for a price quote and they even lowered the price after i told them that money is kind of tight. I highly recommend East Bay Auto Center

Full service car care ! East Bay Auto Center did a Great job on my high mileage daily driver. They deliver what they promise. Recommended !!!

East Bay Auto Center shop is amazing ; love it . I just changed my breaks and oil change today ; so happy with 3 years warranty on my breaks , very good costumers service , helpful ; friendly ; pleasant and very clean shop good customers service . Owner Muhammad very nice and calm and Mechanic Nomi done a nice job for me he is so nice . The other mechanics also nice too . No waiting and fast service , good advices. I usaully dont do reviews, but i had to on this one. First let me tell you i have been working on cars the last 20 years (no one at East Bay auto was aware of my skills) i just recently installed new headers on my 94 trans am, but the bolt on connection i had from the cadylitic to the y-pipe had failed. And i needed a weld right away ( mostly due to this my daily driver) Before i went to East Bay Auto, i contacted 4 other shops in the area. (i wont mention them by name, but shame on yall) Each shop i connacted and explain to them what i wanted to have done, and instanly they started with the jug. Basically each one was stating that my simple weld would run me 350 to 600 dallors, and that they would have to do so many things to get to the weild it may run more. Yes i was speachless listining to the garb i was hearing over the phone. But when i called East Bay Auto something happend that i havent heard in almost ten years. A HONEST MACHANIC. his name was Mahumad, and when i told him what i wanted done his answer was " well for a simple weld it will be $-- ( he qouted me a two digit price) i thought it was to good to be true, so i said what the h--- lets try them. Once i arrived, Mahumad took a look and told me exactly what he wanted to do. And let me tell you, it was straight forward easy to understand, and most importantly no bs just facts. Which was the simple weld i was seeking.After doing a wonderful and qiuck job, my trans am sounds beatiful and i was charged like 25 percent of what i was being qouted from them other shops. Yes i work on cars, but with work and two 5 year old twins i dont have the time. East Bay Auto Center is my new machanics for all my vehicles and should be yours as well.

I took my car in for an oil change. They were busy but found time between clients to take care of my car. They finished in about 20 minutes. Fast, efficient and they did the job right. Recommend for anyone looking to get their oil changed.

Heloed me out with a pre-sale inspection, it was only $50 and I don't think they ran it through the computer. He said I needed a bunch of work ($~2,000) and he wanted to do it, but I had not purchased the car yet so I wasn't going to pay for that.When I turned the car back in to the dealer, they said that the brakes and tires were still at 40%, but they did put on a new serpentine drive belt and spark plugs for me at no charge.

Great service and professional, explaining everything as they went. I came in for an AC problem which they fixed in a very timely manner and they even topped off my fluids and cleaned the corrosion off my battery! I was worried at first with any new auto shop but they made sure I knew what they were doing and super good prices!! Thank you so much!!

This is the best place to go for all you automotive needs. Ask for Hung and he for sure will take care of you.Honestly, quality customer service and value is what so far I see from this family owned shop.Ask these guys before asking anyone else. They know and will save you the time and headache.

They got me a quick appointment and took car of my AC issue right away. They were upfront and honest about what would be needed and ended up charging me less than quoted since it went faster than expected.

If I could give it no stars I would. They fixed my car but damaged my car more then they fixed it a couple days after I got my car back started smoking and making noises that it didn t do before and when I called them they want to charge me more for looking at the mistakes they Made

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was told to come in 1p ~ 2pm. I drove 25 minutes there but was told they did not have time. What?! You told me to come in but did not serve? Rude. I was very disappointed! Wasted my time. Would never recommend.

Brought my car in for a diagnosis on a noise, Tran figured out the source quickly and had my car ready the next day. Showed me my old broken parts for confirmation also. Would take my car back without hesitation.
